Got it..... tomorrow I will go explore that one.
It would just be a little re-assuring to see something that gives me the impression that everything is the real deal.
That address was registered in September, so maybe they aren't in yet? However, I thought they were an established installer. Either way, it doesn't look good to me.
I'd love to know where he went, because I was just there 20 minutes ago, and there isn't anything- certainly not employees.
Maybe they have moved, or at least I hope so.
ECO-FRAUD, Peachman?
The address listed for Eco-Safe of Florida is
2700 W Cypress Creek Blvd, suite C-101
This is a nameless office with nothing on the door and nothing I could see inside but an empty lobby, when i looked through the front door which was locked at 3 pm. The corporate plaza directory had this suite assigned to CLP Resources, (which is a staffing company).
Going around the back i did spy one office that appeared to be occupied. It had a computer a few papers, and someone's sports coat on the chair.
I thought this was Eco-safe of Florida's location. Where are the installers trucks, why is there no name on the office? What's up with this?
I'm pretty lazy that I haven't looked in to this before, I'm going to see if I can get a look at things too.
It wouldn't take much to keep my around, just a general feeling that they are actually doing something- and not just playing this energy dream as a "hobby".
Going to Eco-safe office today, going to ask them what they have in spray insulations.....
What is the exact relationship between Pinnacle Energy and SYNJ?
I just looked up Pinnacle, and I think I know Mark Solomon, LOL. I see the address 901 S Federal HWY, suite 300. and I think it's law offices. I might have to do some first hand DD.
it's essentially still a shell, but it is tangible. It's not a "scam" , and they appear to have a decent gameplan, but that doesn't mean it won't get screwed up. Most of us got hosed when it dropped from a range of .018-.035 all the way down here. Partly because Scottrade put a "No Buy" order on the stock, and a lack of news.
I'd say if you bought in at this price, you probably are going to be good.IMO. That said if your only shooting for home runs in penny stocks you'll lose more than you win.
SYNJ is making me angry. I pretty much broke every rule of trading I have when I didn't sell at .0016, and then bought more at .001
I hope I don't regret this one.
I hope I didn't get in late on this one.... in today.
Terry called me directly and asked for a check. They said they needed it for beers and wings Monday night. I shouldn't have sent it?
shell company -Definition
Non-trading firm formed (and often listed on a stock exchange) as a vehicle to (1) raise funds before starting operations, (2) attempt a takeover, (3) for going public, or (4) as a front for an illegal business.
I'm assuming your claiming definition (1).?
I'm with you total SCAM, Terry doesn't even really exist, he is a 100% fictional character.
well if your going to make a claim like that, perhaps you should bring a little more to the table.
do you know what a shell is?
It's normal when people actually look at what the SEC halted trading for, and ignore some of the the junk posted here.
Then they look and see an actual product on the shelves, and realize it's not a shell, it's not a SCAM, per se.
In reality, SPNG probably got caught cooking the books to inflate sales numbers to move the stock. Totally wrong, and I'm sure they'll get fined for it. But on the other hand, sometimes it pays to cut some corners when your trying to get the ball rolling.
I'm biased because I started trading this thing in january. But I wish every one of my pennies had the aggressiveness that SPNG management did. I'd be retired by now.
nope just up 100% from yesterday....... (oh but it will go down again, someday)
It's funny, plenty of people like myself bought yesterday and sold today, and we still have people on this board telling us what a terrible thing that is.
I'm ready to buy again too, especially is SPNG dips or I get the feeling it's going to climb higher.
I have a lein on the back of a construction company for 8 years now for 15K , along with about 40 other people.... I supposed if someone rich dies and wills their fortune to that closed corporation we might get paid..
SAME WITH SPNG. I'm just saying class action lawsuit 90% are a waste of time for the common shareholder, and your lawyer probably already knows that.
This class action non-sense. Trying to sue a manufacturing business, for what? Buy the time they would have divided off any assets to their primary debtors, and all the other junk that was entwined with this... the shareholder might have had some claim on the back of a bankrupted corporation for the rest of eternity... (but your lawyer would probably find a way to get paid)
not trying to be too negative, just been down this path.
lawsuits are worthless....
