Thanks Candy B! I did connect the dots between your username and the mining claim, but didn't realize your husbands involvement. Very sorry he is gone, but you are fighting the right fight! Pride can't be taught and it definitely can't be stripped once you have it!!
It's great to know we have you on our side and someone close enough to Dotson to put some pressure on him and keep him honest.
Thanks for everything!
Candy B-
For all of us newbies to the forum, can you please give us the quick overview of your involvement with Milford, mining, and CPRK? Whatever your fingers can stand is much appreciated :).
You obviously are very connected, must live in town or close, and have a family in mining or have invested in mining claims for some time. I am sorry to have to ask this, since most already know, but I am very intrigued by you!
Thank you for all the wonderful information and inside research you do. This forum and success of CPRK owes you lifetimes of warm fuzzies!
Thanks again!!

Awesome read! I love your enthusiasm and I am desperately hoping CM's next PR is the end of all negativity! I know CPRK has issues, but the right reported future upside of the company far outweighs and puts to bed the naysayers...
Dude, you are killing me! The only visual I have is of Dom DeLuise in History of the World Part 1...hilarious!! Kill him!!
Keep the humor coming...this board needs it!
For those of you who are speculating that the company is selling or insiders are manipulating their own share counts by selling and rebuying, this comment was also part of a recent conversation I had with my knowledgeable investor.
"I noticed that Colorado seems to think the current stock price issue is direct investors buying at a discount and dumping, then reinvesting for more shares. (msg# 26119). I don't know anybody that has done that personally, but I am sure some of that occured along the way, but the company stopped selling free trading shares a few months ago and hasn't even sold restricted stock recently, so that scenario just isn't possible for this recent dumping."
However, the company is adding shares to the O/S, but these shares come from lagging direct orders that are yet to be printed and shares coming off of restriction. But if the company has not sold "free" shares in quite some time and stopped selling "restricted" shares recently, the post about overall value and dilution must be spot on.
Thoughts?
And you think this has snowballing ramifications? The more people making money shorting it, the more shorters will come? Don't they need to let the stock run up a bit so they can make even more money with the dips?
This came from a direct investor with the company that I speak to from time to time. I wouldn't label him as an "insider", but someone who has been invested for quite some time and knows the management team.
Question:
Do you trust MD and do you believe he will do everything in his power to preserve the investment we have all made. I am sure your situation is a little different given that you are invested directly with the company. I just want someone's opinion that knows MD and the management team. Like with all pinkies, you always have the pump and dump forum posts and the liar, can't be trusted owner posts, etc. I have quite a bit invested in this now and want to know the possibility of losing it all.
Answer:
"I trust that MD will do what he thinks is best to get the company to succeed. I don't believe any of the internet rumours that he has anything underhanded planned to screw the common shareholders. Too many people in Milford who have bought shares on the open market that would lynch him :)
I think peoples concerns/frustrations with MD is that he is going to do things his way, and sometimes that may be the best way to do things and sometimes it may not be. In my personal opinion, love him or hate him, he is not trying to scam anybody, but is perhaps at times running an "ends will justify the means" campaign to make WUCC/CPRK a successful company that rewards loyal shareholders."
Take that for what it is, one person's opinion. But, with the recent shorting and naked shorting(?) that is obviously going on, I have to believe in this person's opinion of MD and the management team. If you have visited Milford, you would know the importance this company has on the lifeline of that town. To let this poster redirect a couple dots and "Michael Moore" this story into fear is ridiculous. If you don't believe me, go there for yourself. There isn't any else there but the sense of family and hope of striking copper!!
As for me, I stand steady, buying more when I can free up money. This should run in July, either first or second week. Buy now!!!
Can we get that in a purchase trade, please!!!
Now volumes are back to 19M....WTF!!!!!!!!!!
Trueblue - I noticed the same thing. I wonder if that 5M share sale didn't go through, which raised the price back up and removed those shares. But, there is something very weird about the way this stock is being managed of late. I just wish my gut was selling me a satisfied feeling!!
Does anyone else have a weird feeling that instead of the big selloff at the end of the day, we're going to get a huge buy? Somewhere in the 500-1.2M range? I don't know why, call it a gut instinct. Since we have already seen a sale of 3M today, I am fairly convinced we'll see a big buy sign to end the day.
