That is not what I disagreed with.
It is this: "The status of the SOS doesnt mean jack squat"
Anybody who's done business with a corporation in this Country knows the importance of the report and would not say that.
The report is simple and inexpensive but very important. A delinquent status with the SOS can eventually lead to not being able to conduct any business.
