COLV. If I'm making money on it. Then anyone can.
There are no big blocks going through because you can't get any.
Simple enough. So when 10,000 drops it. It's not alarming.
Likewise that same 10,000 will bring it right back.
Yeah. Kras was silent on Twitter for the most part until I tweeted a previous paid pumper And included Kras in the message regarding Nulief. A couple important comments/questions were made and of course Kras had to chime in. Totally misleading with the "belief in Nulief" which I had previously believed. Lol. I should just smoke pot and forget all about Nulief capsules or anything hemp related with this company.
Trying to decipher that myself. I did see one reverse a long time ago.
But look into what they did with it. Series b dividend.
I don't see where it says 1/50 or 1/500 etc. All I see is stock split. Just like the one in 2013. Where they paid a dividend. A sad one none the less.
Third stock in three days that had a 911 trade
Any bad dirt I should be worried about? At first glance it looks like a good entry for a bounce.
T/A says get lost. I inquired.
Who's getting the .0002's. ???
Today might be a slow day all around but it's still early for this one. I'll hold for the news.
It says stock split just like it did in 2013 and 2014. I saw one reverse over the years. And also a series b dividend paid to shareholders.
I hope you copied the Twitter comments. I did.
Reverse split dividend?? They did it before in 2013. 1 share of restricted b series for every x amount of shares.
Interesting. The filing shows a r/s in 2014 but I don't see that one. Only the 2013. Could be interesting.
My buy still hasn't shown up. I had a small order in. It's in my account but not showing in the trade history.
I took some of those asks.
Looks like small orders only getting filled. Interesting. Not enough shares. Squeeze is on for sure.
John Wilkes specialty. Mergers/acquisitions. Obvious this company wants to move forward now.
Waiting for that next pr. Hold tight.
Lol at the 911 trade. Waiting for the Tommy Two Tone next.
8,675,309.
They sold 5 million? Not very good pumpers if that's all they could afford.
Let's see what today brings for GROC.
Companies issue shares for acquisitions all the time. That's what shares are for. As long as the deal is good I'm ok with that. I have seen many other pigs with billions of shares trading 50 times the value of the company with 200k revenues. Lol. After 25 years of trading it's still the same story.
Right now it's purely a potential merger or Aqcuisition. Not putting much into the thermonomic part of their business in St Kitts. They cleaned up a share situation to make this attractive. That's what it looks like to me. New company. Old company, they can issue shares later on for a good deal on a robotics company. I hope they do. Robotic mining is a hot topic.
I'll wait to hear from the merger acquisition expert President John S Wilkes before i rush to any judgements.
Shakedown time.
I think shares are held tightly here. Couldn't get a large block earlier.
I had a sell for a small amount gtc I forgot to cancel. The price blew right past it and it didn't trigger. Good thing I canceled quick.
GROC merger/ acquisition play.
Share reduction. Low float. Very thin
John S Wilkes / president , specialty is Mergers and Acquisitions.
Now one of the filings does say no when asking "is this company a shell" but I'm not entirely sure how it works anyway. But I do know.
That there is growing interest in robotic and automated mining and GROC is trying to move into this area.
I have found a few companies that specialize in automated mining equipment. ASI, way too big for a merger. One in Australia with 40 dump trucks that drive themselves.
The technology is amazing. Still have no idea who GROC is looking at, but I'm sure it will be huge.
Thanks rainmaker. I was trying to make sense of that. In the next paragraph it states 75,000,000 issued after the 120,000,000 cancelled or perhaps I'm missing what that all means.
Thanks. I could have sworn I saw him also at another mining company I once had shares in.
Yeah that was a good read. I've also seen the name Duchesne somewhere else. Still making that connection.
He's still ceo there.
Trying to decipher the NSU resources May 14 75,000,000 canceled shares. 2 days after the 120,000,000 issued to AIm. Lots of work to be done here.
Thanks. I was still dissecting all of it. Have. A lot more to go. Just trying to see where it ties in.
I saw something in a PR I believe it said something about AIm international or something along those lines. I'm trying to find it again.
Did see a reference to AIM. Or some robotics reference. Not just Clearpath. Still learning some more.
GROC is not a shell. According to the last filing. But honestly there is hardly anything to go on for GROC. The last several years have been vague.
However I do believe they want to develop a new gameplan with the robotics sector.
They probably have a condo in St Kitts too. They can reduce shares. They still have 750 mill they can issue. It's early. I'm in early for a reason.
BREAKING DOWN 'Capital Reduction'
After a capital reduction, the number of shares in the company will decrease by the reduction amount. In some capital reductions, shareholders will receive a cash payment for shares cancelled - but, in other situations, there is minimal impact on shareholders.
