The company was debt free because of the money that PV lent to SBS to pay off all there debt. I have no idea where PV got his money from. If SBS is PV's company why would he have to take it into receivership to collect money that is owed to him. If this was the case why did Steve Sulja sign a Grid Promissory Note representing Sulja Building Supplies Ltd. to repay money loaned by PV to SBS. This agreement was registerd in accordance to the Personal Property Security Act. The instrument no. is 20070413 1048 1793 2161. Jannie and all the rest that claim SBS is a private company are misleading everyone. SBS is an asset of SLJB Nevada. They demand proof yet offer nothing to support their bogus claim.

I did the DD and made the calls and spoke with many people outside the company. I suggest you and Jannie do the same. Jannie when you speak with Pete from the RCMP ask him why the OSC and RCMP have collected Doc's from the non public company as you claim it to be. When you do this I will post all the doc's I have.
