Thanks Dog. I ran across them on the "Oil Spill Clean-up" board, and it looked like they have some interesting products. I guess they are just another P&D company. The PR's are starting. Good Trading,
Al
Anyone know why it stopped trading? I have not been able to buy on Scottrade for the last 3 days.
Al
Hi Harr. With no job, no company(just this shell), and no assets that we can see, wouldn't you love to see the plan he put forth to the prosecution that would enable him to do that. Good trading,
Al
Where did you see that? My accounts still show dcnmq. Thanks,
Good Trading,
Al
This company is closed, has no staff, and no income. It is a shell play. I left at .002. Missed a couple of bucks, but you take it when you can get it. Good trading,
Al
"Dewey could never sell anything worth a hoot."
Oh, I wouldn't go so far as to say that..........
Sorry, but I just had to steal this.
"Did you ever wonder how the pinksheet companies are able to buy a SHELL and make it easy to continue "the game"?
This post probably says it the BEST!...

You can buy a shell for no money down. What they usually do is sell it as an amount payable. The seller retains shares either way (greed). The buyer then gets the shell and pays a promoter with shares to pump it. The seller dumps and makes money, the promoter dumps and makes money and the shell buyer dumps to pay for it. Then they start the cycle again after they exhaust the a/s with a r/s.
Any assets get sold off to a buddy or family member for a ridiculous price and then the shell sits empty until the next buyer. MNTY's all screwed up so it's a worthless shell to anyone and will probably stay that way until dissolved.
Meanwhile, you buy another shell and dump in something tangible (with no real value but a story) and do it all over again before changing business plans to something else.
These guys don't look at it like a scam, they see it as people being dumb and gullible. Kinda like those guys that claimed they had a Bigfoot in a freezer, then said people were stupid to believe them because there's no such thing, lol. They could be pinksheet "ceo's".

Harr449, check out NVSR and see if that story reminds you of anything.........

Good trading
Al
I notice they are still trading. Anyone hear anything, have any idea if someone is trying to buy the company, or what else might be going on? I know they are not doing any business. Good Trading,
Al
Check out QTEK. That's one that really blows my mind, yet there it is. Folks are still trading the old GM and others who clearly have no value. It is a form of online glambling. There is always that outside streight possibility. I came in because I thought the GPS tracking was a good play. Things sounded good back in those days. Good partners, and good pontential. Now I am just here because it would cost me more to sell than the shares are worth. Maybe a small tax deduction one of these days, but who knows. Maybe they strike oil in Dewes's(yes I know)back yard, then we are all.......screwed, because D would not know how to sell it.....Oh well. LOL and good trading to all.
Al
You do a great job, which leaves the rest of us with little to say. Good trading,
Al
Check the history of the U-Haul Co. going back a few years. Good trading to you and all that are left.
Al
Looks like it is getting close to the time for the RS and name change so he can sell some more stock. Think that is how he makes a living. Oh well.... Good trading to you and all,
Al
OK, thanks harr. I have be in Garmin and traded it since the IPO. That's what got me interested in PLKC. I thought I remembered that one of the products we were supposidely making is GPS. I seem to remember something like that. Could be wrong. Good trading,
Al
harr, isn't Insignia one of our brands? Check out the thread titled "Best Buy" on the Garmin board at Y! Good Trading,
Al
"I checked the BB website, and indeed they do offer the Insignia units for 399 and 499; they include a year of connected access."
FYI, found this interesting. Wonder where we fit in.

Good trading,

I had heard the company was closed and not doing any business. Have you heard anything differently? Thanks and good trading. (QTEK.PK)

Can't re-edit so I will re-post. Sorry for the errors in the other one.......
I don't think you and a lot of the other "investors" get it. This is a piggy bank for Dewey and friends. They don't have to hit a lick at a snake, and they can still collect money from people like us who believe their snake oil sales pitch. Look at the history. How many times has he done this over and over? He may think that his next big idea is a good one, in good faith, but that doesn't keep him in groceries and gas. Selling to people like you, and sadly, me, does. Maybe he will finally hit the right grove. Maybe he has this time. Time will tell. I am holding what RM/RS shares I have, but I will not buy more until I see a real company coming forward with sales and income. I think that icur, I and a few others, like myself, still want to believe, but once burned, twice...
Anyway, I am sitting back, looking on, and enjoy your posts as well as your very good info, very much. I read them when I have time. You are our tiger, bite down on their neck and don't let go. Good Trading,
Al

OT, but we do/did have a relationship.

