For crying out load, I've invested in companies where the CEO and others in the company have gone to prison and I lost money because of what they were convicted of. Did I get any compensation for what they did? No!!! Am I crying about it? NO!!! Get on with it. Dean is only trying to run the company the best he can. Do I like the way he is running it? Not particularly but, it's his company and I have invested in it and not sold yet. Still hoping to get a return on my investment before I sell.(and I still plan on a profit).

If you think the SEC really gives a hoot about your little loss then by all means continue to pursue all your options. Personally I would just move on to the next stocks and make my money back. As a matter of fact, I have moved on and have made many times what I am down on OVOE at this time.