Thoughts? T - 15 minutes.
I have sent an email to the one source I have that usually is quick to respond and has been up front and honest to this point. If this person provides anything of substance, I will surely pass it on.
IMO I think there are several ways this Nevada Star filing can go:
1) Strips WUCC of rights to the Milford mining district and bankrupts the share holders as MD is forced to sell off everything they have built to save his investment.
2) If #1 happends, I am renting a truck and driving out to Milford to grab hold of a dump truck tire or any asset that equals my investment!
3) What if this is posturing to force CPRK to fully disclose the successes that are not being claimed. Could there be an inside plan to buy just prior to the release of the news that they are profitable? Does Nevada Star know something more than we do?
These are all ridiculous assumptions and probably not realistic. Please post your 3 most likely outcomes for all of us help understand this situation through your eyes.
Yeah, I am not worried about the couple percent difference. I equate purchasing stocks to refinancing your home for a lower rate. Get your mind committed to a certain number or percentage, lock it in and be comfortable with your decision. If you constantly beat yourself up over a cheaper price, you probably aren't real comfortable with the purchase decision in the first place.
I have been dollar cost averaging, but I also got trapped into buying some of the runs thinking that we will never see those prices again. But, overall I am doing pretty good, .017 average. Little higher than I would like, but I started buying at .026, so in the end I am happy where I stand. I just hope this hits big in my Roth IRA so I don't have to pay taxes on the growth. What a way to stick it to the man if this ends up being a 100x bagger.
Got my shares at .01 finally, only to see the stock go lower...I love the inability to ever buy at the bottom!
Well, good luck getting it at .01, hopefully you have more luck than me! Actually, I sure hope there is a mental floor on .01...I definitely do not want to see the price sub penny!!! If anything, we should be getting a run due to the cheap price. I wish I knew more people with liquid trading accounts!
I am getting so screwed trying to buy at .01. It sat there for 10 minutes and still didn't fill my order. It was only for a measly 50K shares! I just want my greedy paws on shares at .01...how can ask for anything more?? Anything less than our lowest currency value just doesn't seem real! As you can tell, this is the only penny stock I own.
If it didn't cost me $9.99 to trade $1 - $5 worth of shares, I would think about doing it myself!
Did anyone else just notice the last fill for 500? Willboat mentioned yesterday that this indicates "Gap the stock. This gap can be either up or down, depending on the direction of the 500 signal". I sure hope the signal is UP!!
Can someone post buys and sells from the past 20 minutes. I am very interested to see if the price was dropped so a large purchase could be made even though the "public" wasn't bidding it down that low.
How can the Bid be at .0108 and the Ask be at .0109 and a 90K sell order push the price down from .011 to .01??? I am trying to buy more at .01.
I agree these numbers are pretty useless without having the stock price included. Knowing the impact of each dilution by PPS would be much more powerful. If I find time, maybe I'll get it in there. Wouldn't take much work, but not sure if the value is there.
I need to get some actual work done and quit starting at this board in hopes of overnight fortune :).
FFF,
So looking back at the CPRK Share Dilution chart and graph, if I use the "O/S Increase" column (month over month) for dilution instead of "Company Owned Increase", would the chart would be accurate?
Do you see anywhere else the numbers or my analysis is incorrect?
Thanks!

When we toured last November, Walt said the mill was supposed to be built over mineral-less land, but they later found out that there is quite a bit of copper under the mill. Walt said not to worry, they would go get it through underground mining.
I am sure some would say, "another catastrophic mistake by management and lack of experience", but other might say, "jebus, that land is plum full of copper and we're going to be here for a long time".
I do agree w/ past posts; any understanding of how close the con is would be priceless info right now. IMO I have to believe if the mill wasn't close, they wouldn't be putting out any PR, let alone PR about additional drill findings, additional equipment for underground operations, and the VERY optimistic dates of the SW/EX processing. I know those are needed to keep investors somewhat happy and buying more, but seeing the family (or town) based grass roots operation CPRK is, I believe Mark will die trying to make this successful. His sister at the front desk told us enough stories about their family's background and the amount of emotional investment everyone has into making this successful, IMHO I believe this will come to fruition. Unless you tell me she isn't his sister, then I am SELLING :)!!!!
