I was warned about trying to catch the falling knife...better luck next time I guess.
Half a cup of rock and rye. farewell to you old southern skies
Im on my way. I just hope this company stays on the up and up long enough for me to take my just losses. I got much more than what i'm leavin' behind in the Harvard Penis Flashlight Section. Sianara mi copa bueno amigos. Still holdin'g long n' strong. Flock you mr. shortay.
I payed $2 per share pre-split. Do you think this is a good time to double down?
I will buy 10 million shares just as I did last July when teh price was .0004. That way my cost basis can drop below $2 per share.
I've got an idea. If I close my right eye and look through these glasses I can still see a rosey picture. The value of my shares is down to about three grand. I think that's what the IRS will let me put in my Roth IRA. Then when this baby pops, I sell and retire in style by withdrawing millions tax free... lol
Scott is telling me the same thing. Originally they told me I needed to wait for the June 15 divy and that the May divy no longer applied. Now they say that they can't do anything uhtil the shares are distributed. This thing will keep dropping until Don delivers shares to investors. At least, that's what I'm waiting for...
One thing certain to drive the price down will be a pr that there is little or no short position.
There were some press releases and this page, http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=HVLN&dDate=5/10/2007&sDateType=Record_date. However, my broker has pointed out that this is a pinky not OTCC and they will do nothing until their agent actually receives something from the company.
It is probably safe to guess that it was the guru's shares that went into the market yesterday.
here's the daily list link

I just bought through Scott
Not much for anyone to do until Don actually pays the divies.
It's not that easy bein' green
Having to spend each day the color of the leaves
When I think it could be nicer being red or yellow or gold
Or something much more colorful like that
It's not easy bein' green
It seems you blend in with so many other ordinary things
And people tend to pass you over 'cause you're
Not standing out like flashy sparkles in the water
Or stars in the sky
But green's the color of Spring
And green can be cool and friendly-like
And green can be big like an ocean
Or important like a mountain
Or tall like a tree
When green is all there is to be
It could make you wonder why
But why wonder, why wonder?
I am green and it'll do fine
It's beautiful!
And I think it's what I want (HVLN) to be
If you told us here about plays that made you money they probably wouldn't make you green any more.
You know, we are all eagerly awaiting you telling us how hard it is to be green.
Come on, at these prices it's only a mere 500 shares to get a divi cert!
I don't know about you, but that $45 trade would have cost twice as much through my broker.
This year Smoothie sales being generated by juice bars and other retail venues are estimated to go over $2 billion. This is a phenomenal number considering the average price for a Smoothie is around $4.00. The Smoothie market has grown by more than 30 percent each year for the past four years and is not showing any signs of slowing down.

The transfer agent has a record of all shareholders. When I spoke to them about this they stated that no certificate will be issued to anyone who holds their shares at a brokerage firm. You will need to first get a certificate for your holding outside of a brokerage firm before they will issue this. The divi will automatically show up in your account on May 31. You don't need to do anything unless your shares are not held through a brokerage.
Scottrade tells me they will be automatically posted to my account on the pay date, May 31.
I take it that you will need $60 for all 3 divis

and another test before they let you run for president
my understanding is that you will be selling May 10 dividend or f/s until the pay date arives.

momoplays is pumping. "Momoplays.com has been compensated by a third party in sum of ten thousand dollars in cash for a one week investor relations contract for HVLN. "
So you think GLEN will hold the floor if there is a lot of pressure to sell at 5?
Given Don's history with actually distributing divis I'm guessing that shorts are waiting for something more than notice on the daily board. My reading of the rules relating to distributions to shareholders is that unless the issuer provides otherwise, this type of distribution will attach to the shares sold between May 10 and May 31. Therefore purchasers of the stock up to the distribution date will receive teh divi. June also looks probable because once the shares are actually distributed, shorts will want to buy up as many shares as possible so that those shares don't need the restricted shares. The problem is that damage liability may be minimal if the restricte shares prove to be of no value. What will the claim be, that you didn't deliver a share worth less than a penny?
I'm not looking to buy, I am here to sell.
(b) Normal Ex-Dividend, Ex-Warrants Dates
(1) In respect to cash dividends or distributions, or stock dividends, and the issuance or distribution of warrants, which are less than 25% of the value of the subject security, if the definitive information is received sufficiently in advance of the record date, the date designated as the “ex-dividend date” shall be the second business day preceding the record date if the record date falls on a business day, or the third business day preceding the record date if the record date falls on a day designated by Nasdaq Regulation as a non-delivery date.
(2) In respect to cash dividends or distributions, stock dividends and/or splits, and the distribution of warrants, which are 25% or greater of the value of the subject security, the ex-dividend date shall be the first business day following the payable date.
NASDAQ Uniform Practice Code Rule 11140
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=HVLN&dDate=5/10/2007&sDateType=Record_date
There is no ex date, only a record date and payment date. I take this to meant taht anyone can buy up to and including May 31, the payment date, to receive the divi.
Rule 1140(b)(2) for dividends or distributions that are 25% or greater of the value of the subject security. The ex-date shall be the first business day following the payable date. For example if an issuer has announced August 10 as the record date and August 31 as the payable date, then the ex-date will be September 1, the first business day after the payable date. September 1 is the day on or after which a buyer would purchase the security without the dividend and, therefore, the day on which the price of the stock is adjusted downward. THE SELLER OF THE SECURITY PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 1, EVEN THOUGH HOLDER OF RECORD ON THE RECORD DATE TO RECEIVE THE DIVIDEND, WOULD HAVE TO RELINQUISH THE DIVIDEND TO THE BUYER. (NASD NTM 00-54, http://www.nasd.com/web/groups/rules_regs/documents/notice_to_members/nasdw_003997.pdf)
I take this to mean that shorts have until June 1 to cover. If I were them I would wait as late as possible to buy in hopes that the price stays as low as possible. If everyone is looking to sell their dividend right, they know that there will be a lot of sellers on that day. Without buying pressure, more folks here may be willing to sell lower to get out of this play. Stay strong. glta
Now that those are up 25% maybe you could try the test sell
There went the rest of the order.
Oh well, it's already in the green
I don't see my bid anymore. I went through Fidelity, I think they use NITE. It filled 5k, still more to go.
This is bullocks, I had a partial fill at .12 and then the bid dropped well below my bid price.
So if this thing does as well as PAIV it will only hit about $26/sh. What a pos. I didn't wait all this time for a measly 500 bagger.
jk
Interesting, I was able to buy through scott this morning. It is indeed now only allowing phone orders.
I think glen is just acting as support, hopefully they don't have to support anything.
