RHA is the 2nd generation of Juvederm. Juvederm was sold to Allergan by Valerie Taupin, CEO of Teoxane, 15 plus years ago. Valerie took the Juvederm money and build Teoxane which is a much cleaner product than Juvederm which will soon be 20 years old...same as Botox which is 20 plus years old! RHA is a much cleaner blend HA than Juvederm. Many doctors will not use Juvederm any more because of the many adverse advents...delayed bumps and lumps under the skin!
Restylane is #1 Market share world wide, Juvederm is #2 and RHA is #3 and quickly taking market share from Juvederm.

I spoke to former Allergan Vice Presidents who worked with Foley and they said Foley is an idiot and they would never work with or for Foley, spoke to the investment community and they don't trust or believe in Foley and spoke to current and past RVNC employees and they said Foley is 100% responsible for all the terrible decisions and is a liar and fraud. How can anyone believe or trust Foley to lead RVNC?

I asked a large practice today who was a Botox only account for 15 yrs ( $500,000+ in Botox purchases from Allergan per year) and switched to Daxi. They switched 9 months ago and the account told me today that their patients LOVE Daxi and would never go back to Botox! They love the quick onset, skin tone and especially the long duration!!!
I cannot imagine any neurological medical doctor not switching to Daxi due to recent published white papers and video messages on the advancement and benefits of Daxi to their patients. It has been 30 yrs since the last advance!!!
RVNC is hiring more sales people now but they are all starting July1st. My gut tells me Daxi and RHA sales are doing well and RVNC will have a very positive 2024 Q2 numbers.
The Daxxify therapeutic studies and videos are an amazing testament to the many benefits of Daxi. And this Neurology doctor did not discuss the quick onset of Daxi versus Botox. Notice, he did discuss the fact that the Botox Toxin is floating around in the tissue for a long time as Botox takes 12 to 14 days to produce the effect. Does any patient, cosmetic or therapeutic, want a toxin floating around in their tissue for 2 weeks??
Now we continue to get documented proof that Daxi lasts much longer than any other toxin.
One of the issues with CosmeticMDs and aesthetic injectors is that they hyper dilute they toxin which gives the injector more profit and the patient gets less active ingredient. This 100% happens and cosmetic injector and CosmeticMDs have been doing this for years. The patients have no way to prove this and injectors simply lie to their patients...as it is all about $$$$$
Ask Foley how would he like to see Daxi priced to the patient and why the RVNC Physician Finder Website does not have a link back the injectors/practice Daxi page to further educate the patient? Educated on Daxi advantages and Daxi prices!

TD Cowen just released an analyst report that is very in depth and is much more optimistic of the future going forward. They predict based on speaking to clinicians a 30% market share after three years. I hope they are right. I tried posting the report but didn’t have any luck. It’s worth reading if you get a chance …
RVNC has many avenues if management needs to make a change:
- sell the entire company
- sell the aesthetic FDA approval
- sell the CD Therapeutic approval
- sell the manufacturing patents for Daxi
- sell the rights to generic Botox
- etc....
There are many avenues which could be used if needed.
Sadly, Fooly does not care about the SP...he is 100% focused on fixing the issues that Premium Pricing Strategy caused! I am with Dew and believe Therapeutic Daxi sales will be strong and profitability will be reached without any additional avenues.
Up 7% quarter over quarter Daxi unit growth is amazing! Botox was down -17% quarter over quarter!
In Q4, reps load in product to make their year end bonus! Q1 is always tough and I had heard from several reps that Q1 2024 was extremely slow.
Why would RVNC hire 20 plus people if they were not expecting therapeutic sales. I know Foley and Russell are idiots, but their jobs are now on the line as shareholders will vote them out! The therapeutic sales team only has 1 product..Daxi! 100% of their time is Daxi.

What is the price comparison that the Dermatologist is charging for Daxi versus Botox. Injectors are now buying Daxi for the same price as Botox and in many situations, Daxi costs the injector less than Botox.

