Volumes Up Today 539,000 shares traded today. What's up anybody know?

Not buying right now as I already have enough but would really like to see a good run soon.

Its now a complete write off. I can't believe we trusted these guys with our hard earned money.

Maybe there is a X-Mas bonus in this - for us faithful Longs yet.
I don't know about you but I have been extremely patient, being here for the last 3 years!
They better have something up their sleeve for the new year as NO ONE wants this to be a total write off.

This is the second R/S this year. They just keep taking taking & taking so far nothing for our hard earned money. They better have a plan for 2009 or we Long investors are looking at a total loss.

Are they trying to clean the slate by the end of the year so they can make a clean straight run in 2009. AT THIS POINT, they need to make a run of at least 1,000% to get us "Longs" back in the game.

This agreement covers more than 24,000 acres of mining claims, State Leases and private property in the20Uravan Mining District of the “Four Corners” area of Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. The properties contain more than 30+ mines that have a significant production record of Uranium and Vanadium ores.

The existing mine workings and drilling records indicate a substantial reserve of Uranium and Vanadium. The exploration and development potential for establishing new reserves is excellent.

The Agreement provides that Critical Point Resources may earn up to 50% interest in the venture, with an option to acquire additional interests.

About Critical Point Resources, Inc. -- The Company primarily engages in the exploration, acquisition and development of Uranium and Vanadium properties in the Western United States of America.
Critical Point Resources, Inc. has identified several project properties as potential and current acquisitions within the Uravan mineral belt: The Company's Management and Consulting Team have a strong exploration background -- from discovery through to mine development -- mining and milling.
The company as well holds a ten percent (10%) interest in an oil and gas well in Lee Country, Texas. Based upon production reports for the well and current oil and gas prices at t he well head, management estimates that the Company has accrued yet to be realized on going income.
The Uravan Area. -- The Uravan mineral belt is the oldest uranium mining area in the United States and is historically the most productive uranium and vanadium region in Colorado. The Uravan belt has about 1,200 historic mines that produced over 63 million pounds of uranium and 330 million pounds of vanadium from 1948 to 1978.
Uranium had its last boom in the 1970's when the price peaked at over $40 per pound in 1979. Uranium entered into a long bear market with the price falling all the way to $7.10 in Dec. 2000. Since then the price has advanced upward with most analysts predicting much higher prices in the next few years.

Weekend Trading, is that possible?

I checked my Ameritrade account yesterday which was Saturday.
There appeared to be trading going on with CRPN.
Maybe the shares will be logged in as after hour trades?

or

They may be recorded first thing Monday morning?

In any case I see this as a good thing if in fact this is whats going on.
Somebody wants to get their shares before they turn this puppy loose.



I hope they get it just they way they want it because I'm ready for the action to begin.

The last time the run up happened it was slow going in the beginning.
History has a tendency to repeat itself. Plus, patience is required in this business.



I do like how the chart has shaped up, its a thing of beauty, keep em coming.

There are only 200 shareholders:

I give up the ghost:

The board is set so it will be easy to track whenever the company kick starts itself.
More volume is needed and if no one is going to sell then we are in a catch 22 position.
In the meantime here is a little ghost history for those who are interested.

This stock bottomed on July 7th. Today it hit a dime.

Float : 3.5m
O/s : 17.6m

With a little volume it will fly.
Lets watch and lets see what happens.
IMO, if this continues it will be at 20cents in 7 to 10 days.
