Charts mean nothing for penny stocks... charts are for pumpers. Don't look at the bad news... look at the chart...
Well, check out the chart for the past 2 years.
Real news is what this stock needs and it has been ridiculous how the management of this company has kept its shareholders in the dark. I have traded this stock for about two years. Most of the time I have been long. Patience is about gone.
jmo
pps dropping... no news from company... message board breaks news of lawsuit... look out below imo
Looks like more gonna be announced? hmmm interesting. eom
Care to elaborate? Would that be update-good (pps up) or update-bad (lookout below)... curious lurkers with lots of dry powder want to know. eom
I'm back in Clay... In spite of my concerns about the broader economy, I'm still hoping that Val can pull something off in time tor us to realize a significant gain to put away before the storm ahead. Over the last few days I picked up 1.2 million so far.
I may regret it, but that's speculation. I can afford to loose all I put in the market. Not that I'd want to.... but that's the only way I'd have peace.
I have been trading pennies for a very long time. Your response is the conventional wisdom. However, this time the factors affecting the market are much, much greater than at any time in my life... or anyone's life... We've never had 14.3 trillion worth of debt and 108 trillion in unfunded liabilities with our creditors saying that we are defaulting by printing money.
This reminds me of what happened with the Weimar Republic, with Argentina, etc. I don't see a fix on the horizon.
I held MDGC hoping that either Val would come through before the Economy collapsed or the economy would improve and we would be rewarded in time.
I think a collapse is coming much sooner than most Americans are willing to believe. "Normalcy bias" is the affliction of the day. Here's hoping that I'm wrong.
jmo
I'm out... MDGC may still have a lot of future promise, but right now our country is in deep trouble. If you haven't seen Drudge's headliner today, then you don't know why the market is going nuts:

jmo, but US is in deep trouble and 2Q results due to Japan etc. gonna be terrible.
I'll still be lurking with dry powder. But next week could be a rough ride for stocks.
all jmo
It is early in the week and a down day in the market to boot... anyone could see that Asia was selling off last night. If there is good news coming I'm glad they didn't put it out there in this sea of red. Here's to hoping that good news may still be coming this week. jmo

Source of info?? Is this your opionion, etc...
"Because Boise will be show cased shortly by news Media as per the recent press accounts, Val is going to invite Mayors, government officials as well as industry and educational leaders."

Aviat Networks (NASDAQ:AVNW[1]) is a multinational company providing broadband mobility technology to network operators, government, public safety organizations, the defense industry and private companies.
Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, Aviat Networks also has operations in Africa, Asia and the Pacific Rim, Europe, Mexico, the Middle East, Russia and South America. According to a company news release, Aviat relocated their corporate functions to Santa Clara from Morrisville, North Carolina in June 2010 because Silicon Valley "...is a leading hub for research, cutting edge technology and investment...and we believe this is the best place to relocate our headquarters."[2]
The company was founded on January 29, 2007 with the merger of Harris Corporation’s Microwave Communications Division and Stratex Networks, Inc.[3] and incorporated under the name Harris Stratex Networks. The company renamed and rebranded itself to become Aviat Networks on January 28, 2010.[4]With approximately 1,400 employees worldwide, the company's CEO is Charles D. Kissner. Mr. Kissner was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company on June 28, 2010.[5]
Customer Profile and Recent ContractsAviat Networks customers include BT Group [6], Africell [7], Zain [8], Optus [9], Uninor [10], Hormuud Telecom [11], and Melita PLC [12].
Recent customer contracts include:
As the primary supplier of mobile WiMAX equipment to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL), the world’s seventh largest communications service provider, Aviat helped supply India’s first urban mobile WiMAX network.[13]Through its contract with MTS Allstream to build packet-based backhaul as part of its HSPA network, Aviat helps provides access to 97% of Manitoba, Canada’s population.[14]
Aviat’s NetBoss XT Network Management Solution for Lithuania Railway made possible the first-ever GSM-R implementation in the Baltic Region.[15]
[edit] AcquisitionsIn February 2009, Harris Stratex acquired Telsima, developer and provider of WiMAX Forum Certified products for use in next-generation broadband wireless networks, for $12 million. In September 2008, Harris Stratex announced a partnership agreement with Telsima for end-to-end 4G network solutions.[16]
Name ChangeOn January 28, 2010 at the opening of the Nasdaq trading session [17], Harris Stratex Networks announced they have renamed their company to become Aviat Networks.[4] Along with the name change the company unveiled new corporate branding with a new company logo and relaunch of the corporate website at www.aviatnetworks.com[18]
The company also changed their NASDAQ ticker symbol to AVNW. The new symbol begun trading on the morning of January 29, 2010 retiring the old HSTX. This date also marked the company's third anniversary since incorporation.
[edit] Restructuring, Layoffs and Plant ClosingsOn April 15, 2010, Aviat Networks announced that it would shutdown its repair-and-return and manufacturing operations at its San Antonio facility on June 1, 201, resulting in the layoff of 96 workers.[19]
On June 16, 2010, Aviat Networks announced that it was relocating its headquarters from its RTP facility in Morrisville, NC to its Silicon Valley facility in Santa Clara, CA.[20]
On June 30, 2010, Harald Braun resigned as CEO of Aviat Networks.[21] He was replaced by Chuck Kissner who had previously been chairman of the board.
On August 12, 2010, Aviat Networks announced a restructuring plan to save up to $35M annually by closing or relocating facilities.[22]
On August 25, 2010, Aviat Networks announced the closing of its RTP facility in Morrisville, NC resulting in the layoff of most of the 190 workers.[23]
[edit] Advanced IP MigrationSimultaneous to the brand launch, Aviat announced in a news release [4] that the updated name and logo represent "...a culmination of the Company's transformation over the last three years from that of a specialized microwave backhaul equipment supplier into a world-class provider of advanced IP wireless network solutions, with a comprehensive portfolio of migration solutions and lifecycle services." Xchange Magazine reported that Aviat was focusing in on aiding the carrier transition from legacy to all-IP and LTE networks, and helping operators reach rural and underserved areas with wireless broadband[24]. In support of these claims, Aviat announced a few weeks later at Mobile World Congress that it was adding cell site gateway functionality (normally provided by an external device) to the Eclipse Packet Node platform, making possible seamless TDM to IP backhaul migration. They explained that the gateway features were made possible by a plug-and-play Network Convergence Module (NCM), designed to fit in the Eclipse nodal indoor unit, giving wireless operators the choice to support legacy TDM traffic over an all packet backhaul network as an alternative to transporting TDM natively using a hybrid configuration.[25]
More like an Idaho standoff until the company communicates with its investors. jmo
Yes, exactly... longs not only are awaiting the details of the "contracts"--they deserve the details of the contracts if they will affect the value of the company. It's time imo
Aerius Cell Phone Production Commences in China
Mar. 16, 2011 (GlobeNewswire) --
LAS VEGAS, March 16, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aerius International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AERS) today announced that Shenzhen HuaXin ShiDai Technology of China has been formally engaged and has commenced final design and manufacture of Aerius smart phones. "We have an aggressive timeline for delivery of phones, and we expect that the phones will be available for customers in the US and other nations this summer," said Bill Luxon, Aerius CEO.
Frost & Sullivan gave Aerius a 2009 Green Technology in Wireless Technologies Award because Aerius phones have proven to increase battery life 2 to 4 hours, reduce dropped calls over 60%, and virtually eliminate handset power loss into users compared to other phones sold worldwide.
"Carrier, FCC, and CTIA Authorized lab tests on the performance of Aerius equipped phones, together with the Aerius Frost & Sullivan Award are posted on the Aerius website at www.goaerius.com," said Luxon.
Luxon and cell phone designer Russ Winstead and Aerius Chinese engineer Rani Wu recently met with executives and engineers with HuaXin in Shenzhen. "Our discussions were productive and Rani Wu will be working with HuaXin throughout the Aerius phone design and manufacturing process," said Luxon.
HuaXin has more than 3,000 workers and 150 engineers in Shenzhen currently producing millions of phones for Motorola and others. Also, HuaXin is the first successful designer and manufacturer of Chinese made smart phones sold throughout China.
In that case the fear will increase the noise... let the reader understand... Go MDGC... Looking forward to next week!!

