My Lady Luck...Welcome Back...!
Thirty years ago when I was in my late teens, I worked with my dad on his placer gold claim in Northern BC, just seventy miles south of the Yukon border. We were only looking at a few grams per ton too. I'm not sure exactly what we (I mean he) made that year because I was just a mule with a shovel. However, I do know that my dad said it would have been profitable for us to bring in equipment if the Mining Ministry land use regulations would not have been so strict.
Like you said earlier; even if NWTT gold claims only averages out to be 0.25oz/ton., we will all be very happy.

P.S. Thank You
Well, this is my last post that I'm allowed to post for the day.
I do believe we are in a grand position with NWTT, especially after CH's explanation regarding the difference between an "Option Agreement" and a "Lease". I believe this will ease the confusion and uncertainty that some may have been pertaining to the claims. As for the amount of AU OZ/TON...THAT'S INSANE... I now have this crazy man grin, somewhat like The Joker's grin in Batman!!! I know there is a lot of land with these claims, so I know that 8oz/ton is not the average. However, once they get an average balance of the concentration of AU OZ/TON for all the claims involved. In my opinion, we will still be wearing a permanent Kool-Aide smile.
I'm very "Bullish" about NWTT. I like their direction and how they are pulling everything together in a rather short period of time. I believe this is the "Real Deal"!!!

Also, I need that "Lady Lucky" photo back up...These four aren't doing anything for me or my luck...lol
Thanks
I like this post of yours. Especially about the part where the Chinese is now allowed to own gold after the fifty three year banned was lifted. That has to be a great relief for all of China.
NOOOOOOOOOOO...where is your other photo at...??..lol
Here are a few sites that may help you.

Oh I know we are talking about "Net". NW Tech Capital, Inc. is the company and Bermal Contracting LTD is a subsidiary of the said company. Therefore, Bermal is/will not be solely responsible for NWTT deficit. Most companies don't just jump into something without carefully calculating the risk. It is, in my opinion, that Bermal was purposely chosen to be a foundation for this collage of mergers for four reasons:
1. Based In Canada
2. Established Certified Business
3. Mining Experience
4. A Revenue Means For Subsidiaries To Growth
If or when the negotiations between DirectBuy, the construction and manufacturing conglomerate which operates six companies, and Bermal is finalized, then we will see the true value that Bermal brings to NWTT. In my opinion, Bermal's contribution to NWTT is way undervalued.

I foresee revenue from Bermal as a means for paying for the new subsidiaries.

Re: None Post # of 37871
CLUBHOUSE:we have the Silver Mine merger coming in the next few weeks, we have NWTT placed under a November deadline to meet GOLD mining requirements set by the Canadian Govt
This open-pit mine is very important to us as shareholders because it must be worked by the Nov. 2011 Deadline. This pressure on NWTT Management says this will likely be our first target for Gold extraction due to the fact they MUST work the mine by the aforementioned date. Yea, Canada has some interesting rules which require a mine be worked, and that is why we are sure mine #1 will be where our first bar of .999 Fine Gold comes from. The other mine deadlines are set out a year or so and are not likely going to get much action this year. If the other two get worked before this one, NWTT better have a very good explaination for us shareholders.

You are correct; I should have said "Possibly finalizing soon"

I agree. It sounds outlandish, but if you look at the direction that they are going then it doesn't sound outrageous at all. I believe that they have a master plan, and everything is coming together accordingly. Once they start production they will have the leverage for future growth. I cannot believe that with the other mergers that they only want one just one gold mining operation.
Like I said before, "I'll ride this Pinky until it turns Blue!"

NWTT is staging itself to be a perfect gem of a company. Think about it; they have a collage of mergers on the table within very similar entities. Two of them are already subsidiaries and the third one being silver should be finalized soon. With that being said, I can only imagine that other mergers with gold and silver claims will be part of our future as well.

The Chief says it the best...
I believe megan1o and deafcone are both correct. However my interpretation is that they are going to start setting up for mining as soon as the weather permits; as in the first sign of spring.

