From $13.50 four years ago to today's .28, a loss of 98%... why? Because other than the 3 or 4 blind loyalists, the market has no interest in Marker. 28 centavos. Si, verdad..
Yet to come shortly is a RS.. which every time ,that price falls.
No offense. But we all do not know that the science is promising.. if BP'S did know, guess where the price may be.
Lastly, nice try and pathetic to shift the onus onto bad retail buying .... put it where it belongs... on management ... 30 years of nothing but a production lab.with no revenues.
Go ahead, embrace the company, but at least be honest.
Consider this.. MRKR.. founded in 1992... in 30 years, 3 decades, has done nothing of outcome value.
In these years, the major retail investor chief complaint has been a lack of solid communication..
I can safely say, that if there were honest IR communication, most would have sold put their position long ago.
To list funds that have bought in and left, their purchase was microscopic.
Yes, I think many in MRKR are there for the paid research, and can move on when the well is dry.
Be honest, at $.28 / share, this is dead but not buried. The best thar can happen is a positive july '22 AML report. If not sell the manufacturing facility, find a buyer for the research to date, close the doors, and give each shareholder a penny / share.
Phantom became honest with himself and abandoned his posting position.
What a joke of a compsny..company... not even a press release on the annual shareholder meeting content.
All the boosters were dead wrong about thus joke and self greed management.
PL disappeared not fo given reasons, but because he finally realized the reality.
Since 1992, they have raised over 40 million, diluted the heck out of early shareholders, refuse to communicate and why?
Because they learned to jump lilypads... TPIV 4 LINES..POOF!
AML likely POOF!!
But wait, now pancreatic cancer a sure thing..
Get rid of them... I could go on and on from these past 7 years, but it is only whizzing into the wind.
Thoughts on today's shareholder meeting?
My take... management has nothing... raping retail shareholders, self enrichment until they jump from one lult pad to another...
They should be tossed put at the annual meeting.
They don't PR. because they have nothing..
I am so sick of the board excuses over the past 6 years about the great pipeline of TPIV ( NOTHING THERE) and now thus.
That's it, call it like it really is!!!
The end if another month and " crickets " from Houston once again. A sub basement share price and apparently nothing to defend. Who wants to bet against that everyone received their payroll check?
Here we are nearing the end of Q1 and at $0.43.
Nothing moves the needle.. not the FYE financials, not the MD&A, not 2 presentations.
I don't think management deserves any supportive excuses.
Awhile back it was said that Peter did a great job by a merger between TPIV and MRKR... I wonder what those controlling shareholders feel about this " off the cliff " result.
I tried to post that PL posted an interesting message on investor village..
He walked from here..
PL, I may have missed the results, but was it last week or this week that you were able to have a direct conversation with the company? Did that happen ? Thanks.
I can't disagree.
Buckboard...so very true..
I remained because my better half has CML and a good friend died this Monday from AML. Perhaps why I get a bit over the top at
times hoping for a break through.
We are all "testy" at both what seems to be lackluster results and a share price of $0.35 now at 10% of the 52 week high.
Yes, the vast majority of bios are down, but how many ( with the cash in bank, outside grant, and clinical P11) are there at or below $0.35.
Also with a MC below $32 million any BP could make an offer with the change that slipped between the couch cushions. It was stated that they are holding $1.2 Trillion.
Couldn't a partnership be advanced if we have the goods?
Meanwhile, board discussion is valued, let's try to turn the heat down just a bit.
Oh, I have been through the 1 for 12 (2016) reverse split and I hold more than 100,000 so don't ask my average while I am standing on the high rise ledge on a windy day.
PL..YES.."....because right now they look like a bunch of idiots. "
This view of management, not the scientists nor lab the people, has been apparent for two years. HR, Finance. Ceo, and one or two more down the hall have had a gravy train gig without oversight correction by the BoD..
Retail investors on this company have no distancing at all... other than you, thank goodness. Financing at $0.45 never unless the CFO AND CEO are removed. We have words like competency, accountability. Performance compensation, communication, and success.. but not here. Most of us know it. Yet most are too kind. PL, THANKS.
It seems like we are all very disappointed, TPIV burned 32 million.. -0- outcome and no Huang explanation.. now it is MRKR.AML
not looking promising based on the presentation... but.....
There will be an annual meeting and a share holder voting.... maybe we will add our shares, get a few large holders to join and IF we aren't treated with the respect due the owners... vote Huang and the B of D ... OUT..
1.5 hours in... many have " thrown in the towel." A statement of non support of management.
For 2022 M & A action, BP has $1.7 Trillion and is on the move... Will MRKR be the girl at the dance left sitting on a chair in the dark in the corner or.... Will management see that going it alone destroys shareholders and gives way to competitors working the same diseases as we are?
Something to think about and opine.
I suspect that most posters are trying to be self controlled... two areas: clinical track sens to be almost solid, and investor result.. not good at all.. Management is not being responsible in a fiduciary manner if... it does little to present news and see a SP increase.. and not if it plans to once again dilute shareholders... how many times have I been through this from early years as TPIV..
