If you look back at my posting history, You'll notice I've always been concerned about potential environmental impact from this project.

If the PVC pipe has nothing to do with BEHL. then what is the worry? If BEHL has all of the required permits.. what is the issue?

Is the electricity on site from the pole yet?

Are there stairs on the trailer home yet?

Do they plumbing under the basins, that they can use to pump 75 gallons of water in and out or each, independently?

Are there any permits posted at the site?
