Thanks, guess I'll have to call them.
Anyone using etrade having issues buying/selling?
I am seeing:

Am I reading that right? -25k shares? or evidentally you owe $25k to someone.
I show this:
Sat Mar 01 00:40:03 2008 78347P*** has expired.
Account Number: 6********. 78347P*** has expired. The position has been removed from your account and tax records have been updated. This notice is for your information only and no action is required by you.
So now RXPC is GONE. I show no more info in my brokerage. How do I even know I own these shares?
Peter,
What's the motive here for me registering? Does it give you +1 to your numbers to show other private investors? I'm out of the loop on what putting my information on your site will do for me.
If you're seeking customers on this forum, you already have them, we're called your shareholders.
I stand behind you and your decisions, but at times I'm at a loss for some of the actions taken.
Peter, your website needs quite a bit of work.
I'm assuming the demographic group you're marketing is the un- and under-insured. I'm also making the assumption that they are in that state due to being lower-middle class to in the 10% bracket. So what am I getting at? On the list of priorities, broadband internet is very low for these groups of people. I tested out your website on dialup and it took 3 minutes to come up. Even at my place of employment, it takes 15-20 seconds, essetially on the internet backbone.
Something needs to be done to reduce the load time. If your designer didn't factor in efficiency, they deserve half as much as you paid them. Web design is 50% making it work, and another 50% making it work well. My specialty before going back to school in the medical field was programming, or even more specifically ASP.NET. You need to re-evaluate whats being done wrong on the site, or re-evaluate your hosting company.
I also continually see your messages advertising your website. From my point of view, there are far better things to do than continually work on the webpage. If you're looking for competition on the internet, there are tens of thousands of other pharmaceutical companies. My understanding was RxPC would be phone-in too, which I know it is, but my point is that you have to prove HOW you're better than the competition.
Take this all as constructive criticism. We've met, and I mean you no harm. I hold only a small fraction of my original investment in your company, but only held onto it because I saw there was still a chance. At this point I want to see my investment come to fruition.
< 1.30 close. How disappointing.
I considered placing an order just for my own entertainment. Unfortunately the site does not offer the needed prescription in the needed quantity. My cost would be $10 under insurance, on the site it would be somewhere between $45/30 and $90/90. I'd need 60. For this drug, I don't think the price is horrible, as I've done comparisons. The generics are reasonably priced compared to other companies. The well-known drugs are more expensive.
Peter, the 'Hacker Safe' icon looks horrible in the center of the page. Perhaps it belongs elsewhere? You are advertising for your company, not whoever provides said 'hacker safe' service.
JR: If you know of any more information I can add to the ibox let me know.
RxPC Inc.
I will say this once more, and will delete all replies to this post. Any off-topic posts will be removed by myself. I have probably only removed 10 posts in my position and everytime I do, there is debate to it and admin has to come here and remove a bunch more posts.
Please don't message me asking me to restore xyz post, chances are I didn't remove it in the first place. I do not question the decision of an admin that decides to remove 10 or 20 at a time. I do not want to publicly debate removal of an off-topic post, and also do not want to argue via PM, or receive the multiple PMs accusing me of being biased in removing these posts. They will not be restored, and the decision is not open to debate.
Sorry folks.
And why are the descriptions on the website in Spanish?
i.e. Este medicamento se utiliza para aliviar el dolor provocado por la infeccin de las vas urinarias.
I knew there were a lot of Mexican immagrants in the US, but I figured SOME of us still spoke English.
Peter, you still owe me some kind of response. I'd love to meet up with you if you make it to my area. You have my #, give me a call. I'm up front with my holdings and my intentions, and looking forwards to the future of RxPCinc.
.014. I'm holding 50k.
I assumed RxPC was private. Peters sign off was a slight indication of that.
Do the shares of the new company show up?
I'm finally out, except for 50k shares.
The merge in occured 10/9/07. I'd imagine monday your portfolio will look different.
I noticed this as a claim in a pump email from years ago.
Revenues Year Ending 12/31/04: $822,130 (Unaudited: Source: 15c-211, 5/4/05)
Could this have ever been true? Since its unaudited it could just be a false claim.
I never said it went private. I said to go private it would require <300 shareholders. The merger could provide a means to do so, or the announcement would allow for enough shareholders to sell their position.
The real problem here is that we have received NO news. We are being kept in the dark for a reason, whether it be good or bad. My theory is Paul Lum has taken ownership of RXPCinc with RX Processing Corp merged into it. The merge happened to save money as Peter stated. Peter is out of the game for good, and Paul is contracting for creation of a website. When RxPCinc shares are issued, the company may have few enough shareholders, or may be private to begin with. So your shares are issued into a private company, and you can't sell. There will be a lull at which time RxPC Inc gathers itself, and goes public again. Or not. Or this could never happen to begin with.
Going private requires less than 300 shareholders. So the merger was the means to go private. It does make some sense.
Thought I'd share this info for anyone interested:
Taking a tax loss on a stock:
http://www.bankrate.com/brm/itax/edit/news/stories/20001025a.asp
Short-term losses counterbalance those expensive short-term gains. What's left at the end of Section I of Schedule D is the net short-term capital gain or loss. If there were no gains, then obviously the net would equal the total loss.
• Long-term losses are applied to long-term gains. The result, at the end of Section II of Schedule D, is the net long-term capital gain or loss. Again, if you only have a loss, then the net is a negative number.