FFF,
Thanks for the clarification. I agree that assuming insiders are selling everytime restricted shares decrease and float increases was either incorrect or misleading. However, "Company Owned" or "Restricted" still tells you exactly how many privately held shares exist. Since you are an "insider" and "outsider", do you know if all the restricted shares will eventually become part of the float? Did you have other options for how your shares were handled when you bought directly from the company?
If restricted shares are being added to the float when they come off restriction, simply shifting from one bucket to another, would you agree that the best test of "dilution" would be the difference between A/S (month over month) - O/S (month over month)? If we know how much they are pulling out of their A/S "treasury" and adding to the open market, that is truly where we can calculate dilution, is it not?
Thanks for the response!

I had a feeling that if I didn't include a full breakdown of the DD it would be confusing. Let me try to explain what I did:
1) I am pretty new to breaking down these numbers and I used the following link to understand the A/S, O/S, and Float as I was putting this together...
http://www.investopedia.com/articles/basics/03/030703.asp
2) CopperKen - The reason I used the date over date difference of A/S - O/S for dilution was defined in the last paragraph of the Outstanding Shares section of the above mentioned URL. However, after reading more, I am not sure if that is correct. But, I was assuming A/S - O/S (reserves) equals the CPRK "Treasury". The only problem is I couldn't find an example of how to calculate Dilution when the A/S is increasing. From what I understand, Dilution will happen on both sides (public & private) as the overall number of shares increases. We aren't the only ones feeling the pain of dilution. Given that, when the A/S increases, it changes the entire scope because the company has the choice of issuing or not issuing additional stock. I am confusing myself...sorry! Here is a great breakdown of dilution... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stock_dilution
3) What does this tell us? I think the best part of this data is that we can see when the internal investors are buying and selling.
- Example 1: Using the Company Owned Increase and Float Increase columns, we can see that on 12/17, 12/23, and 1/6, the Float was increased by the exact number that the internal investors sold. They were selling!
- Example 2: Using the same columns, 10/28, 11/20, 4/22, 5/28 all show a pattern of the internal investors increasing the Float, but buying more than they were selling. Since this has happened the past two times, I think that is very positive sign that internal investors are seeing progress!
Does anyone else see any valuable highlights in this? Please share if you do. I would be happy to turn this spreadsheet over to anyone who feels they understand how to make this DD more benefical. I am definitely not too proud to admit when I am not the expert :).

I have done some DD based on the Copper King Share Structure (Date, A/S, O/S, Float) from the Ihub forum. I think the numbers and graphs are pretty interesting, but I can't seem to get them to paste in here. They were built in Excel. Any help understanding who to mail this to who can get it up on the board (based on acceptence as creditable) would be much appreciated. I think it shows important points, primarily the amount of shares bought and sold by the internal investors as the dilution occurs. This also shows that the company was purchasing shares around the time MD said they would.
Colorado1 - you seem to be able to paste in charts and graphs, can you get this posted for me if I send it to you?
Peace - VVV
Thanks for the DD On2them. It's very helpful to me as an investor, especially since I don't know the first thing about mining! However, I did have a rock tumbler as a kid, does that count??
Sorry to post the following in reply to your message, but I didn't see where I can create a new post, or as a new member, I probably can't do that yet. Anyway, here's my background and question.
I heard about CPRK through the grapevine and started investing in Nov. 2008, after touring the mill with Walt Nov. 21 on our way to Vegas. Through myself and evangelism (friends, relatives, etc.), our little group represents about 10M shares.
Can someone point me to a post or kindly breakdown the events of the past (ABH might be best suited since I am referring to the dilutions) few months that have significantly affected the stock price? A very high level bulleted list would be awesome for me to communicate with the other investors I got into this. I don't need dates, but sequential order by month would be helpful. This would be more than appreciated as I don't have much to go on. I communicated regularly with Gavin, but haven't heard back from my email to Charles.
I have enjoyed reading the forum at times, so thanks to everyone for keeping us outsiders upbeat at times and trigger happy at others!