Based on this and the recent PR that mentioned "new contracts for wireless Internet products and services"-- I am looking forward to more info about these "contracts"... We need more information. "Contracts" is vague.
The "Story" section mentioned that Meshglobal is working with the "first cities" already... contracts??
Hopefully Alwaysright will show up with his group, CharlesD & Co, and all the rest of the MDGC crowd will have plenty of dry powder and about the time the PR hits.
If the MMs are not able to manipulate as much as in the past, then it should be interesting imo.
A large order of "short" ribs with some barbequed naysayer on the side before the beach party would be nice.

Frequently Asked Questions
What technology does Mesh Global use and support?
Mesh Global's™ structured mesh wireless architecture is the foundation on which we build our product offerings. Mesh Global™ delivers carrier independent, reliable, broadband-based products and services to our customers, including broadband LAN, WAN, and MAN solutions for stationary and mobile applications.
What is structured mesh wireless architecture?
Like the Internet, which operates as a gigantic mesh, our wireless network can literally configure itself, allowing installation to occur in hours instead of days or weeks. The mesh is also largely self-managing, making it easy to operate, expand, and support. Intelligent self-reconfiguration also makes the entire mesh self-tuning end-to-end, allowing traffic to move dynamically along optimal paths. A wireless mesh network delivers scalable performance because it can be easily expanded incrementally as needed. The more nodes on the network, the greater the overall performance and reliability of the mesh.
What are the benefits of extending my Current Network with a Wi-Fi LAN?
It's easy to add another wireless computer to a Wi-Fi network. There's no need to purchase or lay more cable or find an available Ethernet port on your hub or router. Just plug in your card or USB connection, turn on your computer and you're surfing the Net.
If your business grows and you need to move, you don't have to abandon your network infrastructure investment or hire a networking company to rewire the new location. And there's no network downtime you can be up and running even before the furniture arrives. Simply plug the system into a power outlet and you'll be operational in minutes.
What products does Mesh Global™ offer?
Our goal is to deliver best-of-breed broadband products. Our broad range of products allows Mesh Global to provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost. The modular design of our equipment allows us to upgrade or exchange unit capabilities in the field by changing out a circuit board module or upgrading firmware.

Busy Christmas season... Have a lot on my plate this time of year. I dropped off as assistant moderator of the MDGC message board because of demands on my time. I haven't sold a share fwiw. I'll still be lurking and considering buying on dips.
I am not impressed with Equitrend yet... Especially after I called the number on the postcard and got an answering service.
I left my information, etc. and never got a call back. I thought that MDGC might want to know that.
Hopefully they are helping MDGC in other ways.
With this much activity on the weekend, I think something big is brewing.
Stocks are speculative... Penny stocks are really speculative... Use only discretionary funds.
That being said... I've invested in penny stocks for many years and have been on IHub since it began, and I have never been in a stock that I thought had as much potential as MDGC. I've got about 10k invested here. I can afford to loose it all... But I don't think that I will. The potential upside is much greater imo.
That is my comfort level.
Looking forward to good news soon with all longs. Go MDGC!

Wytec has been approached by some of these companies with an interest in licensing technology from Wytec.
