What reason would NWBO have to have to continue a quiet period? What happened on 5/10 and other times they’ve announced good news? The stock price has been killed by the market manipulators. One way to fight that is a quiet period. Only communicate what is legally required until the manipulation ends. Period. Just because we want to be in the know, doesn’t mean it’s the best thing for the ongoing operations of the company. If you aren’t comfortable with an ongoing quiet period IMO, why not sell and find another investment where management’s communication style matches your risk acceptance level?

MIA IMP (Investigational Medicinal Products) is regarding approval of clinical trials. Just MIA is for approval for commercialization.

Regardless of the conspiracy theories,
there is a huge regulatory problem that needs addressing in the government and on Wall Street.

Bio I don’t have PM. Here’s a quote regarding Mr. Byrnes from the video I posted.

“This is Patrick Byrnes experiences and no I have not checked the veracity of his claims but I believe him regardless of his politics and other scandals.”

I believe the corruption of naked shorting is as pervasive as Mr. Byrnes has outlined. The other video floating around about naked shorting of MMLPT I agree with as well. They both say pretty much the same thing and we’re seeing it play out in the markets now.

I agree! See my previous post on why NWBO wasn’t directly mentioned in the moonshot initiative speech back in February as it wouldn’t be appropriate. It doesn’t mean that policies can’t be put in place to help expedite the process without naming a company.

Absolutely agree there is corruption in the government. One example, naked shorting would be really regulated and illegal acts would be punished severely both financially and criminally.

So you believe President Biden wouldn’t assist in expediting the approval process through the moonshot initiative for DCVAX due to politics? Really? If your child had died of GBM and you had an opportunity to assist in a cure for GBM getting approval, you’d let politics get in the way? Ridiculous. The moonshot initiative already has in expediting the combination treatment patent process starting in February.

What’s more important is the company’s plans are coming to fruition regardless of the pathway they have decided upon. I am impressed with the milestones reached and that they are continuing to move the company forward regardless of the nefarious forces against them. That was the point I was attempting to make.

I’m even more impressed with Linda Powers and company navigating the shark infested waters of the HFs and that the company is still alive and close to a BO and regulatory approvals. As scary as the information in the video provides about naked short selling, it’s coming to light, retail investors are demanding change and I believe we are at a tipping point for real change to corruption clean up on Wall Street and in the government. All IMO.

Captain I highly recommend sipping a good whiskey while watching the video. It’s truly scary the multiple layers of corruption involved per Mr. Byrne’s experience with naked short selling. I thought his block chain solution was a fascinating way of getting rid of the problem. As problematic as this situation is, I have hope (gullibility?) that we’re at the tipping point of fixing the financial system as it now stands.

It would be highly criticized IMO if the president had named $NWBO directly while it isn’t approved and manufacturing wasn’t ready. Preferential treatment would be heavily frowned upon as there are other companies in this playing field. Now that the company is checking off milestones and possibly with a BO agreement in place, I believe President Biden will announce once DCVAX is approved or when the combination treatments are approved. There is a time and place for announcements and we wouldn’t want any of them to be detrimental to the company’s reputation and success.

With a BO announcement is the market halted at that time or is the stock allowed to trade until date of acquisition? Are BO announcements usually on the day the company is acquired? Obviously I don’t know much about M&A and I’m curious as to the process. TIA.

The video brought into sharp relief all the players that NWBO is potentially up against and why there is such rampant continued abuse in the financial markets. In the video Mr. Byrne said, “The single most threat to Democracy is corruption.” I have hope unfortunately due to President Biden’s personal experiences with GBM. IMO he knows of NWBO. He also would know this treatment could have saved his son’s life if not for the corrupt groups trying to bankrupt NWBO. Of course he would do everything within his power to get this treatment to patients so other parents wouldn’t have to experience the painful loss of their children. In addition to streamlining the regulatory process he understands the corruption needs to be dealt with in equal measure.

Horse - Go back home and run for President? Do you hate me that much? The only reason for me to return to the States is for my kids tbh. I didn’t realize how much the politics, divisiveness, and violence was wearing on my faith in humanity until I moved here (I moved for retirement). Portugal has restored my faith in people. The majority of the Portuguese people I’ve met are loving and generous without ulterior motives. I can leave my car and house unlocked and walk by myself without fear of any of those being molested. Living here reminds me of the way it was growing up in Seattle during the 70’s. They still know and care about their neighbors, even an immigrant who doesn’t speak the language like me. I never thought I’d leave Seattle but it sure feels like Rome is burning there in the US. I’m sad that my homeland has some pretty misdirected ideas and messed up priorities. For just one example look what it has taken NWBO to get an effective cancer treatment to market. Have a great Sunday all and prayers for all of you and the USA.

Ex Okay you win! It gives NWBO an expedient way to get any additional patents expeditiously reviewed and approved and they get to be moved to the front of the line. I’m excited about this and the direct mention of cancer vaccines in multiple indications curing cancer by Pres Biden last February in his revival of the moonshot program.

Citadel is not allowed to trade in China and were asked to leave immediately upon trying their shenanigans according to the interviewer. Let the former line sink in, China does not have ftds ever. I found the video extremely helpful in figuring out who the potential players are here and why the SEC, DOJ and FINRA don’t enforce the laws surrounding naked short selling or penalizing with only a slap on the wrist. Corruption of unbelievable proportions and I’m not one to promote conspiracies but his video speaks to why naked shorting is still such a problem even though it’s been outlawed since 2008.
