The previous post is a serious question any thoughts on how BYOC will generate income to provide capital for acquire companies?
The Company's strategy is to identify companies in the early stages of development or growth, acquire them and provide these companies capital in order to accelerate their development and growth with the intention to ultimately sell these companies.
With the above statement one has to ask... if BYOC is posting losses then where are they going to get the capital in order to accelerate the growth of acquired companies to sell them? More dilution? This is a serious question because they really do not have big institutions investing in them; satch any thoughts?
Maybe Beyond commerce will take or should take a new approach and become a platform for cryptocurrency to compete against companies like coinbase?
I positioned myself in the stock because I will soon sell at a profit, but the reality is that the only why I can see them providing capital for acquired companies is through more dilution.
Comical? LOL
One needs to grammatically construe a statement to not falsely accused. Did I boost your confidence a little by taking a position in BYOC? Need no response, but I am laughing.
If you want me to tell you by Tuesday tell me, LOL
Did you mean Scissel or melt, or are you talking about an easel which would be off topic?
Please read what I wrote... This stock will be taken to .0035 soon (SOON), maybe (MAYBE) within 3 days (an opinion) then it will be interesting. I did not say it will happen in 3 days, or did I say that? You do not have to answer, but if it do, I will remove my initial investment, but according to trek smart investors won't sell. What do you think?
Every investor who plays the market invest to make money, so to say that those selling to make money in the OTC market are not investors is preposterous.
Have you sold BYOC shares to cash profits? If so, does that make you a smart investor or does it depict you as not being an investor?
I will prove you wrong... Previously, I positioned myself at .005 assuming that momentum would occur again, and it didn't and the price of the stock dropped to .003, and I sold cutting my losses. I recently bought at .0016 to recover my previous losses and to cash in profits when it hits .003, I will withdraw my initial investment and my recover losses and leave my profits.
OTC stocks are played to generate quick revenue, rarely are they held long term. For you to say they are not investors is preposterous, I call them smart investors.
Sorry you feel that the post was negative, but it wasn't.
Why did some investors positioned themselves in the stock at .005? Either they were pumped to buy at that price or they probably never thought the price of the stock would ever again drop below .005. Your question does not make sense.
By the way, the smart investors would cut their losses and pick up at a lower price to quickly recover their losses. Those who bought at .005 and did not cut their losses and held on allowing the price of the stock to drop to .0016 will wait a long time before recovering their losses.
Two kinds of winners... those who cash in profits and those who cut their losses.
I am sure you care which is why you are responding. By the way, do you know what I do when I do not care for a poster on this board?
I do not pump stocks, I just read charts and the chart showed me something yesterday that allowed me to position myself in the stock. I still think the company has problems and the CEO will hurt the company if he continues to speak on twitter.
This stock will be taken to .0035 soon, maybe within 3 days (an opinion) then it will be interesting.
As I stated, the CEO needs to get out of twitter and just post positive news. Whatever he says on twitter can be held against him ultimately hurting the company.
mithrandir67, I am sure you read my message, smart move on my behalf to position myself in the stock. As stated, sometimes one has to change direction.
If ALPP closes down today expect the price of the stock to drop to $2.50
Do you really think I care what you and others think about me? I am here to generate revenue, not to impress anyone. Many after bashing me dumped the stock because their scales finally fell from their eyes. The only reason I took a position in the stock yesterday was because I saw something on my chart that interested me. The next time I sell I will pull away completely even from this board, and you will be the first to know, and I am sure you will be happy.
otherwise I would have not touched it.
I was clear about that, but I am sure you would agree with starling and warfare that at one point they will reverse split. Forget about the other question, I did position myself yesterday, you can read my post to mithrandir67.
By the way, I thought keepitrealistic was an okay person, and it appears from his post that he dumped his position, hope he kept some shares.
By the way, the CEO needs to remove the videos on twitter it appears to be unprofessional, and what they need to do periodically is to reduce the number of shares, this would remove the idea of a reverse split among shareholders and bring new investors into the company.
Ruminate upon this... Sparkling and glittering in the daytime one cannot see, but coruscating in the darkness is all we need to know.
You decide to drive down to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, you tell everyone you are going to take route 95 straight to Florida. You take route 95 and right before you get to Jacksonville, Florida you run into a sign that causes you to detour because of road work or an emergency that's blocking traffic, do you stay on route 95, or you follow the detour?
So, to answer your question, if I see a change in the chart I will not be ignorant to it. I never said I will not position myself in BYOC, I was considering positioning myself after a reverse split and I gave my reasons, but the chart showed me there is going to be another uptrend before a reverse split, which was why I bought the stock and told you to take a position, but I was being facetious in my recommendation to you, so I hope you did not take recommendation seriously. I was just responding to your post to create laughter, and I am still laughing.
starling, I took a position on BYOC today, but I have to make it clear if I do not like something on the company I will post it. Today, I will email them, I have two questions for them.
satch, did you hear that I positioned myself in the BYOC stock, lol
Done for the day.