Did I say .06 in a few weeks, I meant .06 in one day...
uhhhh.... I don't know anymore, I thought .001 was a good buy. Buy at your own risk, when we fell through .0016 I think we lost our support. I still blame Scottrade for this mess. When they put the "No Buy" order is when we plummetted.
then you would have hit the 3 or 4 pops already this year when it doubled in price, right?
or did you buy yesterday, and not research the stock you purchased.
is this the R/S you've been saying is any day now, for the past 9 months?
I know one thing, when I no longer own this stock I won't come back here to post everyday.
I feel like this is a "drop and pop".... sort of the opposite of a "pump and dump", SYNJ is letting this fall for a reason, IMO
If SPNG was a pump and dump they would have dumped one of the times they were over .20.... and be long gone by now.
Thats just common sense.
1) I like ups and downs. You buy on the downs and sell on the ups. I think going LONG on a penny is, just that a "long shot". I have a few, I dream about, but about 80% of my funds I want to trade.
2) I just don't think this is that big of a deal. They will get a fine probably or something along that line. Their accounting firm was 2nd rate, and had been in trouble for 2 years.
Spongetech was moving too fast with shoddy accounting. I wouldn't invest my "nestegg" here, but I think it's certainly worth a solid risk.
SPNG rocks. You have one of the most aggressive marketing and management teams of any penny ever. They put out a real tangible product, (they aren't some theoretical shell) - they went after the biggest venues, put their product in front of everyone.
... and likely pumped up there accounting and sales figures a bit too.. (whoops)
I say so what. People whine and cry when their stocks just sit there, but SPNG pushed the envelope and got caught. I'm back in as of yesterday, it's easy money going forward.
After all these guys took a .01< stock to .28, down to .08 and back to .20 again.... everyone should be making money here.
Bash away, it's .03 today, it will be double that in a few weeks.
So it was March, whatever..... the point remains the same. Find me a stock that goes from 1< to .28, back to .08 then up to .20.
If you didn't make any money here, you might be in the wrong business.
I expected a bounce to at least .0012 range by now. I'm long too, but I do trade a chunk of this, and it's been pretty reliable... we are do for some kind of bounce.
Unprofessional, and sort of unclassy to put a sticky on such a condescending, obnoxious tone from the poster. Sounds petty and juvenile.
people always say that whenever they are trying to bash, I doubt he really knows.
I agree. We can make a list a mile long of companies that got in trouble with the SEC.... especially aggressive companies like SPNG, they raise a lot of eyebrows. Plenty of them are still around.
I'm actually a little dissapointed, I hoped to get in today at .01..
I bought today, this will be easy profit. You all entirely overeacted. Well, maybe not if you bought in at .15 or so. But buying today is a no brainer.
Frankly, I don't care if they fudged their books a little to pump this up, businesses do things like that everyday. I bought this in Jan at .0078 and sold most of it at .17, listening to naysayers all the way up.
Now, at .03, this thing will at least double in the next few weeks.
jonw, long and strong with gloom and doom since at least Feb. (I didn't feel like reading back beyond 6 months of your daily..,SCAM,R/S,dilution mantra.
You must be some strange kind of investor, since this is the only stock you comment on and you think it sucks?
TODAYS PREDICTION-
Are we going up or down?
you mean after they made it from buying SPNG this spring?
What train wreck? This share price .007- .013 is about what AMNE has been all year. Don't come crying, if you bought a stock and it stayed within it's range.
I realize their was a 5/1 forward split, but you should have the math skills to multiply by 5 to get a yearly average.
the buying on Thursday was 75% vs 25% vs selling, and we didn't go up. Thats a bit of dilution to maintain that I'd imagine.
I hope something happens soon.
I don' think thats the whole day. I can't believe there were only 3.5 million shares bought, and 88 million sold.
We would have dropped below .0008 I would think had that been the case....
