So what some "smart" traders are saying here is that only stocks that profitable run, uhmmmmm!!! I don't think so, good day. Just remember 98% of pinkies never in their live show profit, and they run up and down. HCPC a profitable company by 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Q of 2008, I’ll take that. Upfront fees from $1bil+ so far, and residual income from it, I don’t think there is many companies here this wild land that can show that and audit financial by end of April beginning of May, 08, to uplist, wow, just amazing.

Ask him about a 3rd party buying at .0002 taking a majority position and buying the whole A/S, and for the unbelievers here to confirm there is no R/S plans, I know the answer could be don't know is insider info or something like that but doesn't hurt, just giving ideas, it is good also to hear the reaction to those questions, and try to feel the tone, or maybe hints in the answers from him/her. I suggest you ask first for Carol and if not available ask for Rick, just a thought. At least that's the way I did when called RELM and got Ed Johnson called me back like ten minutes later. Hoocher forget about RELM, let give you my opinion, if you don't need it maybe someone out there, the real deal right now is HCPC, let me explain the way I see it:
HCPC.
1) Dilution over as of February 25, 2008, according to DD, which I am pretty confident it is.
2) Merger on the way anytime pretty strong and credible DD confirms official word from company in relation to the issue.
3) Buyback as per many PR's and as recent as in shareholder letter dated February 22, 2008.
4) No R/S as per shareholder letter dated February 22, 2008.
5) Only revenues and not acquiring debt, since we are getting paid for fees and interest from managing portfolio. Cha chin. LOL
I just give you the basics, you or anyone can add more to that of course. Now let me give you RELM scenario.

1) Became public to do what? You guessed it to raise money, to acquire properties, meaning Dilution, and is just starting, instead of Buybacks, HCPC is over with Dilution.
2) After they dilute, who know if they will be doing a couple of R/S, at HCPC we know the story already.
3) RELM will be the debtor, so at least for a period of time won't show profits at all only losses.
4) Volume is so low that it maybe a big trap, even if you are able to buy low.
5) PPS concerns me more than it excites me, why an unknown company open up at such a high PPS and go up so rapidly? IMO. Manipulation and insiders creating the illusion that it has value, but wait for a couple days, weeks and PPS won't be at pennies, you can quote on this one, unless a huge merger give them the value.
So in general is a super risky stock even more than HCPC for some here, not for me, now after all this time and with confirmation of all our DD, so I rather keep my money in HCPC no questions, and don't think RELM PPS has anything to do from that perspective with HCPC PPS. Have a great day.
