This is a great way to clean up crap....

...I'll be trading in 250,000 worthless pieces of crap for 175 slightly less-worthless pieces of crap. Not a bad way to clean up. If I could trade in 1428 pieces of crap for 1 new piece of crap in "real" life, my house would be a lot neater.

At least the 175 pieces of crap will take up less space.

Matt received EMAILS from them?? What kind of business deal is this? They don't even correspond by voice when discussing such important things as "not joining the company"? This seems very "mom & pop shop" to me!

Righttttt....negative statements by people on this board could financially affect the other people that own this stock?! Ok, better make sure to blame people on this board for the stock price.

Let me give a few examples of some negative statements NOT posted by people on this board:

1. "As of this Press Release the people we had hoped would join the Company have not."

2. "We have encountered a problem that may hinder our ability to bring our financials current and without being able to bring our financials current we cannot amend the charter of the Company."

3. "We had thought we could resolve this matter without delaying our plans, but now it does not seem to be the case."

4. "I have informed both Mr. Delorme and Mr. Siegel of what is taking place and have received emails from them both informing me that due to the pending issue they will not be joining 247MGI in any capacity."

5. "Should 247MGI not be able to work through this issue without taking legal action, the Company will have no choice other then to file a 15G and become a non reporting entity. Should this be the case the Company will not be able to become a BDC."

6. "Since the Company cannot bring on new management we will need to look for other funding sources since we can not meet the terms of the current loan agreement."



You may want to check out YOUR conscience...as you try to make this stock sound "great" so that people will buy...

Here's the real story: People invested thinking that good things were about to happen. The company did not release news for a while. The company finally released news saying those good things were not going to happen. And, all the while, people got frustrated and sold. So, price went down.

Thus, posts on this board had nothing to do with it....if anything, they led people to buy a currently P.O.S. stock.

I'm waiting for someone to once again claim that "people are trying to bring the stock price down so that they can get in at a LOW price". .0001 is not far off.

Ask is .0003...LOL. What a mess. eom

Well, since only $4000 of TOFS shares exchanged hands today, you may want to rephrase that to: "Doing nothing when everyone is crying."

No one is buying this thing now....at least not in any sizeable amounts. No one is trying to get in at the "lowest possibly entry" point....because a LOT of people would be buying at .0003....especially the people who, at .0007, were looking for the "lowest possibly entry" point.

It's apparent that there are maybe 1 or 2 traders in the entire world who think .0003 is a good price and are therefore buying. When there is no dilution, not much selling, and still a sinking price, that pretty much says that most people are pretty sure that this is currently a piece of crap.

That post made me laugh. You MUST be kidding. eom

Now it's back at the bottom. Seems like a run down...not up.

What "run"?! All this thing does is go down. It's 3 ticks from zero.

If that's the case, then I think we should get rid of the people who bought at .0003 and .0002. This way, we can get to .0001 and have a strong base. All of the profit-takers should be gone by then.

eur06....that's a fair statement...you are correct that I do not know the history of TOFS. If the management comes through with updating the financials, then maybe things will happen quickly since they have already been on the OTCBB.

Don't get too excited about the OTCBB thing...

While the company may say: "the first order of business will be to get the Company re-listed on the OTCBB", this really does not mean anything in the near future.

As an example, and I am NOT promoting this other stock in any way, as far back as at least Feb. 2007, a company called Eternal Image (which is a very valid company with a product anyone can order), announced that getting to the OTCBB was a top priority. Well, apparently this process takes a long time. The company performed a R/S and still, as of a couple days ago, had not moved to the OTCBB.

My comparison may not be perfect, but it shows that talk of OTCBB does not mean any move will happen any time soon....or ever.

I'm somehow still green on this stock...lol
