I'm not sure if this is good or bad news. Obviously I'm glad they're defending the right to the licensing, but lawsuits can be long and expensive and losing could be devastating to a small company like ILNS.
Still cheap shares to be had if you want to bet on ILNS.
Where are the milestone payments?
One of you new mods should make a nice new DD sticky note on ILNS. Most of the current notes are super old.
Yeah, it might just take some time and additional details. Lonza has grown their biopharma division via multiple buyouts in the past, so this should pique interest in investors.
People following Lonza, though, are most likely trading in Europe and on exchanges that don't offer ILNS.
I'm seeing it on TDA. Showed up around 10, then disappeared, but has been back up since about 10:10. There's no reason people shouldn't know about this by now!
It's perplexing, really. Maybe some of the more interesting news ILNS has had for a long time, and there's almost no board buzz and certainly no trade action.
Personally, I've very interested to find out more about the pending "development and manufacturing agreement." What's ILNS's cut?
No one appears to have noticed.
Weird. It posted to Ameritrade and then disappeared.
I think any partnership with a major biopharmaceutical company is huge news for Intellect. It's nice to know that some big players have been watching their progress. This could be a first step in something much bigger.
Just posted to TDA.
Where did you find this? This news hasn't posted to iHub, Yahoo, or TDAmeritrade.
Riveting trading day so far.
Looking good. Any guess as to where we'll level off? I've though several times of selling to increase my position on a mid-day dip, but luckily haven't, since this thing just keeps going up.
Also, why so many followers but so few board posts? Is everyone here in at .05-.10 and too bummed to want to discuss the stock anymore?
Any idea what's causing the climb? Is it the recent news, or is this just an organic response to the massive overselling that occurred during the last dip?
Major volume hitting the ask right now.
Interesting action today.
Risk of losing QB status if filing isn't submitted by when?
so what's the upside here?
i've been following this stock on and off for a while, but only recently grabbed a few shares on the big dip.
i was wondering, given the large amount of debt the company has, what you think the real upside is from a revenue perspective. are patent fees going to be the majority of income moving forward? is there less hope of a breakthrough or eventual buy-out at this point? how quickly could they potentially get out of debt?
i also noticed that, while there are a lot of board marks, there isn't much action on the board. is that just a result of the typically low trading volume? they certainly release PR frequently enough.
I don't really understand you, Bakken Investor. On the one hand, you seem to have really good insights, and try to do real research, and on the other you just spout completely unsubstantiated statements like "what happens when all the authorized shares are outstanding."
If DYNV lost its contract with Annabel and has no more money, why AREN'T they diluting the stock to raise capital? They haven't. The O/S hasn't changed ALL YEAR. Not even with all the doomsday talk you've been spreading on this board. I'm happy to see when you post actual DD from the ground, but you make a LOT of assumptions about what you see and present them as facts.
Also, you're lying about not being the same person as moneyhound. Everyone on this board can go to your two profiles and see that they were created within half an hour of each other on the SAME DAY and that the "two" of you have only posted on this board. It doesn't take a detective.
This doesn't really make sense. If the company is about selling stocks, why have they only sold 25% of the authorized shares? The fact is, there hasn't been any dilution, so the idea that they are just turning stocks into money doesn't really hold water. They've even taken out loans, like you said, when they could have raised capital by diluting and pushing the value of the stock down.
I would just love to know where Bakken Investor gets his information. Also, he is obviously the same person as moneyhound--they started their iHub accounts within minutes of one another and have only ever posted on this board.
They also have a lot of seemingly inside information that no one else has. It's all suspicious and smacks of someone with intimate knowledge of the company using it to bring the price down and grab cheap shares themselves.
how do you know that those photos are of a facility that DYNV was once in? how do you know that they're not just relocated to another site/project?
i'm not convinced that the company doesn't exist by photos of an empty warehouse. i can find pictures like this on google. it's not like the office is empty...they are contractors, they move around to where the work is.
My suspicion, at this point, is that you and moneyhound are somehow intimately involved in this business, and you're doing an extremely good job of causing panic and scooping up super cheap shares.
The bright side of that is that you're probably doing that because you think they might be worth something someday.
Hope you're enjoying those .02 shares!
well, this is really starting to suck.
I'm starting to think this has to be an error. Everyone else still has them listed as OTC, and there's no way one site is DAYS ahead of the rest.
Weird that there's been no other word of this.
Check it out, Yahoo appears to have the same idea:
DYNV.OB
This is all very promising!
so you're implying that if wowza doesn't hold a stock then it's automatically no good? not to discredit him or anything, but whether he owns DYNV or not is irrelevant to it's success. maybe his promotion will keep the price up and get a few new investors on iHub, but he has no effect on the long-term success of this company, obviously.
I sure hope so, because that would be HUGE. They would probably have to R/S, but R/S for uplisting is always good.
Yeah, and there was a trade today on the OTC. I'm not sure that this source is accurate.
Is this true? Stock price seems too low for Amex, which has a minimum of $3...
Wouldn't there be some kind of filing at least?
And you would rather they dilute the stock to raise capital?
Well, some of the posters are a bit suspect, so I wouldn't pay too much attention to the board.
All in all, nothing has changed with the company, so I'm going to wait it out until the August financials to see if there's still hope.
What has changed about the company since you bought those shares to begin with?
Agreed. We have some big unanswered questions:
(1) Can they increase profitability with their revenue growth?
(2) How are they managing their debt?
(3) Are they growing operations enough to support more and larger projects in the future?
Defensive? I'm not defending anyone--I just don't assume that their PR is full of lies unless they give me reason to.
What are these weedy lots and empty houses that you see? Are they definitely DYNV projects? Have you spoken to anyone at DYNV and asked them about these projects? Or are you just talking about ANY housing development anywhere in the area, whether or not it's related to this company?
I'm glad that there are people on the board from this area, but you guys aren't exactly dropping foolproof evidence that DYNV is twiddling their thumbs.
I'm not a pumper. Have you read any of my posts? I have been following this company for months. When have I pumped the company or said anything questionable about them? I simply take their statements at face value. If you want to question anyone's motives, it should be you and your friend moneyhound WHO HAVE ONLY EVER POSTED ON THIS BOARD AND JOINED IHUB ON THE SAME DAY, 6/24/12.
IF THE COMPANY WERE DUPING US, THEN:
1. Their financials would suck
2. They would be diluting to raise money for themselves, instead of seeking outside investment capital
3. They would have a lot more press releases claiming a lot more exciting stuff
That's all I'm going on, guys. So far they seem legit, and if you have any REAL evidence that they aren't please share it.
