I always thought one of the main points of the SEC was to make sure public companies put all revenue on the books. I wish I knew corporate law/finance so I could understand how it's legal.
there is none, he's just pumping. Wish he'd be blocked from here.
The barcode may not be dead, but it sure seems this company is.
oh yeah, forgot about him. But, he's been removed from the Neom site too. I can't access his linkedin, does it still say he works for Neom?
100% more than what it should be.
Just what is GO doing?
He's significantly reducing the costs associated with toilet paper by printing Neomedia stock.
The only common denominator amongst all of these departures are the people calling the shots - YA Global - and its puppet - George O'Leary. That's been the only constant amongst all these variables.
agreed
Rumor is if you get a job in the Neomedia mail room you can become an acting executive within 2 years.
They are part of Yum Brands, but each brand operates independently from the other. Each has their own marketing units.
Anyways, I went to TB the other day and got one of these...but I didn't get the box or anything related to MTV...just everything in a bag. I was let down :( Then I had to eat TB beef, I was let down even more :(:( Then I went to visit the John :(:(:( I lost all around that day.
A co-worker got the same thing today and they didn't get th eQR code on there. Maybe it's just not in my market, but hard to believe since Yum corproate is located just down the street. Taco Bell corporate and marketing is based out of Dallas I believe.
Thanks Sean, I guess instead of a promotion he got his bio on the website!! Ha!
I can't imagine LM and GO becoming permanent in their positions. They can't become permanent without board approval, right?. But the board needs to be approved by the shareholders...last I checked Sarah Fey (the 3rd vote to approve them becoming permanent positions) wasn't even approved by shareholders. I would think that's how they are getting away with so many 'interm' or contracted positions.
Anyone know when Andres Sujata joined NeoMedia Europe? He hasn't always been listed here.
http://www.neom.com/corporate/executive_team
Mr. Sujata is Director of Sales for NeoMedia Europe AG, managing sales of NeoMedia’s mobile ticketing and couponing products. Prior to joining NeoMedia, he served as managing director at SCORUS GmbH in Dusseldorf, an agency providing telecommunications, internet and cable television companies with debt collection and billing procedures. He has more than 18 years’ experience in several sales and management positions, starting his sales career in 1992 as a sales manager for Konica Minolta and then Xerox Germany, followed by a country sales manager position for MCI WorldCom. In 2002, he became managing director at Visema GmbH in Vienna, Austria, and co-founded Adarna GmbH in 2006, a training academy for call centers and telesales in Austria, where he served as CEO and was awarded the “Innovation Champion of the Year 2008” by Telecommunication and Telesales in Europe. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Dipl. Kaufmann.
I haven't seen it anywhere yet, but if I recall correctly his position wasn't posted when he got it.
I have no idea about the credibility of those comments or who started them.
Whatever the reason, I think it's just sad he only lasted 8 months.
Not formally announced, it's from collective due dillegence from many here. I have no idea if it was his choice or not to depart though.
He changed his employment history
http://www.linkedin.com/in/brucebraun
He's no longer listed as SVP
http://www.neom.com/corporate/executive_team
That's just sad. Can't even retain someone for 8 months. More reassurance that this company is a joke. I wonder if/when they'll announce another interm position....that seems to be the norm.
She's on a media tour. But I wish she would talk about a different client/campaign...I think most people get the Austrian Postal campaign by now.
Thanks anesthesia, didn't realize Kokonutguy already posted it.
Since that was first in March and it didn't work to well, wonder if they changed managers to Neomedia...hence why they are now showing up as a customer.
Thoughts??
Do you have a link to Rogers post? TIA
Thanks Vero for confirming. Sad that we have to do screenshots to determine what's new business and what's going on with Neom.
not doing to good of a job at it, from what I can see so far.
There were no comments from Zima in the PR 'thanking Neomedia' for the opportunity. Could very well be a retaliation departure.
I also wonder if this is why we did an 8k explaining funding for the next 3 months...and why the most recent funding was done 2 weeks after the last one. Thoughts?
Wish I could have put two and two together at that time...oh well, another one bites the dust.
I wonder how long it will take before our NYC party boy to become the next interm [input title here].
I wonder if we'll have to file an extension for the quarterly report now that our CFO is gone :(
oh well, it's been a long week.
You are correct I am a longtime suffering long, but almost back to a break even point.
Also, assuming you were at the helm of a fortune 500 company (HP)...would you want a penny stock OTCBB company riddled with debt really announcing your plans/deals/or whatever? I'm sure these companies which know how to produce revenue and profits have a much harser term for companies like Neomedia.
Personally, I don't think Neom would have the right to PR it's licensee deals, unless in that original licensing deal there is a clause granting Neom those specific rights.
I wouldn't want a crap company (Neom) releasing PR's about my companies actions (HP) if I actually hired a different company to run my campaign (Buongierno*), would you? Neom doesn't know or play any role in that deal.
*I know it's spelt wrong.
If it's a Buongiorno deal, going thru the Neomedia licensing agreement...then Neomedia would have no business or place to PR it. It would be up to Buongiorno or HP.
Further revisit:
In the most recent '048 patent review- it mentioned patent 7,207,065. This particular patent has the the below as mailing correspondance:

Has CitiBank always been listed as a customer?
http://www.neom.com/partners/customers
I did notice that QReativity and RV International have been added as re-sellers.
http://www.neom.com/partners/resellers
valuations will increase to 5x - 7x of revenue.
Haha, so Neom will be worth about 2 million then.
JagTag is only worth $5 million??? That's kind of sad...
I'll say 140 million. But does it really matter at this point?
8k filed
Sooooo, we're borrowing every 2 weeks now???

Just noticed this on Neom PR page - 5-11-11
http://www.neom.com/press/press_releases
Model-building industry is breaking new ground
Mobile couponing on fairs
Nothing else is on it. Has anyone noticed this before?
you too JP, hopefully there's more material things to talk about next week as opposed to dot connecting rumors.
So that's another report with percentages not attached to hard numbers. But, by the graph they printed it looks like 0% were scanned in Q1 of 2010, and 4549% were scanned in Q1 of 2011. So...there were 4549 more physcial scans than the prior year?? I alone probably did 500 of those.
Be nice if someone would actually attach real numbers to these reports.
Page redesign in progress. Check back soon.
http://www.neom.com/corporate/executive_team
This should be good...nothing like redesigning how you brag about yourself.
Road, I'd be interested in seeing that (I don't have Time Warner though). I'll look around and try to find something.
But, I think if Microsoft were to ever license from Neom, then an 8k would have to be filed...to much possible money for it not to be considered material event.
