E $0 was training ground for this stock. Same players same concept. works everytime. Nice moneymaker for everyone except the honest shareholders. Been there done that, never again! I was one of the lucky ones that could see what the plan was with this company. Sorry so many got suckered!
The Watley Group, LLC, a Los Angeles firm, with an office in London, was founded in the 1980's as a turnaround consulting firm. 4 Fortune 500 turnaround assignments created a reputation for honesty and an efficient approach to the turnaround process. Our Founder was a member of the Board of Directors of Chrysler Corporation (helped recruit Lee Iacocca as CEO and spent 8 years on the Board), Federal Express (18 years with Fred Smith), Copperweld Corporation (10 years as CEO with Guy Rothschild), and Cameron Iron Works (6 years as CEO).
Looks impressive until you realize that THE FOUNDER was his daddy!
Obituary of "Tony" Bryan.
Whether he was battling the German Luftwaffe during World War II in his Spitfire or fighting prostate cancer in his home, Tony Bryan was considered a fighter.
W. Duff McCrady of Shadyside recalled the man he first met on the golf course as a competitor and a gentleman who was always young at heart.
"He enjoyed toying with gadgets, and for years the engineers from Chrysler would send him new gadgets to work with," McCrady said.
"Tony was also responsible for recruiting Lee Iacocca to run the Chrysler Corp. He was a man who was always in motion, a man who would never walk if he could run. And a pilot who flew his stunt plane two weeks before he died."
Anthony J.A. Bryan of Gulf Stream, Fla., former chairman of the board and CEO of the former Copperweld Corp. of Pittsburgh, died of prostate and bone cancer on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, in his home. He was 86.
Born to British parents in Saltillo, Mexico, Mr. Bryan was raised and educated in England and as a young man moved to Canada.
It was while living in Canada that he joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and flew 250 combat mission over Europe during World War II.
His exemplary war record, including assisting French resistance forces after his plane was shot down prior to D-Day, earned him the Distinguished Flying Cross, which he received from British King George VI.
After coming to the United States, Mr. Bryan earned his undergraduate degree and a master's in business administration from Harvard University. He arrived in Pittsburgh in 1973, after working for Monsanto Chemical Co. and Cameron Iron Works, to join Copperweld Corp.
His commitment to the city earned him the accolades of many in the business and cultural community. Mr. Bryan was a trustee of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
Tribune-Review owner Richard Scaife recalled Mr. Bryan as being "a wonderful man who was so giving to so many people throughout his life."
His son, John Bryan, said his father loved Pittsburgh and its people. "Dad had many friends and it was a great feeling to be introduced in Pittsburgh as the son of Tony Bryan.
"People had great remembrances of Dad and what he meant to the city as it was making the transformations of the 1970s and '80s.
"And Dad never forgot his experiences in flying a Spitfire. I'd go flying with him and he enjoyed recalling the battles he fought in and showing me how to dodge the enemy in a dogfight," said his son.
Mr. Bryan was an accomplished golfer and squash player.
Phillip H. Smith, a former CEO of Copperweld Corp., recalled Mr. Bryan's accomplishments in sports. "Tony was a fantastic sportsman. The first year he arrived in Pittsburgh, Tony won the golf championship at the Fox Chapel Golf Club.
"Tony deserves a standing salute for heroically serving his country during World War II and accomplishing whatever he put his mind to in the business world."
Mr. Bryan is survived by his wife, Linda; three children, John, Carol and Pamela; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. today in the Gulf Stream Golf Club in Delray Beach, Fla.

