Geobiofuels has toured the new U.S. Sustainable Energy/AgriMax site in Houston, TX. We are pleased with the construction of phase two of the biodiesel/E-biodiesel facility being built. We have provided pictures and video of new construction and advancements in the process of producing biodiesel. John Rivera, CEO of USSE has reduced the time for removing glycerin to two hours compared to the traditional 24 hours. By modifying a centerfuge reactor, and controlling the heat transfers, he removed the glycerin. The biodiesel produced from this process was witnessed and tested onsight by Ron Adamowicz, President of GeoBiofuels.
USSE/AgriMax is in phase two of the reconstruction of the Houston plant, phase two will consist of new larger storage tanks, new buildings, new pumps, additional centerfuges, heaters, and laboratory

Has anyone given any thought that a PR may be released just prior to July 4th as a symbol of the beginning of the United States' independence from foreign oil?...
Just a thought....
From: Michael Garjian, CEO
Vee-Go Energy
USSE business plan has changed to favor E-Diesel as the initial product. Thus we cannot proceed on electrical generation opportunities until the availability of enough JR fuel to run turbines with an input requirement of 400,000 gallons per day. Due to value of E-diesel at $48 to $98 per gallon vs considerably less income as generator feedstock, it makes sense that USSE focus on E-diesel until more tubes are up and running.
Nice close, NEWS must be comming soon?

BioCentric Energy Board of Directors Approves Funding for Mason City
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - June 12, 2007) - BioCentric Energy, Inc. (BCEI) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors unanimously approved funding to facilitate the first Cellulosic Ethanol plant utilizing the 'Rivera Process' at BCEI's Mason City, Iowa, location. The Rivera Hydrolysis/Pyrolysis (HP) sublicense was provided to BCEI by Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP), the primary master license holder.
This Rivera HP Solution will use a combination of DDGS (the slag or by-product of ethanol production) and imperfect raw Soy Beans to produce and deliver a high BTU liquid, biogas, and char. The high BTU liquid will be scrubbed and converted into ethanol. BCEI has negotiated favorable terms for the use of the biogas by a factory located within ten miles of our plant. The char will be shipped to a local cement factory for fuel in their furnace to reduce their costs of production.
Jack Tortorice, President of BioCentric Energy, Inc., stated, "The Rivera Hydrolysis/Pyrolysis Solution delivers a new cost-effective paradigm to the renewable energy world." Mr. Tortorice further elaborated, "With 16 Ethanol plants within a one-hundred mile radius, this modest facility is but the first of an ambitious, yet achievable business plan for rapid plant deployment, which will replicate this low-cost Cellulosic Ethanol solution throughout our great country."
Mr. Tortorice went on to note, "The Mason City facility will immediately be utilized for the delivery of E-Diesel (OD-66)*. Until our Iowa facility is operational, the unique blending component generated by the Rivera Hydrolysis/Pyrolysis Solution will be manufactured in Natchez, and then shipped to Mason City to fulfill blending production requirements for over 58 million gallons per year of OD-66."
About BioCentric Energy Incorporated
Our team has spent considerable time and treasure in the research and development to deliver energy to our country from low, no or negative value feedstocks. BioCentric Energy & Sustainable Power Corp Explore New Energy Feedstocks
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - June 8, 2007) - BioCentric Energy, Inc. (BCEI) announces today that arrangements have been completed to ship large quantities (20,000 pounds of each) of low or negative value feedstocks to Sustainable Power Corp (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) in Natchez, Mississippi. The two feedstocks are ethanol slag (DDGS), and Automobile 'Fluff.'
Ethanol plants, at great expense, traditionally dry the left over by-product from processing which in turn is sold at roughly $150.00 per ton, as livestock feed. Similarly, Auto 'Fluff' is the left over remnants from the dismantling process of motor vehicles. Dismantlers presently mix Fluff with neutralizing compounds prior to this concoction being transported to landfills for disposal; all at tremendous costs, not only to the company, but also to our environment. These two separate high-volume tests will provide BCEI further information for evaluation purposes beyond the preliminary tests ran last week on both feedstocks. BCEI was present when each feedstock was separately tested through the 'Rivera Process,' which produced amazing preliminary results.
Bench Results -- Specifics of Testing
Mass submitted Feedstock Utilized Carbon Liquid Biogas
-------------- --------------------------- ------ ------ ------
20 pounds 50% DDGS & 50% Raw Soy Bean 5.16* 10.83* 4.01*
20 pounds Random Sample of Auto Fluff 8.02* 5.15* 6.83*
*Awaiting independent laboratory analysis results
BioCentric Energy acknowledges that with the utilization of these feedstocks, each with its own characteristics, requires back end solutions that are not insurmountable. The bottom line is present biofuel technologies; whether for the production of Ethanol or Biodiesel, suffer from the escalating costs of their respective feedstocks. For instance, Soy Oil has become cost prohibitive for the production of biodiesel, even with blender credits.
Jack Tortorice of BioCentric Energy stated, "We have indeed witnessed this unique Rivera Process of Hydrolysis/Pyrolysis and know it as a cost effective paradigm in the biofuels arena. BCEI has a fiduciary responsibility to our investors to further define and verify this technological process." Mr. Tortorice continued, "We will be accompanied by Paul McGuire, who has 40 years of providing energy solutions including seven years of managing the largest nuclear power station in the country, and a rich history of Pyrolysis, and Plasma Gasification on site to monitor the entire procedure. Also, we will video tape the process which will empower our potential new investors to make an informed and educated decision as to their next steps together with BCEI."