Perhaps a few of us are fed up with excuse making by Management or board posters.
I could elaborate more, but the practice is to be slammed down.. let's monitor the next few days..
PL.. likely most here agree with you.. two independent reporting of results..financial ( with a teenie bit of spice.. and.. late March data..
That being said, most also have an emotional and financial wish, hope, and need to gain assurances thar MRKR has the goods yet need the required time... easy to understand at $0.59... but feeling " safe" if SP were at $6.00..
Just my thought, tracking along with your cal opinion.. thanks all...
One day to the update call... today, very little volume @ 1025 EST... no buying, no selling... seems like no expectations for this one.
Will the end of March update be different?
Pl. In addition to great DD and posting. You also engender humor..
Keep smiling..
Thanks PL.. ( spell check printed balcony)
As for one $6 now is reasonable..and agree I can't value the enterprise if a buy out, based on the component items I listed.
However, the CFO had better been doing this exercise every quarter..
Thanks again..
PL..balcony..... are you suggesting what current value is..$500 million? Or, are you suggesting what a buy out value is?
If the latter... wouldn't a value build up be related to successes in AML.. PANCREATIC.. other blood diseases.. and breast area of clinic/ trials work? Wouldn't a value build up calculate the Domestic and world wide revenues of each and then a multiplier of 2 or 3?
Awaiting you good response...and as usual .." Thank you."
PH...any chance you could support 10- 20 times current share price? For sure no complaints.
Keep smiling..
Pl... if only you could for $50..
However, your DD and insight.. almost priceless. Keep smiling.
PL is appreciated for insight and communication.
He offers dd on good to great future possibilities..
He does not influence stock share prices.
Just saying.. no offense.
Most of you know that I am a MRKR lifer abs believe we will get the results from these trials, but what is with Selas life Science SLS?
I bought 13,000 today, 5000 yesterday..
Some positives..
Options expire today.
Sufficient corp. Corp..
Orphan drug status (2)
Trial results positive.
Year end results and MD & A next month.
Updates on trials 2st and second qtr.
Hoping for BP partner.
Comparative value far above current levels.
Roth and 401k billions have to be placed somewhere.
Markets should reverse trend.
Mid term election year.
( the last 4 listed.. only a hope)
Confused, as is with so many.. share price at $0.80.. MC $66 million... has an approved lab... hiring more staff... a 5 part pipeline... great AML results...
... How can this be?...
Who has a responsible causation respons?
Thanks micro and I 'n not sitting on " sparky".
I can only hope for a management statement
stating that there is no justification for this level of share pricing.
Move over a bit... I'm in the same seat
as you... and this dingy can't hold many more as those looking at us from the dock.
PL, Very much appreciated, by all..
You are valued on this board.
A BLA (Biologics License Application) takes either 10 months in review process or 6 months as priority, after the 60 day submission. PL... have you any sense on where the company is on this? The lab has been operating and, has it a 3rd party review and approval? I don't recall. Thanks
Apparently, the ASH presentation on Sunday, resulted in what we experience today. Very disappointed ( yet again).
Correction $4.46.. down $264,000..
Am I emotionally worried??? Almost yerrified.. but, objectively, being here since 2015... I believe in the science.
Just get us to $20...
My reality..$3.46.. down $183,000.
Those data results and potential hemo related possibilities should have the SP @ $7 tight now, IMO..
Riding it out..
I truely, honestly, and for a fee would give you proof of 78,000 shares.
As for demanding responses... first every shareholder can engage in a personal effort.
Secondly, I have and I get nothing and neither would you... Reg FD..
Peter... does what he does with impunity.
I thought you knew all this.
ATL..for most of us with large positions and and 80-90% losses... yes, we are frozen in fear. Great data, but failed presentations and fear of corruption.
Rational and non rational feelings. I can't seem to set those aside.... but... if news comes and price twitches... I will strike the buy key..
Closes @ $1.01, unbelievable.
AML is a death sentence for 20,600 new cases a year. Those deaths go beyond the hopeless individual onto family members and friends.
The November trial data was very impressive... like you, I can only hope that Marker can utilize " the right to try", and fast track. I can only hope that trials in other tumor and hematogical diseases move forward with intention.
Is it possible that attention will be given at the ASH December 12 conference?
I can do no more than have hope, as I have had since 2015... and yes, weary and mustrusting at times. But, that data report was/ is amazing.
I look at Keytruda.. 210 patient clinical .. 69% had positive response.. 22% developed a CR..
Even with the limited safety trial... Marker clearly has far greater response rate and CR.
I hope that this time, with this paper and presentation at ASH in Atlanta.. that attendees and viewers conclude that we have a pipeline of effective meds.. and that orphan drug status along with Fast track granting takes place via FDA to our corporation and Baylor.
Lives are at stake.. not only with AML , but also with so many other Hemotological diseases. Give the opportunity to live as the option. Patients need the hope.. we need the results...