Science Behind the Ingredient
What are enzymes?
Enzymes are naturally occurring molecules that work as catalysts to break down organic material. They exist in living organisms to instigate important functions, like digestion in humans.
What types of enzymes are used in wowgreen products?
There are many different types of enzymes that exist in nature, but the primary enzymes in wowgreen’s proprietary blend are Protease, Amylase, and Lipase. They are combined with other enzymes in varying degrees to create each specific cleaner in the wowgreen product line.
How do they work?
When you apply wowgreen products to a targeted stain or area to be cleaned, surfactants (small amounts of added soaps) gently lift the stain from the surface to allow the enzyme formula to surround the dirt and break it down. This breaking down process takes about a minute to work, so unlike the cleaners you know, do not scrub immediately. Just spray the targeted area, wait about a minute and then wipe or scrub away.
Why are there different wowgreen products?
Different organic material may exist in various areas of your home. For example, the type of scum that you clean in your bathroom may not be composed of the same matter as the dirt you clean off your floors. Therefore, each wowgreen product is specifically formulated with a unique enzyme ratio to clean each area of your home as effectively as possible.
Are enzyme cleaners really as effective as “regular” cleaners?
Enzyme cleaners are MORE effective than other cleaners. Chemical-based cleaning products attack the dirt with power and require caustic scrubbing to remove stains. Cleaning with these products not only requires more time and effort, but it can also damage the surface to be cleaned. Since each wowgreen product is uniquely formulated to lift and loosen a specific type of stain, they are more effective at removing the stain permanently.
What is the difference between wowgreen products and other “green” cleaners?
Other green cleaners include ingredients like citrus juices, vinegar, baking soda or other natural products, but they are very low in terms of efficacy. Also, wowgreen products are TRULY non-toxic, since they are enzyme-based.
Why did it take so long for enzyme cleaners to come to market?
In actuality, some enzyme cleaners already exist. However, most of them are chemical-based cleaners that feature ONE enzyme as an added ingredient. This is because enzymes are inherently cannibalistic—when they are combined, they tend to destroy each other. The developers of wowgreen products have unlocked the secret to combining enzymes, which allows them to work together to break down organic matter, naturally and effectively.
Are there any special considerations when storing wowgreen products?
The only consideration is that enzymes cannot tolerate temperatures over 180 degrees. Since this temperature is unlikely to be achieved in a dishwasher or washing machine, it is safe to say that there is no special care for wowgreen products.
Marlo....I agree with you completely. The EESO enzyme formula works better than any certified green (plant based) cleaners I have tried. The detergent removes all the smell and breaks up the toilet tissue in our holding tank in our RV and I seriously doubt that any other green detergent, not formulated from enzymes, will be able to be as effective as the EESO products.
We are 100% in agreement with you and as Independent distributors of the current products, we will also stop selling if they discontinue the enzymes formulas We have gained new customers on a weekly basis but it is very hard to continue selling the products when the current product formulation is in disarray and.........we also continue to have less and less trust in this manaagement!
u.s. wants to phase out dependancy on foreign oil chief.period
The current prez is definitely not trying to phase out foreign oil........he is trying to implement huge new taxes on the US oil companies so they have cut way back on drilling until tax issue is resolved. The number of working rigs in the state of Texas alone has been cut in half of what it was 9 months ago.
Fantastic DD!! Thanks to everyone for a job well done! A lot of quesions have now been answered. CPRK shareholders are some of the finest!
Here is an email sent to WowGreen back in June about EESO and the response we received. I do not think their position has changed from what I understand. This was about the time we heard about Bill White company.

Subject: question
Mr. Stern,
Does WowGreen plan to continue using the EESO enzyme formulas or is WowGreen currently or in the near future planning to change the supplier?
I know you stated in a phone call to my wife that there would be no change in product but I would specifically like to know if EESO will continue to provide the enzyme formulas to WowGreen?
Regards,

Wowgreen and EESO are two separate companies. In speaking with your wife I shared that we have no intention to change the product, other than to improve when we identify an opportunity.
We don’t comment on their company.
All my best,
Owen
Looks like there is a long time connection with Jared and Signature Leisure.

