Finally! Thank you for sharing
Exactly!
Unfortunately we can't buy in the States. I would x5 my position at these prices.
None of this is true
This stock is NOT dead and expect much more, a lot more
Quote: "Meaningless... and don't expect an annual report to be filed either."
More BS!
Pure BS!
Absolutely!
Nobody knows for sure but there is certainly a chance. IMO a pretty good chance. I think we will have to wait a few more months though.
That is extremely unsubstantiated opinion. Everybody is entitled to an opinion but some are based on substance.
I have a real hard time following.
Sometimes Houmu is an empty shell, sometimes it is a laundering machine, sometimes it is delinquent and it is terrible, sometimes it is ok for it be delinquent, sometimes what happens in the real estate market in China is super bad for it, sometimes it doesn't have anything to do with the real estate business in China, etc, etc, etc
That is not what I disagreed with.
It is this: "The status of the SOS doesnt mean jack squat"
Anybody who's done business with a corporation in this Country knows the importance of the report and would not say that.
The report is simple and inexpensive but very important. A delinquent status with the SOS can eventually lead to not being able to conduct any business.
I strongly disagree. I've owned a corporation for over 20 years. Filing this report is a confirmation of its registration with the State. That's something that States want every year for two reasons mainly:
1) to keep the information of active corporations current
2) to collect money as the report includes a payment of an amount that is calculated based, in part, on the capital of the company
Not filing the report is like not paying for your car license plate registration. You cannot drive with an expired license plate. Same idea, you cannot conduct business with a corporation that has not filed the report.
Additionally, if they do file the report it means that they want to stay current with the State of Nevada. IMO it is a very important sign and it clearly debunks the concept that Houmu was just a laundering machine or similar ideas.
If they don't file the report, I won't sell any shares as I have already made money here but it would be a concern for me, as it is a very simple and inexpensive report.
They have to file officers and directors, confirm or update. It's an annual very simple report. But they have to do it.
I am bullish but IMO we will have to wait for the final version of the Chinese regulations and clarity on which companies are ok to be listed in the American markets. Until then, everything Chinese will be given a very low priority.
Additionally, the 1:1000 rs was a mistake that will keep the price down until it is out of the way.
I'd be very happy to be wrong but I don't see much happening here for a few months.
How much more obvious can this get?
NOBODY knows for sure here. We can have our opinions, but to state any facts as certain about why they are taking their time is preposterous.
Not fake but I agree that anyone can contact Excelsior (the parent company of the TA) and ask for themselves. That's what I did.
The emails are not fake.
Since you say they are fake, did you call the company?
That's your opinion, mine is different after having contacted them.
They were missing for a day or two. That's all. I saw it but, obviously, not everyone did.
Of course but they didn't laugh at me when I contacted them. I can tell you that much.
Well....the fact that you don't believe it doesn't make it fabricated BS. Anybody here can get in contact with the TA, ask directly, and judge for themselves.
They are both in the same section of the OTC Markets page. Anyway, it doesn't really matter that much.
Of course OTC disclosures are NOT SEC filings. The point was that the SEC filings had disappeared. But they are back now.
All true!!
IMO there is a very high chance that HOMU will become Pink Current in 2022.
I estimate that it would make the total return of my investment in HOMU to be no less than 500% with a potential to reach 1000%, in about 2 years.
Nobody said HOMU is investment grade.
Typically investment grade is a rating used for corporate or public bonds with a low chance of default. I've never seen that rating used for stocks whether otc or other. So I don't understand why you insist on bringing that term to the conversation. It is not a rating used for stocks.
in·vest·ment
noun
the action or process of investing money for profit or material result.
Exactly!
This is how HOMU has already been a great short term investment for me:
I bought xx number of shares, the price went up substantially, then sold enough to get twice my investment back. That was a 100% profit in just a few months.
And this is how HOMU may become a long-term investment:
nobody knows for sure what will happen but IMO there is a high chance that HOMU will become pink current in 2022. It's an opinion based on a lot of factual information. When that happens the sp will easily be back to where it was in Q3 this year. That is up to 60 times from where it is now. At that moment, based on the information that will be released by the owners of HOMU I will decide if it becomes a short, mid or long-term investment for me. Regardless, when HOMU becomes pink current I will additionally get no less than 2 times my initial investment, possibly 10 times.
In short, I doubled my money and I have a chance to get 2 to 10 times more.
Nobody is saying that otc stocks are investment grade. But they are a certain kind of investment, in terms of risking a capital and getting a return.
If you play them well the return can be substantial.
I am not selling my shares. The potential upside is huge. Period.
Agree, I think with stop loss hunting as well
Oh, you are also assigned to this one, hard working guy!
They know what's coming
Definition of "Going Dark" from document available on the OTC Markets website
https://www.otcmarkets.com/files/ellenoff-going-dark.pdf
What is Going Dark?
1- Delisting a public company’s shares from an exchange (e.g., NYSE, NYSE Amex, Nasdaq) (if applicable) and
2- terminating/suspending a company’s SEC reporting obligations under the Exchange Act
"if applicable" does not apply to HOMU because it was not trading on a major exchange. Point 1 refers to delisting from a major exchange but can still trade on the pink sheets
Little by little, that's how it works best.
HOMU is GOLD!! (and they know it)
I agree that HOMU is coming and will great. I have no doubts.
I just don't know when and don't want to have any expectations of something happening soon. If it does, great!
Ok, it's mostly based on speculation. Hey, this OTC! But, there are also coincidences (like the ones you mention), undeniable events, and actions taken almost daily.
I would buy more shares at these ridiculous prices but I can't. So I just wait on free shares, easy!
Possibly, but I can wait if necessary, it's coming for sure
Totally baseless statements. Not even once have valid arguments been provided.
Nothing, zero, NADA!!!
HOMU is coming and will be big, real BIG.
Well said!
Only two trades is actually a good sign because nobody wants to sell at these prices. We all know what's coming and it's really good.
You think!!!
How is that a fact???