You are correct because there is no need to bash. Opinions should bring discussion which is why I highly respect some on this board.
By the way, I did position myself today on BYOC stock, seriously, I do not live life trying to mislead.
As stated, I do not invest in the fragrances that people put on companies, and though I know that warfare knows about stocks and I do agree with some of the points he makes, but in the wordings that BYOC uses I am seeing a reverse split.
By the way, though I do not take it personally when I am bashed or called a name, I will never call anyone an idiot, I have more class than that and believe me it did not bother me what warfare called me. As for satch, he allowed the attack on me to rub on him which caused him to attack me even after we were talking without problems.
Starling, I gave the reason as to why I will not own the stock until they reverse split. The price of a stock usually drops after a reverse split and on that drop is when I will position myself.
A few months about I positioned myself in a stock at .01 cent and the price of the stock went to about .03 and the reason I bought the chart looked beautiful and they even posted strong earnings after I bought. About 3 days after I purchased the stock they came out with news that they will reverse split, I sold the next day at .015 today the stock is .007
I invest not to lose money and I rather sell a stock and take a loss than dealing with dead money. I learned at a young age when you learn to take a loss you become not only a better trader, but you become a winner because you learned to cut your losses.
Let me first correct you, I was not in this stock six months and when I called .0022 momentum moved it over .01 cents and I sold close to .01 cents. I then bought twice on momentum profited on the first, but not the second, but we cannot deny the fact that the price of the stock did drop to where I said and many continued to bash me for it, just like I called .005, .002 and .0015 and lower and still got bashed for it. This was not luck otherwise I would have not sold. As stated, knowing it was dropping I bought twice assuming momentum would take place before the drop.
I use charts and though some of you might say charts do not work for penny stocks, apparently it does.
In my opinion, I believe once they are done with diluting they will execute the reverse split, but I hope it is fare otherwise they will show they do not care about the shareholders. You are correct it would not be right after they are done diluting, but we both know they do not care about shareholders.
By the way, I do not bash, nor do I trash any company, I give an opinion even as a shareholder, but to many it appears that I am bashing and trashing. I do not play that game.
Starling, I have no doubt that warfare and satch knows stocks, but I always respected your post you are different, and I read between your lines. I know that BYOC has a good product and do have good clients and in the near future I will position myself in the stock, but I do have reasons why to hold from positioning myself for now. Tell me, do you think they will reverse split before the future of the company starts to reflect on the price of the stock?
Reverse splits does not bother me, I am just being wise because the price of the stock tends to drop after a reverse split where I can purchase more shares after the reverse split than having if I owned the stock, and they split.
If it goes up before the stock I will be happy for shareholders and would not regret my decision.
--------
I have learned that a company can be flavored with fragrances that is hard to resist which is why I do not invest through a sense of smell. Sad that many do.
Yes, at some point dilution will finish then they will execute a reverse split and I state this with certainty and not as an opinion, this is the pattern of penny stocks.
I stated it will drop to .0015 or below, and I got bashed for that.
keepitrealistic, if you sold your shares hope you generated revenue and if you didn't, you are still a winner by cutting your losses. By the way, most penny stock companies issues billions of shares and though they might use a phrase to make it appear that there will be no reverse split they do execute reverse splits, it is a fallacious and an unethical practice in my opinion.
Let me correct you... I grammatically analyze statements in the way it is said and if you came out with it today, then I must have speculated correctly, wouldn't you agree?
By the way, I am not moved by what people say about the company, I just carefully read what a company post and post as an opinion.
Though you during out as a question, what is important you see something that is not right.
Before anyone buys NNRX they need to wait because the price of the stock will drop back to .0014 according to my chart.
I guess you and maybe satch are one of the 10% because 90% would not hold a penny stock for so long.
I made that statement a long while back and every bashed me for it, let's see if you get bashed.
$4 million revenue $6 million loss... Net loss for the three months ended March 31, 2021 was $6.3 million, an increase of $5.9 million, compared to a net loss of $0.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2020.
You only post the revenue, but not the loss.
Remember your statement, and you have one more week to go.
You are correct, the ones that can benefit from this treatment are those who continue to buy while the price of the stock is dropping, they probably think that they are making money while the price of the stock is dropping. Are you one of them?
You only invest with what you can afford to lose is SMART because that is how one should invest in the OTC market and I stated it many times.
Hope that instead of shareholders attacking you they understand why you posted this. I commend you for your post and I understand that your post has nothing to do with bashing or trashing the company, it is about stating why the company is on a stand still.
