P44ny, All OTCQB companies must meet the minimum bid price of $.01 per share at the close of business of at least one of the previous 30 consecutive calendar days; in the event that the price falls below $.01, the company will begin a grace period of 180 calendar days to maintain a closing bid price of $.01 for ten consecutive trading days.
Don't tell me you bought RSHN...lol... I feel guilty I brought it up on this MB.
EQ, I have a question; who's a better bet SHMP or GRPS (TAA)?
Everyone knows SHMP is currently a Zombie Company. The question becomes can they pull themselves out of the quagmire that they've buried themselves into? Personally, on their own, I'd say no; but the Schissler interest factor is very perplexing and also very encouraging towards a successful outcome. That dude is smart and wouldn't be involved if he couldn't congratulate himself about turning it around one day.
Post it!
Brilliant! So enlightening!
Reconnaissance suggests they are shipping approximately 2000lbs per week from Webster City and zero from Lacoste, far greater than the old 400lbs per week. Lacoste seems to be in some sort of research mode. In the north I do believe they are getting their $10.50 per lb.(wholesale). Don't shoot the messenger, it's all I could garner and it could be misconstrued.
Stupid comment once more, trade 49 was an off market block trade. Although ya P11 has a screw loose.
As long as SHMP continues to share fund the pps and volume will continue dwindle lower. It's at the point where no PR will help beyond a blip. IMO.
False pretense! HydroGas (Redox) has nothing to do with EC. Hanilu Farms has been using HydroGas only for years now, no EC, with good results, just ask Leyland Meander (or whatever his name is that owns the place).
Ubes, "I never understood SHMP’s big claim to controlling ammonia through electrification of the water". You can't fully sh*t all over SHMP if do don't understand how EC works. It took me a while to understand it fully; I'll help you out google electrolysis using saltwater (saline), last step in the process is the carbon filters remove the chloramine. Now do I think it's perfect for shrimp production, I would guess no, shrimp are too finicky; but fin fish? YES, fin fish are much more tolerant to water quality management.
Wasn't one of his famous sayings "SHMP is copper bottomed"? Did he have a pre-death premonition of a sub copper penny SP? 🤣
Disparaging, degrading the deceased? Some might say that has bad juju or karma attached to it.
"Perhaps preparing for a Buy out ?" Like that would be a good thing? A buyout would be the worst thing that could happen to shareholders. Preferred would get paid out, with nothing left for Common shareholders...Zero. This is a Company that has yet to prove its technology and profitability. Currently it's a dilution money pit. Are they over the hump? I doubt it, because if they were they would announce it!
Pray tell us, who are "the lying pumpers on this board"?
Brilliant comment! Always the informative tard 🤡 who likes his own posts.
Of course they didn't, but somehow they aways manage to pay late; maybe Fife paid it? Btw, industry chit chat says SHMP got a bridge loan; wouldn't they have to file an 8k within 4 days to report it?
NSH shares, GE and family about 4.7m shares, BD and fam about 620k, TU and fam 5.7m, Steve Walker 200k (awarded as "bonus"). Total NSH shares 92,830,215. How that equates into A shares is beyond my pea brain and who converted is above my pay grade/education.
You have a valid point there! UF also has a valid point at $110M even the reduced $40M it was a great deal for NSI; at $5M it was not a good deal for NSI and it's shareholders.
Good analysis. In my opinion SHMP can't uplist with all the Fife/Streetervile debt on the books. I believe NSI will talk him into taking a new series of preferred shares in lieu of debt, Fife will also want the A shares retired. I believe he will take the deal and retain enough debt to maintain his liens on all NSI real property. Just my opinion.
Is "investing" in SHMP a good investment? If so what is the timeline to realize one's profits?
I'll place $50 on that bet, not my life. 🤣
Listen, I like you and your input! From my perspective Thai Union will just continue undercut the US shrimp market with more subgrade shrimp at reduced prices.
"Surely your not serious?"... "Don't call me Shirley". Have you compared Thai Union's shrimp output to SHMP?
Light a fire under your keyboard while you're at it.
Let me get this straight, some Alaskan fisherman is pissed he's not making the money he used to so he collects some BS videos about the worst aquaculture practises from YT to make his point and interjects as many emojis as he can find? Yawn! My time is valuable.
You busted me on the "trick question"! MF is pretty smart, he sidestepped it, he instinctively knew where I was going with it. Thanks for your smart guy input. Although, I believe Pref. A Shares will be required retired for NSI proposed uplist.
Damn, it's like talking to my spouse, never an answer, always another question back. 🤣 Sure you are not a lawyer? 🤣
While there's a smart guy on here, I have a question; would preferred shares RS at the same ratio as common shares?
Maybe I misunderstood it? It sounded to me to that it was only effective for 12 months. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1465470/000165495422003591/shmp_def14c.htm
Hasn't that RS notice expired a long time ago?
MOP shows up occasionally on Yahoo as (get this) "Truth". 🤣
Nicole, NSI doesn't sell "heads on" any longer online. You should try and keep up. Thanks for keeping up with the property taxes owing, I appreciate it!
I love the twist on numbers, I truly do.😆 Unlike most SHMP shareholders I can read and understand a filing, maybe not to EQ or UF's proficiency. I'm no cheerleader pumper or agenda driven basher... I'm just a trader.
I know you thought I was an insider, guess what, I'm not. I am in the SHMP dark just like everyone else (growing like a mushroom). June 30th (10K) we may get some numbers unfortunately they will be 3-6 months old by then and I suspect not very good once more.
I don't follow HomeGrown, I have no CPF shares, why would I care. If you point is a higher than commodity price point isn't attainable, I beg to differ, it's obvious the further away from the Gulf that one gets the higher the price point is. It's not a hard concept.
Can you read? HomeGrown! NSI is about $14.66 per ib online, tails only + shipping so almost the same price in the end.
Good presentation. I take exception to the "lucky if we can get five dollars per lb". Robins clearly gets $12.50 per lb online. https://homegrownshrimp-usa.com/shop/
I don't care for personal attacks. Attack someone's statement or opinion? Sure have at it! I will agree the degree of success competition between GRPS and SHMP will be an interesting game play to watch in the coming months... The Ecuadorians against the Texas good ole boys.
I gave you a like only because that sir is a bold statement and prediction! Takes big nads to stand behind that.
