Everyone here who is freaking out, just remember this is a pink. The perception is just as important, if not more, than reality. Even if you have legitimate concerns, voicing them over and over can only hurt the PPS...in a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy fashion. If you have legit questions, ask, but stop with the sky is falling predictions and emotional outbursts.

And I don't want any replies saying "oh, like what I post can affect the PPS" because it can and does. If it's just us on this board trading around, what you say has a direct effect on the PPS and other traders' confidence, which is really the only thing that matters.

flip...your opinion is a welcome counterpoint. However, your arguments are vague. Even though some things seem possibly fishy...where is your exact proof?

Your last post just generalizes pinks...we all know what pinks are, we're here for the high reward that comes with high risk. You underscore the risk of pink companies which is necessary to know, but I personally would like more direct proof that GRDO is hiding anything before you make accusations.

The gaming would be creating a panic, then selling 1540 shares to get the price to .0018 which a buyer wants to pay, and then eating up the shares when people get scared.

I've been watching this board without really posting the last couple days and there has been a lot of panic. This is a stock...debate on the good and bad is a good thing, but I have yet to see any big time negatives brought up by anyone with any sort of proof. I've seen things that were not as good as we would have liked, but it's still early. There are going to be people who get taken advantage of right now because of their emotions. Think about the big picture here and the strategy the MMs will want to use to make money...and I guarantee it involves trying to shake shares out of our hands right now when things look slow (before May 1).

yeah...such a surprise that there was a tiny sell to get the price to .0018 to try and get people to sell to MURF at that price. :) There is some good gaming going on here.

That PR was great...and it shows that Watson is listening to all of our complaints about the previous PRs and questions we've had.

Those are very fishy bid whacks too. The size and quickness make it seem like they are only being done to eliminate the bid support. IMO

I would hope that it is at least 5 million since that is what was projected before, right? I'm personally hoping for 6-10 million, but even 5 or less wouldn't necessarily scare me away, though it would make me reconsider my investment.

I'm not questioning you on those at all, I'd like to make sure they are not true too, but I'm not the one posting those questions over and over. I'm just saying you keep making allegations and then post the questions to us. Why don't you just call and ask?

I agree with you...I don't like the "to the moon" type comments either, the waiting is tough, and I have not been overwhelmed with the acquisitions so far, but watching these pinks long enough you see that they almost always run on share structure and revenue news. All we can do is take a calculated risk that GRDO is making itself strong enough to look good for investors to make a run and then hopefully sustain it. There are no sure things, but this seems like as a good of a calculated risk as you can ask for. At least we have been told that revs are coming, so we have a choice to sit and wait or sell. None of our comments are going to change anything until then.

While you are right about not attacking posters, the same negative posts get annoying as well. It would be one thing if we were left hanging and had no idea what was going on, but that is not the case. The negative posters are selectively choosing what they want to hear (and adding a large amount of speculation). Watson has laid out the PRs we are getting and has even given a fairly specific time frame. Nobody likes to see the red in their portfolio, but how about everyone just gives this another 1-2 weeks before getting all riled up?

We knew we were getting another ID protection provider and we knew that we would not get any financial numbers...why do so many people seem shocked by the PR? We got exactly what Watson said we would, exactly when he said we would...

Though I would like a further explanation of those shares used.

This is only IMO, but it just feels like the MMs have tested this enough to know that we eat up any shares that make it under .0023. Seems .0023-.0024 is the spot where buyers are a bit hesitant right now. So the MMs are just sitting at .0023 eating up all they can before the next few PRs.

You really just don't get it do you? These PRs are to give us investors a peace of mind while Watson builds...they are NOT intended to create a quick run and dump. He said they would have a 3rd acq by the end of March and they did, he even threw in the 4th acq as a surprise. We all know that the revenue numbers and the ungagging of the TA will be the key to increasing the PPS and he directly stated that will happen in 2-3 weeks after both of these acq's are completed.

Asking questions and being critical on the company is one thing, but continually saying "we didn't run" "we don't have the volume" blah blah blah is annoying. We know, have some patience already.

I love how Watson is clearly laying out the dates for us...once again he has been completely honest. This news will probably not spike our PPS, but it lets us know we have about two weeks to load up before the big rev numbers come out and we see a run.

I've never seen a stock have someone continually attempt to sabotage the close as much as I've seen here. Someone wants to keep buying cheapies.

I think you're right...we've shaken enough flippers to where the news will either do nothing or will start a run. I think enough of us hold shares that there won't be much selling on news (especially more of the good stuff we've been getting). The PR with Revs will be the one that lights our fuse, but anything in the meantime will just add to the reasons to keep accumulating.

yeah, except the MMs aren't stupid. They know that if they let it get under .002 there are a bunch of us that would dig deep and get all the shares, so they have to get them just above our "too cheap to pass on" threshold.

Mine is that somebody got scared and suckered out of a lot of shares...now HDSN is going to make a lot of money
