"Clowns to the left of me, Jokers to the right; here I am, stuck in the middle w/SG"
imvho
I so love optimism...
Can't believe all the negativity here. There has never been a reason for this stock to go down. After all this is the stock market... wouldn't be here if we could all predict.. lol
this company has more than great potential. Worry and dismay all you want, this is one of the best bets out there.

What time and how can one get on the call? Thanks much
Hey Arizuela, np and no apology needed. What I was referring to is "other" companies that do a spinoff usually load up the management with major stock holdings, this is extra motivation to make it profitable. I didn't imply or represent that SSOL would or is intending a spinoff. The point I was making is that SSOL management is heavy with stock holdings. This is always an "excellant" sign that the management puts that "extra" effort in when their own money is on the line. Hope this clarifies what I was saying.
Here is something I look for, most of the time when a company has a spinoff, they load up the spinoff's companies management with stock... the ole carrot trick.
"SSOL management is heavily invested in SSOL, all together owning almost a quarter of the outstanding shares. SSOL management holds the same amount of shares as they did a year and a half ago. They are not selling, which indicates Sunvalley Solar is obviously not a pump and dump scheme, but rather a serious, honest company with a strategic business plan in place,
Nuff said.
Any proof of that?
Just wanted to point out that with its pending patents, SSOL is also a great opportunity for GE to buy out... or any other major solar company who is looking to jump in the solar biz.
JMO
well now, there is your volume... 3.5 mil, up 33% too
oh yeah? tell us more... (facts)...please!
So you're losing your ass Clean, don't blame and call names just cause you ain't worth a crap in the stock market...
Hmm.. I sure can't find any evidence of anything.. will keep looking though, its been enough time for the dust to settle with all the bs that was going on, who knows.. wouldn't take much for me to get out even, so maybe, just maybe... nah, never happen lol
That's a great question! I acerted before probly the only hope was for another company to buy the shell and go forward with it. Its also a good idea to have someone offer to buy the shell or the company. Anyone have a lawdog that would lend us his letterhead? lol
WTF? 12 mil+ volume and its only 11:00... anybody know anything I don't? Is pigs flying?
I keep hearing about "next week", exactly what is suppose to, or might happen next week?
Doesn't anyone live in the WA area?
If not, lets chip in and send someone.
Maybe a PI...
How much could it cost?
ALthough I live way in the south, I have considered
making the trip, couple days, nosey around some..
Any ideas?
33 mil on volume... beats me!?!?!?
Maybe getting their books in order and filing, along with a Good PR or two.
Looks like a bunch of sleeping or dead horses, just got this response from Minamoo:

Mina Moo Group is no longer conducting IR for any Pink Sheet and or Bulletin Board company. Please contact the company directly.
JA
I guess that includes a whole list of others, i.e. GLCC., etc.
This is a BIG Surprise..... not.
I doubt it if the two law firms can get enough stockholders to carry it through. I mean, who wants to sue someone they are invested in and null and void any chance of recovering any losses?
Looks like they finally filed... hopefully back to trading soon.
Sounds like they are having trouble finding someone to take the lead role... maybe it'll eventually drop and we can get back to trading. Also, time is running out.

As in any stock or pink, I don't invest more than I can afford to lose. The last thing I want to do is make it harder for the (any) company to make it back profitable, so I am content to just sit and wait. It'll come back someday, either by someone else taking over or someone else buying the shell. You can always tell those who couldn't afford the investment by complaining and bashing the company. JMO
Just received this reply from The Tribe, who is the company producing the advertising campaign as I understand it.
[bHi #####,
I am not sure what kind of chill you are referring to.
SMPP has not started the collaborative work with us and we are still waiting for them.
It seems like we cannot get hold of julliena as she is not online most of the time.
Is there anyway we can talked with her? We have other potential contacts in the US that we want to work together with should SMPP side be not moving.
Thanks.
Regards,
Jeremiah

Good morning, I am a stock holder of SMPP and I've been following it with optimistic interest. Can you provide me with any details as to how the "chill" is going and any insight as to when it will be concluded. Thank you very much for your attention.
Sincerely,

Well I have run the guantlet of phone numbers and email addresses this morning, no reply as of yet on email, however...
I did talk to someone at the office number, only thing she would reveal is, she said, "Julianne is busy working on a press release".
Also talked with the dividend issuer, said all dividends have been issued, ask him about chill, he said DTC not issueing much info but what he understood it had to do with older compliance issue dating back a while.
Left messages with all others including attorney, will see...
FYI:
the email for DTCC CEO Don Donahue
Phone: 218-855-1000
Email: dfdonaue@dtcc.com
is no longer a valid email address.
Been following the Mar-boys a long time, made out very well. Everyone is always looking to blame someone when they loose.
For those who use Lvl 2, I am looking for a better charting pkg. Could those of you post what you use and why? Thanks
Any one called? If not I'll be calling tomorrow and report.
Don't we all?
I think it's a good company, just got hooked up with the wrong PR company. When and if the merger and reverse split comes, it'll go. JMO
Anyone wanna speculate on what this means? "Uncomfortable with how deposits are coming in."
Hmm 4 mil volume today. Did I miss something?
Yep, we got solid gold here.
I use Scottrade, TDAmeritrade and now Zecco for one stock inparticular'. Except for ST zipping up SMP P the "day" it was chilled by the DTCC has been my most reliable and fastest, and TDA with their Think or swim platform runs almost head and head with ST. Can't really comment on Zecco, not enough experience with it yet.
That sure sounds good.
nah, been knowing that... I was saying that like I got a choice.