The tub and tile cleaner works great. No more black gunk in my shower!
Hmmmmmmm......rather suspect to me. I would guess that threats of a lawsuit might be a better reason he changed the formulation of his products.
So Claypool, does this mean you are giving up your distributorship with WowGreen? or is that a separate issue?
Rather strange
post from an assistant mod/shareholder paid for 3rd party *market awareness*.
quote ***I don't think a company should offer special treatment in order to get "good postings" from shareholders. ***
Looks like our government is teaching some of these companies what to do if you need more. Just print it!
Whoooooooooossssshhhhhhhh!
Don't know about the tile cleaner but just tried the carpet cleaner and it removed a stain that we had worked on for 2 years! Absolutely amazing!
Received my WowGreen distributor's kit today with products. The packaging of the products is very eye appealing.
I haven't had a chance to try all of the products yet but the glass/stainless cleaner is fantastic. NO STREAKS! and cleaned hairspray off my mirrors with no scrubbing.
The toilet bowl cleaner gave a pretty purple sheen to the porcelain. It actually was shining after applying the WowGreen cleaner. lol
I look forward to trying more products soon. Looks like an easy product to sell! America needs more green homes!
Gooooooooo0000000000 EESO!
The PR stated the 1% was deposited one week ago today, before the Korea trip so I am thinking WowGreen has made the offer, IMO.
I sent an email to the company asking that very question and the response I received back, said no minimum requirement.
Harry Blum any relation to the infamous WB?
hahahaha- happy to see it is a team decision
Sounds a little like Bill Clinton explaining the meaning of *is*. lol
I was just reading this statement.
I was not contacted to work for WB directly. Actually someone from another stock site was contacted who referred the company to PAB. I was subcontracted out and didn't have direct contact communications with WB.
Is it just me or does it seem that you are trying to distance yourself more and more as things progress.
Zippo- Thanks for your input! I suspected something similar. Things have not gone well since the infamous *market awareness* program that our assistant moderator was involved in. I would like to see us ramping up for the soft-start instead of watching the rehash of all of these personal attacks.
I suspect that the reason for the PR was that when the group of 19 investors/shareholders met last week in Milford that perhaps questions were asked about the infamous *market awareness* campaign promoted by Wilf Blum and TM so isn't it likely that the company wanted and needed to clarify that they (CPRK) had nothing to do with the promo or the person doing the promoting!
Reading between the line that appears to make you very happy!
Interesting news! Apparently my concerns about TM becoming a moderator on this board were well founded!
Happy to see you here ro!
Alexander Lindale L.L.C.
Wilf Blum, 801-201-4691
One and the same that paid $15,000 for *market awareness* to
Pinks and BB, LLC. ie: TM ......approximately the same time she became CPRK assistant moderator.
I think it is a good bet that *market awareness* and the dumping are connected. The volume dried up the same day *market awareness* campaign was complete.
I cannot answer you privately but where in that message does it say he sold any? I would say that someone was happy that the price was going up on that particular day.
How many shares does your boss have and is he selling any of his? Has he visited the site recently?
I am pretty sure that the person referred to in the previous post would be much smarter than that and would not sell until after production began. They have waited far too long to sell at this price today, IMO. What is 60-90 days more at this point?
I have read every post on this board and I have never seen a post like that. Has anybody but TM seen that post?
Are you aware of how much this stock has plummeted since you began your campaign? Take a look at the chart since Oct 10, 2008 when you were paid $15,000 by Wilf Blum.
And my previously deleted post was an honest assessment that being paid for *market awareness* and being a moderator on this board is very suspect! Rules should be the same for everyone!
Shouldn't your post be deleted as it appears to be a personal attack.
I really am surprised that so much credit is being given to *Market Awareness*. I thought our little spike was more from the last PR and the dividends in June. I know when the production PR comes out, we are gonna rock and roll!
Copper King Mining Corporation Announces Further Mining Updates
Copper King Mining Corporation (Pink Sheets:CPRK), an ore mining, processing, and exploration company located in Southern Utah, today provided further updates concerning its operations.

RDG- I have not posted much in the past but being a long term shareholder, I have been reading this board for many many months. I am VERY excited about the prospects of this company and feel confident that with patience we will all have a big payday. I am just very disappointed that Lindale/Blum may again create that stigma of pump and dump when we are so close to production. GOOOOOOOOOOOOO CPRK