I must of hit another nerve as I did yesterday. Seriously, you need to remove the scales of your eyes, when you do that you will see what is truly going on with the company.
It is okay for you when everyone posts that the price of the stock is going to rise, but when a reverse split is mentioned a nerve is struck.
Remember that I stated that they were probably discussing it among themselves (company's principal) about acquisitions. With what was posted today it appears to be clear that it was among themselves with the following phrase they used... "exploring acquisition opportunities", but then you can call them to see if that was what they meant.
Let me make this clear the price of the stock is that low because that is what it is worth and even at that price investors are probably not buying because they feel it will go lower or execute a reverse split, and you know that most of the time when a company executes a reverse split the price of the stock usually drops once the split takes affect.
Samuel Clemens once said, if you put all your eggs in one basket you better watch that basket. The best thing to do is to hold on to what you have because if this company goes nowhere you will have dead money and the only way to cash out is by taking a loss.
It is one thing to average down so that if the stock goes up a little you can recover your losses, but to continue buying just because one is dreaming big is not the way to invest.
I truly hope those who are losing money recover their losses and for the price of the stock to rise to make shareholdes money, but I do not see this happening for a long while.
Above is just an opinion and with a sincere advice, but it is your decision not mind.
I told you guys .0016, but it will go lower base on the chart and assuming it does expect a reverse split. If they execute a high reverse split it will be sad, unless they follow with something positive.
Above is just an opinion.
Incline your ears attentively then question because some might appear to be what they are not. To many on this board I appear to be a basher, but their conclusion is only based on the fact that they disagree with my opinion. Instead of assuming one as a basher, why not ask why an opinion that one disagrees with is being stated?
Some are stating that they continue to increased their position, some are telling you to continue buying, some are telling you that one day you will be rich, some are even getting you excited, but one needs to question these shareholders and not just assume that they are speaking the truth or that they have your own interest.
If you bought 21 million shares at .0013, and you sold because of what people were saying about the company, then you invested without knowing anything about the company. Invest with the expectation as to why you need to position yourself in the company's stock and not on what people say, some will hype it and some will trash it.
Regardless of what people say about me, I will give you a word of advice... When it comes to OTC stocks invest with what you are willing to lose because with OTC stocks many lose. If you lose it all you entered the stock with what you were willing to lose this is how you learn to take a loss. But, invest with the future expectation that you will enjoy the fruits of your investments. One more thing, as fast as a penny stock rises that is how fast one has to sell otherwise potential profits might pulverize.
Correct, I do not own shares and if the price of the stock drops to .0015 or lower I would position myself to generate revenue, but I am not wishing for the price of the stock to drop, as stated, I will only position myself if it drops to .0015 and below. Let me make this statement clear though you and many will not believe it I do not wish for the price of the stock to drop, and I truly hope it goes up, I like to see shareholders enjoy the fruits of their investments. I don't live my life stepping on people, nor I want people to be stepped on, nor wish people to lose money, but I am entitled to opinions whether one agrees or disagrees with it.
Let's see...
Assuming a person invest $3,500, would it be better to buy at .002 a shares (1,750,000 shares) or at .0015 (2,333,333 shares)? A difference of 583,000 shares. If it moves to .01 that is an additional $5,800 plus dollars.
Assuming that they reverse split 1 for 75, 1,750.000 share will become 23,333 and 2,333,333 will become 31,111 and difference of 7,778 shares.
For the longest you wanted me out even while I was a shareholder. By the way, one invest to generate revenue that's about it, and if one gets rich investing good for them. Be honest, do you think the price of the stock will drop below .0015, this is a yes or no question, I do not need a story as to why not if you say no.
Only because of momentum the price of the stock rose to .01 plus, otherwise it would have dropped to my original call, and it did after momentum stopped. I also called next step down and down and down, and I was bashed for it, but the chart proved them wrong.
By the way, I will not talk in behalf of mithrandir67, but in an opinion it appears he was referring to you in an indirect manner he is the one that can answer that and if so, he also laughed at your statement making millionaires, LOL
I am making a serious statement... they are better off executing a reverse split as long as they do not pulverize the shareholders and in an opinion that is the only choice they have. Looking at the chart if they do not send out a positive press release or do not reverse split the price of the stock will probably drop to .0015 or lower, it appears that way. Before I stated it probably won't, but looking over it again it appears it will.
Again, the above is an opinion and under no circumstances am I bashing or trashing BYOC.
I guess a nerve was hit because you understood exactly what was being said.
By the way, I do not take things personal, but I do have a question for you... if someone appears to be an idiot in your eyes why would you respond to them? I once wrote, "be careful what you speak because you might not know what you are whispering"
Regardless of our disagreement, I would never call you or anyone an idiot, that says a lot about the person when said it.
Just enjoy your time in making millionaire, LOL
