Haven't a clue. Probably in worthless stock but I can't imagine even THEM wanting this POS stock in lieu of $$$$$. I didn't ask the guy and I'm certain he wouldn't have told me. Try calling yourself after 8 am this morning or 11 am EST.

In response to the Mad Tophatter, how many outstanding shares must there be to qualify as a P&D ?
