I can understand your frustration, but alas I have not had the same experience as you. I do feel things will be different from the past, but time will tell. There are so many more things that have been going on behind the scenes, stuff djk has been digging into with his amazing abilities, that I have faith things will benefit all of us in due time. I still have patience where yours has run out.

I am concerned they will reduce the estate tax from 11.7 million to just 5 million. And with all the PHIL money we will have years from now, we will have to find a way around that.

I am guessing he files on Oct 13th. anything sooner is a plus. And anything in the 10K with updates on any project is a plus. We will find out in due time. I am holding for years so this is just a blip in time.

After listening to the CC for the 3rd time, Henry will do anything to close the 5G deal. We all need to see the bigger picture, as this will be a monster company with tremendous revenues. He is looking out for all of us. It may be painful currently, but if we are all patient (I know, we've been pretty patient) it will be well worth the wait.

Realistically, considering how long that auditor has taken in the past and this is the 10K and not a Q, I would suspect we will see an extension and it will be filed by October 13th.

However, if VF has not completed the audit, what other revenues will we see?

Henry needs to give the investors a little something to gain confidence back in the stock. He has many balls up in the air and if can just show ONE deal completed along with some revenues, thats all we need.

I echo your sentiment. I have a strong belief in Henry and this company, but he needs to finish the things he started. Luckily I am very patient and do not need the money, but if it actually goes to dollars, my children and future grandchildren will be set for life.