I listened to the Shareholders call! Angus Russell ran the call and did not take any questions! Why would Russell answer questions about his many bad decisions! Angus has absolutely no idea what he is doing in aesthetics! The guy is clueless which is why the SP is down 90% and 95% of the corporate staff has been let go so they can pay their electric bill! Angus Russell should be removed!
Not sure why whoever is shorting RVNC is working so hard! 54% of trades yesterday and 56% of trades today were shorts. Seems someone or some entity is determined at all costs to keep the SP down.

Two important points to consider: (1) if you look at the sales region award winners for RVNC and Allergan, you can see what areas of the country are doing well with Daxi and Botox. RVNC is doing very well in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic as well as a few other areas in the USA as these regions are winning sales awards every year. Allergan is doing well in the Northwest and Southwest USA as these areas are their sales award winners!
(2) KOLs are charging patients 50% to 75% more for Daxi versus Botox and purchasing Daxi for less than Botox. KOLs are all about the $$ and are now a very small % of total sales. National Med Spa chains and large multi unit practices make up over 50% of the Botox sales. KOLs write most of the white papers but do very little of the injections.
If KOLs charge patients a far price for Daxi as compared to the cost, 75% of their patients would pick Daxi. Eventually, competitive pricing for Daxi will impact the prices KOLs charge! Over time, patients will realize and understand the benefits of Daxi at a fair price.
AbbVie just released Q1 2024 numbers and US Botox was down 4.9% YOY and Juvederm was down 13.9% YOY! And that is with the Botox price increase!!! Take out the price increase and Botox is down 7 to 8%!
Allergan is losing market share in aesthetics! Now we know why so many directors and VPs are leaving Allergan! I would expect to start seeing layoffs and open jobs go unfulfilled! This loss of market share will continue as both Botox and Juvederm are 20 yr old products and patients are migrating to new better products!
Any practice still using only Botox and Juvederm is on a sinking ship! Allergan will continue to raise prices to make up for lost market share and squeeze profits from injectors.
Had a discussion today with a friend who has connections with RVNC, Evolus and Galderma. RVNC had so many Daxi promotions in Q1 that the reps from the other companies were complaining about the average price of a vial of Daxi at $240 to $250. The RVNC reps were moving Daxi into new accounts and the competition was upset with the low price!
In retrospect, this is EXACTLY what needs to happen which will motivate new injectors to put Daxi into new faces. The aesthetic patient is looking for the best spend for their dollar and Daxi will give this patient double duration, quick onset and improved skin tone as compared to their normal toxin! RVNC needs to continue these Daxi price promotions for.a few quarters and grow the base of Daxi users! For once, Foley is making a good decision!!
One of the offices I am friends with uses approximately 350 vials of Daxi a quarter. This practice was not part of the Daxi Prev program. The doctor does 95% of the toxin injections and there are 3 PA who injected the other 5%. The PAs have not converted patients to Daxi and are still using Botox. The doctor has converted 98% of the patients to Daxi and now has more availability on the schedule since the toxin patients are get more duration. The doctor is also making more profit per day/month using Daxi. Also, this office is now 100% RHA and no longer uses Juvederm.
It took the doctor about 3 months to master the Daxi injection technique. 98% of the patients stay with Daxi and do not go back to Botox.
On another topic, rumor is that both Daxi and RHA achieved their sales numbers in Q1.
The Board of Directors meeting is May 1st so there will probably be a preliminary earnings announcement before their May 5th Q1 date.
Also AbbVie will announce Botox sales tomorrow morning!
RVNC has cash to get them through the end of 2025.
CD Daxi sales will start May 9th…there is already a backlog of orders!

Allergan has always used and uses external marketing agencies for all of their ads and marketing materials! Botox has a product manager and assistant product manager…2 people. The assistant is the fill in for the product manager when they move to another job!
Allergan is most likely seeing a slow erosion of Botox sales and they are using influencers to try and slow the erosion! Remember, it cost $5 full load cost to produce a vial of Botox and AbbVie sells it for $656 per vial. Botox is the cash cow of aesthetics so AbbVie wants that profit at ALL costs!

