See where they flash 911 as a trade? That means news is coming soon. Really it does, look it up.
This is interesting:

Not quite. KO could easily develop it's own CBD beverage. But they wouldn't brand it under any of the existing KO brands, they would acquire something that already has a market. If they do invest in NBEV they are after their distribution channel, the doors they are in and most importantly the shelf space they occupy. They would look for accretive brands and not brands that would cannibalize their existing core products.
Did you mean $50?
Did they mention a deal with Mex was in the works?
When I bought NBEV my time horizon was 12 months. I wish I waited until today to buy, and I would have with two fists. I like the story and think $6 will be where people wished they would have gotten in. Not sweating this at all.
NBEV will be the flight to safety if the markets deteriorate further.
What do you mean by that statement? It lacks a point.
I don't think the signing of the Farm Bill will in and of itself help NBEV. What I do think it does is open the door to announcing nationwide deals and agreements. It wouldnt make sense for legal reasons to announce anything that is not yet legal. So I don't think 2:30 will be a big deal as I hope that the PR's that follow it are something we can move up on.
We need to bust through 6.25 resistance soon!!
That is yesterdays video.
Dewmboom - I looked at all of the other boards you post on and all of them are scams according to you. Are Blackrock, Fidelity and Coke all in on the scam?
Cup and handle on the day for sure. This could be a strong close above 6.75. Any technicians out there want to weigh in?
We need to punch through 6.75 resistance. Today looks like consolidation, which isn't a bad thing.
What are the reasonable 6 and 12 month outlooks for NBEV? I just took a 5K share position. Just want to get some others thoughts. TIA
I am noticing the increased volume that has been trading lately. That is usually a sign that the stock is about to move, hopefully upward.
Starting to rock and roll now! I hope this is just the very beginning to a long upward move.
One thing looks clear, there are not a lot of shares for sale so this move up pretty quickly and a thin amount of shares for now. I am sure that will change at some point, but enjoy it while it lasts.
What sort of valuation would you give WDDD should they succeed in their law suits? Are we looking at possibly $1B company at some point?
Just curious what you or anyone else thinks what the WDDD PPS could eventually be sitting at.
Thanks
We seem to be getting beat up today for some reason. Hopefully it will head back up soon and close the day strong.
It means the Judge granted permission to WDDD to file some similar cases for the Markman hearing. Hopefully to bolster their case. This is good news.
What does anyone think that WDDD moves to before the Markman hearings? And if that is approved to go to trial what does WDDD move to in anticipation of potential real settlements or trial wins?
TIA
Okay, this is your funniest post so far!! Ha! Ha! Ha!!
This is great, someone should pin this one to the top. Wow! I cant stop laughing!!
What is Max pain on Op Ex day? Because that's where we will be unless we have a news even between now and Friday.
I see the investment in the suits as necessary to accomplish the goals. In for a penny in for a pound. If they are granted injunctive relief in all of the suits ZTE will have no choice but to eventually comply. Up until now, ZTE hasn't felt enough pain.
I don't think you are applying much thought or logic to this. Until VRNG wins they have to put every effort into winning. While time and patience are the greatest warriors, you must first have a plan in place. VRNG is still putting in place that plan.
I think it is more accurate to say these two new suits shows that VRNG is playing hardball and will hunt ZTE down in every corner of the globe until they relent.
It is quite possible that ZTE is at the table negotiating, but VRNG is just letting them know they will continue to apply the pressure until ZTE gives in to an agreeable license.
No, it's just oversold. You should be happy since you are long, right?
The Indiamart suit was just postponed. Hmmm
I don't think we traded 6.4M shares by accident with no news. If I were to guess this was a lot of shorts moving out as quietly as possible. Given the recent potential of Laches being overturned, and the legislation on patent holders being shelved. I think this may be enough catalyst for the smart money shorts to move out.
This just seemed too calculated today, this was not retail today.
Then please enlighten me and the rest of the board as to what VRNG is doing wrong in your opinion. And what your reasoning is that they are classed as a "troll" by you.
Please be detailed so we can fully understand your insight into the workings of VRNG as a company and a publicly traded security.
Thanks, but I doubt we will hear from you.
Shocking! You came out with a negative slant towards VRNG. *yawn*
Mark Cuban's comments are self serving, so take them with a grain of salt.
That's funny you weren't part of the consensus that VRNG won in orals were you?
This is all just speculation, but I took it to mean that the judge was indicating that they jury just "hashed it out" or f'ed it up?
Don't know we will ever know what was meant by that remark.
JJ, what did you think about the orals?
I know you stated that the Judges will make their ruling on the briefs. But if you were to make a decision on what took place today what do you think?
Thanks
After listening to the orals, And looking at the timing of the sell off I am 100% convinced this was a hit piece designed to let some shorts out and let some others go long at a lower price.
If you have ever seen the Jim Cramer piece on YouTube, he tells how it is done. I can see it now, "Hey Bloomberg you are at the hearing, write up a negative fluff piece and release it quickly, we have some dirty work we need to do and you will provide some the cover." This was not retail jumping out, this was programmed selling to drop the PP. This also seemed to occur not after the hearing, but during it. So ask yourself, if you listened to the orals and then read the Bloomberg article, what are your conclusions? Wall Street operates on fear and greed and dines on stupidity.
I think we climb back up over 4 soon in anticipation of a ZTE resolution and the clock is now ticking on this first appeal.
Thoughts?
And you wonder why people believe you are a short?
Delusional much? The White House is not trying to time anything with this case, they don't even know what is going on in front of their faces much rather in an appellate court somewhere in the US. You give them way too much credit.
This is just pure speculation on my part, but with all of the noise about the market being "rigged" today may have scared some of the Wall St rats boots on the neck of VRNG. I have not seen anything else today that would be a catalyst to warrant VRNG being up 7%.
However I don't think the SEC has the bandwidth, understanding or expertise to deal with all of the crime that goes on all over Wall St. So this bump will not last IMHO.
The only thing that will save VRNG is $$ in the bank.
I believe they would have to pay in short order after that because that part of the case is complete. I will defer to JJ for his input.
They (GOOG) are running out of options. If they lose in the appellate court then it is over. They can try to be heard in the SCOTUS, but that is a remote chance at best.
If the jury error is fixed and Latches are reversed, GOOG will have no chance at the RR being overturned, or the WA to be accepted. GOOG is just running the clock at this point in time.
