Who said they are through diluting?
Ifies and guessies, yep great DD.
and what have they proved from trials? Noth........ing!
As I have said, TPIV is a trading stock, not an investment. Will it ever become an investment stock? As I think you said "no one knows". We do know, TPIV has NOT proved their worth. And that is 50% of DD and the other 50% is the CEO. Now how many years has he dangled the uplift to retail?
About half price.
Agreed, TPIV is overvalued.
The scheme is set to raise money on the backs of retail. No retail, then no warrants. Who takes the risk on these schemes? Retail! And that is okay with me, provided retain realize that. There are so many retail investors that don't understand the scheme and can be taken advantage of from "those who seem to know more than them."
So many think this stock is the greatest thing since the polio vaccine. Then why does it take R/S and dilution to uplift. Cannot you see the scheme in progress? When looking for the nuts and bolts in a biotech one should be looking at the product, its proven value.
If TPIV's vaccine had any real proven value R/S and dilution would not be needed. Money would be flowing into the TPIV coffers from big business rather than retail. Without retail(YOU) TPIV would not exist today.
It wasn't that long ago that Wilson said they did not have any plan to dilute, if I am not mistaken. They don't just decide to plan one day and it is done the next day. It takes time. I don't trust him!
If good news was ready and staged, then why did they not wait to dilute at higher PPS?
Yep, reverse stock split. All a part of the scheme.
$1.70? Like someone just recently said if you are like minded: "predictions mean nothing if you can't back them up and that doesn't come closed to hard evidence to support your prediction."
My prediction is based on the CEO and the scheme.
Last time I said go down to upper .30's. Okay it only got down to .40. This time low .30's.
You got a better prediction? Give it! Then we see who is.
Oh yea, this month.
Yep, just a trading stock. Looking for low .30's this time.
.30's, bring it!

It is all a part of the scheme. I see .30, maybe high .30's for a trade.
I have no reason to go anywhere. It I am wrong, I haven't lost anything, I don't short.
Just give it a little time and you see just what I base it on.
It is all a part of the scheme. I see .30, maybe high .30's for a trade.
Yep, another scheme.
all a part of the scheme
More warrants, yes there will be, more delusion, yes. Why? TPIV has only operational money now. They have just enough money now to keep them a going concern according to 10-Q/A. Anyone who has been around bio stocks knows it will take many millions for any success in their studies.
Going Concern
We have no sources of revenue to provide incoming cash flows to sustain our future operations. As outlined above, our ability to pursue our planned business activities is dependent upon our successful efforts to raise additional capital.
While these factors raise substantial doubt regarding our ability to continue as a going concern. Our condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which implies that we will continue to realize our assets and discharge our liabilities in the normal course of business. Our financial statements do not include any adjustments to the recoverability and classification of recorded asset amounts and classification of liabilities that might be necessary should we be unable to continue as a going concern.
Looks like a few are beginning to figure this scheme out.
$1? - Not anytime soon, except for reverse split. I had been thinking RS in 2017, but now I say it will be this year. Company has to have much more money, MUCH. All these studies will require it and retail investor is where it must come from. I can see two RS by end of 2017 easy.
Like I said, the scheme, yes legal, is being used by Wilson. Dilusion, dilusion and then reverse split. 50% haircut coming. A trading stock only.
Without retail investment into stock, this scheme will not work and Wilson knows it. It is retail money that is funding TPIV. Warrants are only mirrors used to draw retail money.
When CEO demonstrates to be a disappointment, especially time after time, how do you hope in such?
Rk off the top of your head, you do not know the answers to those questions?
promised? Well maybe he did not use the words "I promise", but "he said" And if a CEO does not believe people place their money on what a CEO "says", then what is he doing in the investment world?
Either Wilson meant to deceive or he does not have a clue what he is doing. Either way he is not fit to be a CEO!
Wilson said new partner February
Wilson said new partner January
Wilson said new partner December
Wilson said uplift 2016
Wilson said uplift in 2015
Wilson said uplift in 2014
Wait til pps gets into single digits and tell me Wilson is good CEO.
Yes, I know about the bio sector. 99% of them are very speculative. So one has to look at the CEO hard in especially these. Look at SIGAQ, in what the CEO has done to that stock even though they have a cure for small pox.
No I have owned 2 Dakota trucks in the past and liked both.
1. Someone knows something negative no one here knows.
2. After Wilsons pumps that never happen, i.e., uplist going on 3 years, few have any confidence in him which can be a major reason.
3. New partner TPIV will payout money to obtain?
4. 2-3 more reverse splits to come! They will need money and this is only way they can get it.
5. This stock will be pink sheet before uplift. Another GNBT