Why would Daxi have lower adverse events and Daxi injectors are being instructed to inject Daxi directly into the intended muscle! Daxi attaches very quickly to the neuron and does not spread! Versus Botox injection technique for the glabellar area which on the top side of the muscle knowing Botox will spread and cause adverse events.
Compare the 2 injection patterns published! Daxi just published their updated pattern versus the Botox pattern!

That is why Botox has higher adverse events than Daxi in every clinical application!

There are many unhappy RVNC employees who have lost money with the SP. The SP will correct itself as RVNC sales grow and expenses are managed which will show profits! Foley is a hatchet man and reworked the RVNC business model with the new price of Daxi!
Daxi will be released early in May for CD. There are already orders for CD so shipments will happen immediately!

Spoke to a Derm office who was a 100% Botox office for 15 yrs. They are now charging $7.75 per unit for Daxi and $14 per unit for Botox. Their patients love Daxi and are willing to pay an additional $60 per treatment ( 80 units of Daxi vs 40 units of Botox) to receive the quick onset, double the duration of Botox and improve peptide skin tone! The Daxi patient onset is 3 days versus Botox at 12 days. Do patients really want that Botox Toxin floating around in their tissue for 2 weeks? This is why Botox has so many adverse events!
The injector makes an extra $500 to $750 profit per day injecting Daxi vs Botox.
This is a win for both patients and injectors. Of course, more injectors will continue to switch to Daxi. Injectors make more profit per hour!!!

Just an example, there is a Med Spa doctor in the Mid Atlantic and she makes $140,000 plus annually published on the Sunshine Act as a speaker for Botox/Juvederm. My guess is the practice also get $40,000 to $60,000 in free staff training products which are sold to patients at full price. This type of bribery goes on all across the USA with dozens of injectors.
This Med Spa doctor will not even see the RVNC rep!!!
I know Foley was 100% involved with ALL the bad decisions and he should be fired like any other CEO who has made terrible decisions. Foley is 100% a hatchet man, and my guess is that is why the Board kept him. Foley has loyalty only to his own paycheck! Foley is there for one reason, to bring the company into profit and sell it!
Sadly, RVNC is 100% a manipulated stock by the shorts...would not be surprised is AbbVie is shorting RVNC....Hopefully, Foley will get the Sxxt out of his mouth and make some type of positive announcement soon to change the course of the SP.
The positive side is RVNC will survive and Daxi will be available for both aesthetic and therapeutic patients. Daxi will provide superior outcomes to many patients which the #1 goal in our medical world. The Aesthetic World will see faster onset, longer duration, improved skin tone and better profitability.. The Therapeutic World will see faster onset, longer duration, less side effects from spread to the toxin and lower cost to the patient, provider and payer. These competitive advantages will be the factors and forces which grow Daxi sales.
The Negative side is Foley is and has to bring the "expense element" of RVNC in line with sales revenues. Aesthetic Daxi will continue to gain market share as the aesthetic team builds and converts injectors to Daxi with the benefits of Daxi and the additional profits that Daxi generates for the practice. Aesthetic injectors are all about profits. Therapeutic Daxi will soon be available and selling which will continue to build market presence. Therapeutic doctors are all about providing patients with the best medical product to treat the patient's condition. International Daxi sales will also begin. And there is also the Generic Botox element which is coming soon,
Foley had to and is cutting costs in anyway possible in an effort to match revenues and expenses to create a profitable RVNC. From the communications on this board it appears Foley is doing just that. Share price will recover and begin to go up as soon as investors realize and see how RNVC has been rebuilt. Foley is a hatchet man going into a company that was destine run out of cash and is now rebuilding the infra-structure to match sales and will come out a shining star.