Well if they throw diamonds into the mix, then I may have to change my family name to Buffet or Gates...lol
Well that is the way I see it too. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited about the Gold and Silver but right NOW we have a Flagstone Quarry that will generate revenue and value for NWTT.
JMO

I agree...Bermal is a major player here to get this where we won't to be. Bermal alone could take us to pennyland.
JMO
2hars
Maybe this will answer that for you.
As I said before, NWTT is set up perfectly to be a Monster...With the link below you can see how the boomtown of Fort McMurray will possibly play a huge roll in Bermal Contracting's growth. I'm excited about this because with Bermal's first contract negotiation for $250,000 and their negotiations with Direct Buy, I believe this is just the tip of the iceberg. Now throw a little bit (Ok, a whole bunch) of GOLD into the mix with a possible SILVER MINE too and now you have a recipe for a explosion.

Northern Alberta Canada is booming because of the Oil Sands out of Fort McMurray. The estimated oil reserves dwarfs Saudi, but it cost more to process because it needs to be washed out of the sand. But like everything else; timing is everything. With oil at a $100. per bbl, it is now economical. Bermal is positioned for massive growth just from Alberta alone. But as the Country itself benefits from the oil boom so will Bermal and NWTT shareholders.

...funny you said that. I had shares in GS@G in 2008 that I bought @ .02 pps. I didn't see any IMMEDIATE grow so I sold. In July 2010 it changed it's name and ticker to LOD@ and was the one that shot up to $3.55pps..
However, G@PG had a 200/1 RS in 2010 that helped the pps boost before they changed ticker symbol.
Just for comparison purposes I believe NWTT will surpass this other mining company.

GoldSpring, Inc. Announces Shareholder Approval of 1:200 Reverse Stock Split
Comstock Mining Inc. operates as a precious metals mining company in North America. The company has interests in the Comstock gold and silver exploration and test mining project in Storey and Lyon Counties, Nevada; the Spring Valley and Gold Canyon placers project, as well as the Como mineral claims in Lyon County, Nevada; and the Big Mike copper project located in Pershing County, Nevada. The company was formerly known as GoldSpring, Inc. and changed its name to Comstock Mining Inc. on July 21, 2010. Comstock Mining Inc. was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Virginia City, Nevada
It is not unrealistic at all to see the pps to shoot up rapidly (Yes...$1-3pps) once they start operations. Sure it is less aggressive to hope for pennyland but to be realistic...Gold is the HOTTEST commodity right now, therefore if we have a working gold mine with the AU OZ/TON ratio that we have been spectulating at then we will fly past pennyland in a blink of an eye.
I had seen a similar situation take place once mining operations started; it went from .02pps to $3.55pps in a very short time.
I'm hunkered down with this one; one month or one year, it really doesn't matter. The only thing that matters to me is when they announce,"WE ARE MINING"!

You keep saying...
IMO, the PR's about this or that merger is nice, but it is nothing more than a sugar fix for the sweet tooth right now. NWTT has two Subsidiary Companies; "Those two are our Meat and Potatoes"! When we see PR's about how those two are bring in revenue, then the other mergers on the table will have a huge impact on how this will fly. But until then, people will have little faith in putting money into this company, especially after last weeks volume.
I for one believe that NWTT is going to be a humongous monster, and anyone that sells their shares now will only regret it later. Right now we just need to have patience and trust that management is going to take this to the next level.

Re: mquattrini post# 35185 Post # of 35334
Well in January 2008 was when they changed their name and ticker symbol too. I didn't buy until May 09, 2008; I got in @ .002pps. I bought more on May 13th and 16th @.0018 and .0015.
I had experienced a ticker change with a stock that I had in the past and at the same time they had done a 50,000/1 RS. That RS took my 21 million shares down to 420. The new pps falsely showed it to be 5.00 but in reality it never was.
I looked at the 5 year history for NWTT on barchart and I'm assuming with that major spike and sudden drop that the same thing could have happen there as well.
Never the less, I'm long and strong with NWTT. I believe we are in the right place at the right time with a company that's making the right moves.
