I just picked up 1 mil at .0001 on the outside chance that they announce the completed merger after the R/S becomes final. I put in my order right after open. Took an hour and a half to get filled. This is not a recommendation, it is just what I did. I tend to gamble.

Thanks for the heads up. I live for these prognostications.
FMCC
By trying to create this new LLC; it looks like the FHFA in typical Obama administration fashion is exceeding its mandate. This move will probably be challenged.
FMCC
"sold yesterday"? Thought you did three trades early this morning?
FMCC
CRAPO bill?
FMCC
Great, I could go for some cheaper shares.
FMCC
There is no new bill. They are talking about a prospective new bill. Not the same thing. This "News" was old yesterday when you first posted it. The only difference today is that it is a day older.
FMCC
DD???? Old news. However, it does make one thing clear..... Corker-Warner is toast. We already knew that though. Did you blast this worthless tidbit out your legions of followers on Twitter?

Road test Mitsubishi EVO with and without Cambertires. Very interesting. If this has been posted before...sorry.

What's with all the questions? Look up the answers. They are all out there.
CBYI
No, I hadn't seen that one yet. After I found this stock yesterday afternoon, I did a bunch of digging and reading but I did not find that. Great info.
CBYI
Got in early this morning at .0004. Tried for some .0003's....no luck. Went out for a couple of hours, came back and I'm up 75%. Sweet.
CBYI
Right.

I think that would be 7/15/2015, the date that OTC Markets lists CBYI as a SPAC. Anyway, that makes sense to me.
CBYI
Sorry, I left out a dash and mis-typed the symbol.

Thanks for the welcome. Glad to be here. Nice to find a pinky with a product, not to mention a patented high tech product.
CBYI
Figure of speech. They got money. Govt got preferreds as collateral. Its debt. They are paying back. FMCC
Question is...does this money go to pay back govt?
Just found this stock this evening. I will be getting in this morning. I was looking at the otc markets report on Cal-Bay
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/cbvi/companyinfo
and I found that as of 7-15-2013 CBYI has been operating as a SPAC.
I had no idea what a SPAC was so I Googled it. Here is what I got. "Special Purpose Acquisition Company"
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/spac.asp Make of this what you will.
Here is one thought that I have. These tire guys with the revolutionary design are not going to want their company to trade sub penny. I expect a massive reverse split; so if you want to profit from this new patented technology you will need to accumulate massive amounts of these cheap shares in order to not end up with just a few more valuable shares after the split.
I have also been thinking about how they will market their technology/tires. I think via non exclusive licensing deals with tire manufacturers. All in my opinion.

I restrained myself from posting a similar reply. Glad there was someone around with less restraint.

Blue, do you (or does anybody) know what happens to the money that the FHFA is extracting from the big banks in these settlements? I would think that it should go to FnF, minus expenses. Seems like it
should go toward paying back the bailout debt. Wondering??
FMCC
Can't argue that one.

Blog post...means nothing. Not even properly researched.

Old news. As such, it's not news at all. Just talk.
FMCC
Me too. It's a gift!

"And the downtrend continues, slow steady predictable slide to a buck."
What do you base this prognosis on? According to my chart, this
stock has only hit a buck one time since May.
FMCC
MH. There is an old saying. "A rising tide lifts all boats."

Found this in June 17, Politico.com article.
WHITE HOUSE WEIGHS IN ON CORKER-WARNER — WSJ’s Nick Timiraos on pg. A3: “Congress is gearing up to tackle an issue that Washington has mostly ignored for nearly five years: What to do with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the bailed-out but now-profitable mortgage companies. … In the Senate, Republicans and Democrats have begun work on a bipartisan bill that would replace Fannie and Freddie within five years with a new ‘public guarantor.’ … The effort is being led by Sens. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) and Mark Warner (D-Va.). …
“In recent weeks, White House and Treasury officials have helped review drafts and provide technical and legal guidance on the Corker-Warner proposal, according to people familiar with the matter. The administration's input doesn't necessarily imply support for this particular proposal alone, these people said. Instead, they view the cooperation as a positive sign of bipartisan interest to forge ahead on a long-stalled policy issue.” http://on.wsj.com/16apcpj

Maybe it is common knowledge or maybe not, but there are two Corker sponsored GSE reform bills out there, the first one from March and the most recent from June. I guess that they cooked up the June bill after the March bill was declared DOA.
I think that you are right about the govt wanting to speed things up, but I don't think that they can do it. No compromises...too many big egos.
Whatever they do with FnF, it will take them a long time and while they battle over reform we get to make money trading these stocks and.....maybe a big payday down the road.
FMCC
The Senate is only one house. It has to pass the House of Representatives also. Unlikely.
FMCC
Discuss with who? Senator Corkers latest bill (which Obama seems to like) has to make it out of committee, which seems unlikely as
"Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Johnson, a South Dakota Democrat, and Senator Mike Crapo of Idaho, the panel’s top Republican, have said they prefer to work on legislation to revamp the Federal Housing Administration before a Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bill. "
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-06-24/senators-to-introduce-bill-to-end-fannie-mae-freddie-mac.html
The committee chairman decides if a bill makes it out of committee.
So much for any imminent wind down of FnF.

Question. In what way will the Fed "affect" the dismantling of the companies? FMCC
"President"??? don't think so. FMCC
"Fed will affect the dismantling of the companies." When exactly did the Fed start making these kind of decisions? FMCC
I should BUY MORE RIGHT? RIGHT??
Right! This stock is not going to disappear. There is a lot of money to be made here. FMCC
Best buying opportunity in a while...FMCC
Obama starts babbling about lessening FnF participation in mortgage market and skittish players panic and sell. I would call it Presidential manipulation of the market....FMCC
"And it will definitely be up from here." Another great call MH, this is why so many follow you. LOL

Works for me. Nice to see someone else calling this person to task for some of the stuff he/she posts. I say he/she because yesterday
he/she called me "adorable". Not a word often used by males.
Great posts.
