Now, I'm waiting to see what happens with the mandatory redemption in 2012 with a preference price of $25.00 I am very curious to see what ultimately becomes of the shares I bought for .27

IMO... volume following todays PR was weak. I expect to see more selling to the bid. I would not be surprised to see this close at .0012.

Thank you for acknowledging that the color GREEN does exist on the bio-cam. I know you were not replying to my posts. But the fact that you think you see residual algae allowed me to stop adjusting my monitors and plasma. I was trying to correct an issue that was not present.

Observations shared with the board over the past year plus, have been accurate. Some of them have not been well received by others, but they have been accurate.

The Fact that the PBR is not operational today and that BEHL plans to clean it out this week. Explains why there is excess water within the control basin and why that water is not clear but rather greenish. Photoshop points to green when I sample it. I'll be sure to post a picture of it, when the water is clear.. then we can compare it side by side.

I shared a picture of what I was looking at, in a public forum, open for debate.

A few disagreed and said the water was clear. I saw Green inside and outside of the PBR.

You wouldn't see a current within the basin, because there is no outlet. Seeing a current would require flow. I don't see any flow .. I do see increased water levels within the basin. Is it raining freshly inoculated PBR water?

The only "Dark Streaks" I see, are in the second tube from the right and the vertical breather tubes. Neither of those locations look proper. the Tubes appear to have some random growth, stuck to the sides and the breathers don't appear to have been cleaned since changing to the new strain.

If you like what you see on the Bio-Cam .. then buy some more shares. I don't like what I see in the bio cam or my trading platform. I'm not buying shares.

The water looks clear, maybe a bit grayish from a weekend of dirt and dust.

I can't help you with the color settings on your computer. Death Valley permits? No I can't tell you about them. I've been unable to find a government agency that has issued permits for the project.

I might hear back from the Agriculture Commissioner today. I'll let you know what he says.

If someone had to watch for leaks at BEHL HQ

They would have had a very busy year so far. Even today while the 1st commercial system is being set up, the PBR in Santa Ana is leaking it's "Haematococcus goodness" live on the web.

Greenish Basin Water? ... looks like a leak to me.

Huntington Beach never actually issued permits for anything. The HQ project was in the planning / approval stage. I contacted many people in Inyo County and the State of California back in June. No one I spoke to via e-mail or telephone had any knowledge of the project at that time and most were willing to discuss the possible reasons why.

According to GIS mapping the zoning at the site is OS. Permitted use of land in OS zoning requires no approval or action by government. I believe DVJ was mostly desired for this reason.

Since construction is underway and imo BEHL has a history of lying to shareholders. I thought it was time to make sure Dennis has his ducks in a row. It's all part of doing business. If BEHL has everything it needs for the project. There should be no issue with various county and state regulatory officials checking in to it.

I am appalled at the reaction from other shareholders regarding this issue. I hope BEHL has everything in order. For the sake of everyone involved. If not, there is only one person to blame. time will tell

After you reviewed that site, did you find any evidence that the Inyo County Planning Department was ever presented with a plan for approval? Or that they've been involved at all? Did you look through the available Agendas? (I did) .. Did you find anything at all?

Are you also as interested in other algae companies, especially the above ground open pond systems that pose more of a threat to the eco system according to your ideas of the threats. If you look at the pictures of any of those you will note that none of them are set in containment basins to protect the environment as BEHL has the foresite to do so.

Khesanh .. Every open pond system I have seen has a pond liner. you are 100% wrong on that.

Pollution is the introduction of contaminants into an environment that causes instability, disorder, harm or discomfort to the ecosystem i.e. physical systems or living organisms. Pollution can take the form of chemical substances or energy, such as noise, heat, or light.

We haven't seen a leak in a while, but with the concentrated levels of nutrients in the tubes and different strains of algae growing in them. Any leak or spill would in fact introduce elements that COULD disrupt the existing ecosystem. Do you want to own part of a company that may or may not be operating in an environmentally sound manner?

I'm not interested in "getting rich" by destroying the environment. I don't own oil company stock, I don't buy shares of companies that are involved in the war machine.

If BEHL has all of the permits and has had approval, my complaint of potential pollution is of no concern. I don't see what the big deal is.

We want to see the real complaint. What it said, because I, to this day, have not seen anything that would constitute a complaint being filed.

How would you have seen it? I didn't file it with you. If and when it becomes public, you'll get to read it. I did however, receive a confirmation email that it was received.

if you are a share holder of this or any company, why would you not raise your concerns with the company, and file acomplaint against them? How do you figure that by you filing a complaint will benifit the company, your position as a share holder, or the other share holders?

I have raised concerns with the company, the complaint filed my not benefit me, or the company, or you for that matter. Personal benefit at this time, is not my main concern.

If the PVC pipe has nothing to do with BEHL. then what is the worry? If BEHL has all of the required permits.. what is the issue?

It was later described by (The Son of Helios) as being drainage from the basin.

Is it safe to assume that the batch of Omega-3 algae growing in Santa Ana is not a worthy inoculate for DVJ?

Previously BEHL told shareholders that the batch of Omega-3 growing in Santa Ana would be used in DVJ. But Now they are going to sterilize the PBR and start a batch of Haematococcus for DVJ.

One of the problems I see with BEHL generating revenue is the constant change of course.

Remember when the 6 million dollar Omega-3 order was of the highest priority? Why hasn't any of that order been filled?

Banyon ... I'm not finding any Police reports in the Santa Ana Police Blotter, that show any reported Vandalism or threats at BEHL HQ .. Do you have a date of such incident? That would be most helpful.