• Next, you combine the short-term and long-term results. At this point, a loss in one section can offset a gain in the other section. For example, if you have a net short-term loss of $1,000 and a net long-term gain of $1,200, then you'll pay tax on only $200.
• If the total is a gain, you'll be paying taxes on that.
• If there's still a loss, you can deduct up to $3,000 from other income.
• If you had a really bad year and ended up with a net loss of more than $3,000, you can carry forward the leftover portion to next year's taxes. The unused loss can be applied to next year's gains as well as up to $3,000 of earned income. A big loss can be used as a deduction indefinitely -- another important reason to keep good records.
Here's whats going on so far. RX Processing Corp (RXPC) has been merged into RxPCinc. I've removed aaron as mod since he hasn't been on since June. I'm stepping down once shares are reissued and RXPC ceases to exist, though technically it has already done so.
jrdig: Would you like to take the reins back over?
The baypoint issues were in reference to accusations against Peter, which I've been informed were untrue. They were treated as a personal attack and not removed by myself. Baypoint also had posted Peter's personal information in posts which were removed. My information comes from someone who has spoken to both Peter and baypoint, so I believe it to be a personal attack just as the previous moderator thought.
Since this is also OT, I'm removing it after its read.
A lot of the users here are PMing me left and right complaining about me removing your posts. First, I removed about HALF of the posts that have been removed in the past few days. To those complaining, I never removed your posts. I do not appreciate the multiple PMs insulting me when you have absolutely no idea WHO removed it in the first place. If your posts were removed, I've looked at them and they are all off topic or personal attacks. All I do here is flag those posts that were off-topic, which is always subject to debate, and not take all the personal requests I've received to restore said posts, some dating back 6 months.
A few of you have the whole I-told-you-so! attitude which really isn't the case. A lot of folks are bashing Peter saying they knew it would never work when just a year ago they had nothing but optimistic and good things to say about him.
I'm in the same boat as the rest of you, I've personally lost $5000, and my friends and family members have lost close to $70,000. I'm definitely disappointed in RXPC, but no one saw it coming back then, we were all drooling over what could be but was not. I made the mistake of averaging down when the stock was on the decline thinking I was getting a good deal. My biggest mistake was holding onto 30k shares for 2 years, then buying in a frenzy once the price started dropping towards $.0000003 .
The last point to be made is that no one has any clue what is going on right now. We have no idea who is running said RXPC company, whether the reins were handed over or not. We have no idea what the distribution of shares will be, the status of the company, revenue, etc. It is all non-communication. I don't know why Peter left us in this state, but I'd like to think something is in the works judging by the website.
Here's the deal. I've already deleted a few posts but left the rest, specifically because the posts are not entirely OT. The stocks need to pertain to RXPC, speculation, performance, bashing, I don't care what the conversation is as long as its RXPC. Bickering as Peter has done "whats your position in RXPC?" and the sort, is OT, and will be deleted.
I still figure now its worthless to sell, it has some potential, you have to admit, although the chance of regaining your investment is slim.
(DPDW... what an odd profile. I might just dump a little bit of money on them. $800 to sub $1? I'll buy hoping to catch it on the rise still.)
On a side note, the rxpcinc.com website is progressing. More changes noted.
I intend on creating a new board once said shares are converted to RXPC inc. If that ever happens... or if someone else beats me to the punch. Or this one can be converted.
A survey has been posted in regards to the lack of any PRs announcing the information Mr. Fiorillo has already disclosed to us.
Some of us feel Peter has lost communication with the sharholders, and we'd like that to be remedied. Shareholders do NOT like surprises, even if they may be on a positive note. We would like to know whats going on, the shareholders, the public, and even the critics. We don't know whats going on with the new website, we don't know what is going on with the merger, we don't even know what Peter is working towards (move to BB???). We need to be informed. I speak for myself, I speak for other shareholders on this board, and I even speak for the large position my group has lost due to lack of communication.
I'm not bashing Peter at all, but this is constructive criticism. We need to be in the loop.
I'm considering this, however I know PRs have a certain cost to them. Would it be asking too much to want to stay updated? Barring cost, lets see. There is a survey up if anyone is interested.
Peter, when can we expect the official PR of this move? For that matter, when is the shareholder letter to be expected?
I'd actually be interested in holdings of some of the critics here. Then again its none of my business. The highest I could account for in my 'group' is 2m shares. I now hold less than half of what I used to. All the rest that have owned shares have sold low. I may be able to account for another 150k, but thats it.
Still shuffling going on on rxpcinc.com.
BETA TESTING IN PROGRESS / MAIN PAGE TO BE ACTIVATED FOR REGISTRATION PENDING
I'm deleting the personal attacks here. Please keep on topic.
Very good point. I've met Peter when he was looking to move out of Kansas (I believe this was the case), and looks alone, he definitely showed restraint in spending.
I hardly put much into this stock, but out of all the gambles I've taken, I've lost the most %wise. We all lost most of our investments, but as indicated by RxPCinc, there are wheels turning. Something is happening, why Peter is holding off news I can't say. The 'individual' sign-off made made me a bit uneasy though. I'd rather own 200k shares at .005 with a CEO working on a plan than have $1000 back in my pocket with a huge loss to myself.
With that said, I'd love to have a conversation with him.
Last but not least, the only references to this RxPC Inc. other than the website and incorporation listing, is reference on a pukakole.com webpage, which appears to be the designer?
