That depends on a lot of things. The most important thing IMO is market value... multiplying the O/S by the PPS.....this is what matters.

Just checked with the state of incorporation(Delaware)...it is still 5 billion authorized.

I have been in correspondence with Jessica Vance (very interesting and informative lady) and other sources. I am bullish on PMCM.

One thing I will share with regards to the S/S here. For those saying there are 10 bil A/S or more....absolutely false.
For one, Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co., Inc. (1-732-872-2727) does not give out S/S details for any of the securities they represent, you can call and verify yourself. Also, The Delaware site https://delecorp.delaware.gov/tin/GINameSearch.jsp will give you latest PMCM filing details for a fee of $20. I have just checked today...there are only 5 billion A/S, last increased 11/26/2013.

For one, I apologize regarding the date of the OTCQB compliance, I misunderstood and thought and they had until April 1 2015 which as we can see...was incorrect, as today turned out to be the day....a shout out to Mister Clean who originally posted the correct information here a few days ago, and all the others who seconded the information by speaking with OTC Markets...can't remember all of you, there were a few, but thank you.
Just want to say, it was not intentional on my part, and I have not sold even 1 share...I have held my entire position.

With regards to THC, Inc. It's nice to speculate...this whole MJ market is speculation, but some have gone too far. From what I can see there is nothing (yet) to point out that PMCM is, or will ever become THC, Inc. What we do know: 1) David Michery filed the info with Colorado, 2) The original name reservation date was before PMCM announced it was entering the MJ world, 3) There is a different CA address on those forms which have not yet been linked to anything regarding PMCM.

With regards to S/S. Again, a lot of opinion stated as fact. I admit I do not 100% understand the cancelling of the Asher shares seeing that the A/S was almost maxed out it would seem the O/S should have been reduced in the filings to show that the shares were being held in the company treasury (I believe that shares held in the treasury are not considered part of the O/S....correct me if I'm wrong). Also keep in mind the PR stating 2 million shares in pending and future conversions....which brings me to another point which those are stating they have no idea why Michery WAS going to increase the A/S....AGAIN... IT"S ALL IN THE FILINGS! ..... he had to!!! The pending convertible notes were close to their due date! It was not a choice....HE HAD TO!

Pretty sure the company is working their business plan.

Failing to pump and PR fluff does not equate to 'dropping the ball' IMO.

PPS is down on low volume, re. trading.... IMO doesn't have a lot, if anything, to do with how PMCM is progressing.

Guessing here but suspect you're referring to the new OTCQB minimum bid rule?

A lot of misinformation and/or misunderstanding floating around regarding that....

An in depth look at it shows that this rule will be rolled out over the period of 1 year based on a company's Fiscal Year End date. For Primco, since their FYE is Dec. 31, they will have until April 1, 2015 to meet the minimum bid requirement, and if they do not meet the requirement by that time it will not , it will simply not be an OTCQB stock, but will then trade as a pink sheet stock.

Dilution? A/S=5 bil, O/S=4.85 bil...not much possibility of dilution.

Been thinking a lot about that 98%....PR stated gross revenues....so before operating expenses....If net revenue is let's say 50% for example that is the equivalent of 4% net, also doesn't state other possibilities such as monthly lease payments, management, etc..... that 98% may be deceiving... like to see the full details on an 8K.
