Yes, they're scaling for world wide mass production with having multiple manufacturers around the globe...
Shit is about to get real hot.
Management is extremely protective of their shares and shareholders here...
-Practically no change in the float for 4 years.
-Since the reverse merger, no insiders have sold.
-No toxic convertable debts.
-No r/s.
-Minimal dilution in funding, if needed, which hasn't happened.
-Majority of the shareholders have their position locked here.

Bro, the otc community has considerably no idea w/ what's going on here and what's about 59 happen here shortly...
This is going to be the biggest
OTC of all time, mark my words...
Muy fuego...
That's now 2 Olympians & 2 Actresses. We have a lot more catalysts, and I mean a lot more coming...
#ShockAndAwe
The arguments on this matter aren't even arguments...

I wonder why any of this isn't going into Industries, and to be quite frank, why this is even a topic worth discussing. All this is publicly stated and common knowledge...
Yes. Starting this week, the big platforms Dryworld is going to be on will magnify this brands exposure quite profoundly...
Discovery +, Eurosports, & Super League Triathlon...
Its almost go time baby. Get ready to ignite dat diesel...
Dryworld is the licensor, and not the licensee. The licensor owns the trademarks. It's not the other way around as some has eluded to. They're about to announce an exclusive brand licensing indifferent regions of the world per last corporate pr.
.
Btw, whereis Dryworld Industries located, and who are the directors that share that same exact address? It doesn't get any clearer than this...
There's no need to. The merge has already been completed with Dryworld Brands. That's where everything has been and is going into. The former shell of the old business hasn't been in operations for years, and nothing is going in there. Either way, it's all owned by Brian & Matt.
I'll tell you what though. Once we get to dollars, where we should already be at now, we might be able to grab a mega super star w/10s of millions of followers on Instagram.
As long as that athlete believes in Dryworld and gets a nice chunk of shares here. But that's for an endorsement deal. A sponsorship deal for CBD products won't be worth nearly as much...
I don't know. He looks like an athlete or model though...
A photographer...
It's on Instagram, Tempy already provided the link here...
Yup...
The market we are tapping into by way of SLT is going to increase this brands exposure exponentially by at least 1,000,000x fold to the public.
It's coming...
Clear what up? It couldn't be more clear as day it's all Brands. Simply look at all the news and otcm filings/disclosures. It's all there...
That has never been claimed. No one has ever said that. In fact I and many others have claimed that everything is going into Brands, not the Industrie. The evidence for thay is bountiful and irrefutable...
"Like claiming DryWorld Industries has been consolidated with DryWorld Brands when there has been ZERO disclosure of any of this by the company executives."
Yup. I see Rainbows & Unicorns short term. Long term, I see Supernovas & Dragons...
Hey my brother...
Yes, for all the great reasons you
listed here, minus the o/s in question, I see over there and then some.
The price to earnings ratio w/ Ameriguard's sector is averaged around 55x, which is fantastic.
[Dryworld's is anywhere from a whopping 50x to 200x in the athletic brand sector.]
AGSS isn't in a sexy sector, so the story here isn't going to have massive hype.
[Dryworld does.]
But you guys have somewhat of a secret sauce in that they have something that differentiates themselves to the rest of their competitors. And that's government contracts. That's a huge plus.
[Dryworld has a few secret sauces with their patented & proprietary products which the market has never seen.]
It appears that your company is already generating $23 million per annum. That may double with acquistions management recently discussed, where they said profit margins should increase using their current business model. That would help their fundamentals quite prolifically. The net profit margins in their business is anywhere from 7% to 15%.
[Dryworld was on their way to making at least $50 million in gross revenues in circa 2016. I believe it would've been at least $100m for starters. Which would've gave us $25 to $50 per share today.
The athletic apparel sectors has gross margins of around 50%, where companies can generate net profit margins anywhere from 10% to 30%.]
You guys have well connected players in the public sector and we have we have well connected players in the sports industry.
Both companies have some major catalysts coming in within the next couple of weeks. Yay for us!
I could go on and on in comparing the two. Both have tremendous potential, but D.W's is on another planet since they're in so many sectors in the sport industry which includes nutraceuticals. The global market share they're in are worth nearly $1 trillion.
But to each their own taste.
All the best my man!
Hey Tiger. I hate to be judgemental, but there's a laundry list of adverse character defects and ill advised forward looking statements that are just wrong to me. I can't support a leader of a company like that.
There's been a slew of factual and anecdotal evidence that has been well documented over the years here. I would rather not spend my weekend delving deeply to extract the d.d in order to help support my argument. I hope you understand, but the info. is out there and here...
All the best my friend.
No doubt Penny. But wait, there's more...
Case closed. I can't believe there was any argument to suggest otherwise. Anyways, I can't wait for things to shortly unravel here. This is going to get beyond exciting with what's about to be revealed to the public...
Oh snap! Haute D is now live on Amazon baby!
They'll be on Television and Discovery + next week where they have a reach up to over 200 million audiences.
Plus SLT has over 22 million digital audiences per event. With this new blockbuster deal, those numbers will go up.
The marketing campaign is coming and Dryworld is quite ambitious in becoming a globally recognized brand.
Never seen anything like this in the history of the OTC. This shit is just mind boggling and wild...
Simple, I'm extrapolating from all the information on otcm and it's filing/disclosures. There's no convertable debt, share issuance for funding, compensation has been kept to a minimal and the float here hasn't virtually changed in 4 years...
Yes, everything is being rolled into the Dryworld Brands. Not the former "shell" of the company.
I see that you made use of the links I provided here on many occasions.
As a reminder, just in case if anyone has forgotten, Brian and Matt own both, and have transitioned out of the old company, into the new. Its where all the current business, assets, revenue, loans, fund, etc is going to. The old company is nothing more than shell if you will. Nothing is going in there.
Hope this helps.
Yes, and it hasn't been used yet. But that didn't stop them from executing and achieving momentous milestones in just a short period of time as they've taken other approaches and will be making making significant revenues to further expand.
Besides, if and when they decide to use it, there will be minimal dilution.
"This structure enables the company to drive national and international expansion with little dilution."
I beg to differ. In response to the rest of your post. ??? I'm scratching my head...
That's exactly what I've done here. Have you?
And don't forget our proprietary SLT technical gear and athleisure wear. And all this is not even half of the total d.d here...
