Those are pretty much the numbers I'm thinking. Seems to be what most are thinking. Will sell half after US approval and hold the other half for Europe approval and even some beyond that for future growth of the company.

You take the time and energy to admit OVOEE.OB is a scam run by then defend it as a "long shot".

Where does that say anywhere that I think Dean is pathetic and a less then stellar businessman? He runs his business his way I run mine my way. I just don't agree with the way he is running his. But, to be fair to Dean, I don't have the insight to his business that he has and I don't have to make the day to day decisions he has to.

As far as defending my holding on to the stock shares. Well, that is my right and I have made a conscious decision to keep them and I will accept the out come no matter what and not blame it on anyone else. MY decision, my right. Of course if I sold now I would have a tax right off for the next 24 years. LOL

The public shareholders of OVOEE.OB have the right to complain and complain loudly.
On this one you are absolutely right. They can complain all they want. But in the end it is/was their own decision to hit the buy/sell button not Deans. And if they could not have made that conscious decision in a decade then they should not be in the stock market!

I agree it would be most effective to do so to the SEC and DOJ, but complain they should.
That is the avenue they should take if they really think it will help them. I personally think it will lead to more frustration for them but, by all means use it that's why it is there.

And without critique. Especially from anyone who both recognizes and continues to inexcusably DEFEND this train-wreck as a potentially "profitable" endeavor.
Oh please I am not critiquing anything. I am simply stating that you should own up to what you do. There is to much passing of the buck in the good old US of A and the buck should stop with the person who is responsible enough to make their own decisions.

In your world, you won't hold CEOs accountable and let them act in any way they see fit regardless of the level of pathetic record they compile over a decade because they are running their companies the best way they know how to run them. I wonder if you would be so cavalier and simply give management passing grade if your finances were seriously impacted by their mismanagement. Enron, Worldcom, Madoff, Wallstreet etc come to mind. You sound like a tyro not a seasoned business person.

How silly of all of you to not hold yourselves accountable for your investment strategies. You had a decade to figure out the pathetic record of Dean Weber but, you still chose to invest in him.

Now exactly how is it Dean Weber's fault that you did not sell and run away from OVOE as fast as you could? You bought the stock, You stayed with OVOE even thought you noticed he was running the company into the ground. Now, why don't you want to accept any of the blame? Because it is much easier to blame someone else rather then accept that you and you alone bought the stock. You did the DD(you were suppose to anyway). You watched while the reverse split went on.(did you sell then?) You watched the stock go up and down(mainly down) for a decade. Did you sell at any time during that decade and move on with a profit or a smaller loss?

Accept blame when it is yours to accept. You'll feel better about yourself as a person.(it won't help with you losses though).

Is Dean Weber the best businessman? No, far from it. Do I agree with how he runs his business? Most of the time, no. Do I believe OVOE has a product that should have been marketable? Yes! Have I made a mistake staying with OVOE for this long? Maybe, probably but, it is the path I chose and I alone made that decision. Nobody forced me to buy or stay with OVOE.

I have never regretted my choice to buy OVOE. It was/is a long shot from the beginning and still is. Sell or hold, the choice is yours!!!

Sorry, you and everyone else here seems to think running a company is like running the government. We don't take a vote on everything and then have the CEO act accordingly. He(or she) runs it the way they think best has a chance of making money and will make the company prosper. Sorry but, running a company just doesn't work with votes for every move it makes. Besides, when has the government went the way you would have voted anyway? The company may not be being run as you like it but, Dean is running it the best way he knows how to run it. If you don't like it you have a couple of choices. Sell and move on or buy it and install who you like in that position. Which do you choose? Obviously neither! You choose to cry over spilled milk.

File your protest with the SEC and move on. Leave it in their hands and see what happens. I think I know what will happen but, I could be wrong. I have been before and I will be again. But, I do know that I will not sit around crying over it.

By the way, I have not lost 1 single penny with OVOE as I have not sold 1 single share yet. You may judge me as stupid but, I look as it as an investment that may still pay off.

For crying out load, I've invested in companies where the CEO and others in the company have gone to prison and I lost money because of what they were convicted of. Did I get any compensation for what they did? No!!! Am I crying about it? NO!!! Get on with it. Dean is only trying to run the company the best he can. Do I like the way he is running it? Not particularly but, it's his company and I have invested in it and not sold yet. Still hoping to get a return on my investment before I sell.(and I still plan on a profit).

If you think the SEC really gives a hoot about your little loss then by all means continue to pursue all your options. Personally I would just move on to the next stocks and make my money back. As a matter of fact, I have moved on and have made many times what I am down on OVOE at this time.
