Anything coming out of Russia is subject to filtering. Almost no capital has made it here. The legitimate Russians are on the defensive to the Cnadians and have no power to stop the scam.

The PR's from Russia are from Makarov's friends. There was never a board meeting to vote on the buyout and Aurus has almost no assets in it any more. Most of the licences are in other company hands. There has been zero shipments from February.

The 10's of millions of dollars in shares sold have been all Canadian scammers such as Parkin, Makarov, Papa and Amyot.

The SEC is on to AURC too. The Volganeft/Serg fake audits from RSM top audit are a sensitive subject that England is handling and the most likely outcome is that RSM top-audit will cease to exist if the London exchange investors questions are not answered soon. Amazingly, AURC and NDOL used the same person to audit them.

I will give you time to sell if you need too but this info will eventually be posted. Maybe next wednesday...This was my worst fear....The licenses have expired and someone else offered a higher price than AURUS could pay....Basically, AURC doesnt have any assets anymore. The Goons in Canada could have bought them for all I know. Russian Management has been screwed by the Canadian Crew.

There certainly appears to be a lot of dissension on this board. I wonder to what that can be attributed ? Could it be the CEO and board members find themselves being more closely scrutinized by an increasing number of participants of this "security".

The enmity with which Mr. Fowler address shareholders who have developed qualms about EDEX and it's leadership is quite understandable. After all, it is through their stewardship (or lack of) that this mess finds itself where it is today. What many overlooked is, when you are under capitalized, searching for an elusive target and you are in the hands of rank amateurs, one of whom is sucking at the cash cow's teats, your chances of doing anything other than losing your investment are nil and none.

You have stated it quite well imo. The current PPS is a direct result of the actions of it's CEO. I also blame the board for allowing this travesty to have occurred. If the members of the board haven't the ability to cause TL to submit to the wishes of the shareholders, they do not belong on the board.

I think a very serious problem is that a large portion of the Indian Nation does not trust NAEG for whatever reason. Word seems to have filtered down that the company and it's executives are not to be trusted and THAT is what must be overcome. Something that at this stage, I feel is very improbable if not impossible.

I tend to believe the (failed) plan was to wait for a pop after the announcement, buy back a few million shares and then dump them again. It's as close to a perpetual motion machine as you can get. Classic P&D ! But this time, it didn't quite come off. The best laid plans of mice and men, etc.

It is amazing to me that TL still has defenders regardless of the fact that he is totally intransigent when it comes to the question of his flaky "share structure". It was several months ago when there was an outcry by many on the board that he relent but, as you say, he was adamant and arrogant. It will be interesting to see how long EDEX survives. It is my guess it is rapidly on it's way down and out !
