Don't think this is the kind of volume we want.
I guess they figured no one would notice on a trading day like today.
Out of Sequence Trade (SEQ): An "out of sequence" trade will come in with a price either higher or lower than the current price. This trade is "out of sequence," so the time at which this trade was actually executed is most likely unknown and therefore removed it from the data. This particular trade is still valid, so it will still appear in the Time & Sale. The Time & Sales window will be flagged as "out of sequence."
Still no volume.
Someone turn up the volume, please.
There was outstanding news twice last week. A sales campaign and the retirement of 20 million shares. Company was already undervalued.

Hit the ask!!!
Anyone want to guess a close?
Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
Fake wall?
Hurry back from lunch everyone!!
Whatever the short term frustrations, Terry Lee and Heartland are both pretty impressive. They have a plan. Give them until spring to execute it.
So questioning CEO motives is fair game, but not that of negative posters - understood.
Did a mention that HTLJ paid off 2 million in debt recently, while acquiring a revenue producing company? Or that the CEO is a very accomplished business man who has been very successful in many endeavors? Or that things are going fairly much according to the plan he laid out last year and this? Or that I am surprised that we don't often hear talk about the revenues this company is producing or how much real property they own? Maybe we should mention, since it is often left out, that millions of shares have been bought by insiders this year and that the company has been buying back shares as well?
Looking forward to great things from HTLJ in the next six months!
All this talk about food - lunchtime!!
Okay, they invented the Form 4's.
I think that there is a logical, practical plan in place. Not hard to follow - pay down the debt, make acquisitions, buy back shares. This plan is being implemented and still needs some more time to bear fruit. Why would some be counseling sell before the plan really is able to produce?
No problem, believe me I don't want to impede the UP process.
Sorry, I see it now. Just couldn't believe it wasn't moving, but now it is.
7x.0002 and 3x.0003 - Nite, lafc, etmm - hasn't moved at all. Up to 125 million.
All I see is dilution. 99 million and we haven't moved.
Oh well, at least the volume is up. Don't spend it all in one place.
It's called "leading the sheep"
It is called "scummy" in my book. Still holding my shares.
Unbelievable what you guys are doing.
Me too - I am tapped out unless I can get something sold. How about them Caps!
Thank you.
Good evening,
I took a position earlier this week and am considering adding to it tomorrow. Just a question - are you sure that 20 million of the outstanding shares were retired? From the PR it looked like these shares were never put into circulation. "The shares were issued as restricted shares in anticipation of a private financing that never took effect". It sounds more like the cancellation of an increase of outstanding shares to me or maybe I am just confused on the the terminology. Would be happy to have a clarification/correction. Thanks.
Some of you that are showing up today need to show up here more often. We need your more positive, focused, and longer term views.
I will say it again - good company, good plan, good leadership. Communication with shareholders might not be a strength, but in the long run value will win out. Why did some expect great upward movement from this last 10-Q? It was clear before nothing huge would happen. The important news came after the 10-Q reporting period - 2/3 of debt paid off and a new acquisition. That is a significant mid to long term event.
Okay, Omega - I can only conclude that that DOWN is your goal.
The 10-Q said some info would be out soon concerning the recent deal. Are we generally agreed that it was a smart move by HTLJ or do others have a different take?
Oh, I am not worried. Just vacillating between ignoring some of the posts here or trying to counter them.
Hello Adonis,
Let's see what today brings.
Okay guys - just keep peeing on this stock. I have a nice average and lots of patience - just going to sit here and sip my Kool-Aid. I think lots is going on around here, and not just at Heartland.
I say he has a clear plan that is unfolding and will take time and that it doesn't do the price much good to keep saying negative things about him and the company, unless of course some are profiting from the downturn itself.
Good company, good leadership, good future, disappointing support from some on this board. We should be attracting new investors with the FACTS about the company. There aren't many CEO's with the experience and resources that Terry Lee possesses.
Once more - 2 MILLION in debt paid down and a new, revenue producing company acquired (just like he said) without any dilution. How many other pennies just make 2 million dollars appear?
There is a lot going for this stock, WAY more than most on iHUB. Unfortunately some that claim to be in favor of it moving upwards are having a hard time saying anything good about it.
I am with you slapierre - have to wonder which direction some posters really want this stock to go.
Bien d'accord. J'ai hâte!
