Big hit! 7s up...
I see 10M??
Merger news will eat that up in minutes. IMO
That's really not that much for a 000.
Nice hits coming in...
Certainly a long list of unverifiable!
Certainly open for interpretation but I took...
"The Company is proceeding with patents for the technology, which becomes immediately protected under "patent pending" laws."
...as the process had at least been initiated. If it hasn't, a Q1 launch seems improbable. IMO.

I did some patent DD a couple months back but came up empty handed. If anyone else wants to give a shot...

At least you hope. ;)
If nothing else, being forced to be transparent would show most of you guys that you are barking "scam" up the wrong tree here.
Agreed...
The DTCC issues will only grow and, will continue to stifle the penny market. Sooner or later transparency will be forced on any company wishing to raise capital, whether they want to comply or not.
Fidelity seems to be the way to go for now.
Not to my knowledge but they might restrict the purchase of non-dtc companies like TDA has. IMO
Fees are for non-DTC.
If you haven't yet, you probably will at some point. IMO
Worth a read from a knowledgeable, respected and unbiased poster regarding HNSS.

Do you get it?
I see several other reasons according to the response.
Response from TDA regarding thier restriction on purchasing HNSS...
"HNSS is restricted from trading for an indefinite amount of time. Closing Transactions only are allowed. Some of the reasons a stock may be restricted to Closing Transactions only include:
Corporate Actions in which a lack of information, confusing terms, or unclear objectives may be involved. All corporate actions should be transparent as to objectives.
Apparent or possible fraudulent activity by a company or it's officers, with potentially manipulative actions to affect a stock price.
Frequent unsubstantiated press releases in an attempt to affect the stock's price.
Deceptive or contradictory statements regarding past or projected performance.
Corporate Identity Theft
Valid companies associated with 3rd parties (i.e. transfer agents, consultants, etc) that have shown a predisposition to any of the above activities.
Companies known or suspected to be involved in Money Laundering activity
We value your business at TD AMERITRADE. Please advise by e-mail or call 1-888-871-9007 if we can be of further assistance."
Yea... thanks. Just put 2 and 2 together there.
BMAS is not a MM you want to see on the L2. He drops, this moves.
Appreciate it...
Could someone post up an L2? TIA
Insider buying????
Survey says! No...
unless they were going to dilute
I guess we will see.
These are new application patents
Patents shouldn't be the issue...
"The Company is proceeding with patents for the technology, which becomes immediately protected under "patent pending" laws."
They were "proceeding" months ago. Should be a non-issue by now.

Doing some digging around on SNDH and what you're saying makes sense. Nice post.
Your money... enjoy!
I would be happy with a picture of this illusive Microfill 2160. The financials are just one lie in a string of lies IMO. If the company actually proved ANYTHING, I'd back off. So far, they are batting a big zero.
In this case, like many others, the company "pumps" and "dumps" shares on fictional or exaggerated news. Look at the ALL the PRs and look at the price. There is only one realistic conclusion.
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/pumpanddump.asp#axzz1bww7Sglf
per the PR's which are facts
ASimEE... your "facts" are YOUR opinions. It isn't fair to call a view opposing yours "half truths". The truth is nothing can be verified as fact. One is left to speculate and anyone with any knowledge of how pinks work can see that 2+2 does not equal 4 here. That's how the CEO of this company chooses to represent it, therefore the PPS is what it is.
That's cool. But think about this. If a company (especially a pink) can't dump "willy nilly" then why would the phrase "pump and dump" exist? It would be impossible to pull it off if a company had to file something each time they increased the OS. Also, I don't recall any filings from HNSS regarding the increase of their OS (see last two fins). So what gives?
1240.99
Actually, yes they can.
there are only certain ways a company can dilute and they can't just willy nilly sell shares on the open market any time they want
This is kind of hard to prove.
Any "dilution" is from accretive investments and not just blatantly expanding the O/S
I believe those numbers like a used car salesman. I'm sure the SEC will get it sorted out for us. IMO
I expect we will see something like this soon. IMO
Healthnostics, Inc. (OTC:HNSO), a medical and biotechnology information and technology company, has approved a reverse split of its Class A common stock at a ratio of 100-for-1, with a planned effectiveness prior to December 31, 2008. Accordingly, as of the effective date, each one hundred shares of issued and outstanding common stock will be converted into one share of Class A common stock.
This action is being taken so that Healthnostics stock price can return to a level more in line with the value of the company and to encourage greater interest in the stock by the investing community.
It also allows Healthnostics to increase shareholder value by capitalizing on and highlighting the continued growth...