Nvidia is No Slacker
By Charles Delvalle
There is an ongoing war being waged inside every single computer sold in the world today. Until recently, the war involved two CPU (the brains of your computer) manufacturers, Intel (INTC) and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). But both companies better watch their back, Nvidia (NVDA) is on the prowl.
And it couldn’t have come at a better time. You see, Intel’s biggest competitor is AMD. But AMD is bleeding money and can’t give Intel any real competition. Result? Intel dominates.
Before we declare Intel the winner of the war, graphic chipmaker Nvidia has something to say in the matter. They have the technology to go up against the big boys. Over the past few months, Nvidia’s CEO has even talked about how they have better technology than Intel!
People speculated what it all meant. Now we know – Nvidia is putting out a new CPU that combines a CPU with graphics processing power. In other words, anyone buying this chip wouldn’t need to buy a separate graphics card for their computer.
This is technology that Intel won’t have available until next year, and AMD has been struggling to release their first version for over a year now. It’s funny that a company that wasn’t even a competitor came out with a comparable product first.
These chips could be used inside laptops, miniature computers, future iPhones, and other products.
With AMD losing power in the CPU market, it seems that Nvidia could pick up their market share. And if their product is better than Intel’s future offering, then Nvidia could make plenty of money in the years ahead.
Anyone agree/disagree? Good trading,
Al
OT:harr449, is this your other board? LOL, thought it was very interesting considering what has been going on here, if you have a few minutes. Good trading,
Al

I'm with you, deja vu all over again. Issue the 5B, reverse split, and start over with a "new company". I think we already saw this movie. At least I didn't buy any more. Still just holding what I had from PLKC. Oh well. Good Trading,
Al
Harr, didn't the same thing happen with PLKC right after the Bus deal was announced, or am I just miss-remembering? Seems like this is the 2nd time I have seen this announcement from Duey(yes, I know). Still holding, good trading,
Al
Went to .PK. Oh well.......
Anyone check the 5 year chart and current trend for Nvidia? Looks like it might also be a buy around the current price or on any pull back. With a forward PE of only 11.75 it looks pretty cheap right now. Just a thought, good trading,
Al
QTEKE ??
Can't find any news, why the simbol change?
Al
OT. FYI, from Dow Jones News, Tomorrow's News Today.
Insider Ownership Good, Up To A Point:
Not enough is bad, too much is probably worse.
There has been much debate in investment circles about
what impact “insider ownership” — that is, shares of a company
held by its officers and directors — has on stock performance.
In theory, if insiders own a large portion of a company
they would have a greater incentive to see the stock perform
well and continue to rise in value. But that may only be true to
a point. What’s more, there’s an important distinction between
shares obtained via options and those management bought.
Alan Lancz, director of research at LanczGlobal, an independent
investment research organization, said he believes that
over the longer term, companies with a heavy concentration of
insider ownership tend to perform better than companies with
relatively lower inside ownership because insiders have a longterm, personal stake in the company’s performance.
Milton Ezrati, senior economist and market strategist at
Lord Abbett & Co., said significant insider ownership is favorable as long as the interests of management and shareholders
coincide.
Good Trading,
Al
Cash flow. They are contractors, not investors. Good Trading,

Very OT, but very funny. From another board.

Good trading,

It is just a correction of the '06 report, per the 8K just before it. Good Trading,

Maybe Dewey already did??
Good Trading,
Al
So, we are in transportation too. What diversity!
How's it going Mikey. Things cooling off out there.
Good Trading,
Al
Ditto!!
This has changed to AUSA. I wonder if there is a board for it anywhere. TIA
Al
Who spends $7 minimum to buy $2 worth of stock? I am not sure I understand all I know about some of this stuff. Good Trading,
Al
More like watching paint NOT dry. Good Trading,

http://www.zacks.com/research/report.php?PHPSESSID=80899169ac433ad29895576f43afb8e6&t=PLUG&t...
PLUG is NASDAQ simbol for Plug Power Inc. That confused me originally as well. I guess they are just using it as a nick name. Good Trading,
Al
Frugal, this is in the 8K. There is also a provision not to dilute in connection with the RS. I am not too experienced so I am not sure if this answers the question or not. Maybe you could let us know what you think. Thanks, Al

harr, any idea what's going on today? No trades and yahoo has some old financials posted?? Thanks,
Al
Harr, thanks for the help. I was a little confused since PLUG is a nasdaq simbol for Plug Power Inc. Been out of town for the holidays or I would have gotten back sooner. Good Trading,
Al
Question harr449, where are you coming up with the simbols PLUG and PLCI. I don't believe Pluginz is a public company. If you have different information, would appreciate help in finding it. Thanks, and good trading,
Al
