Yup, I'm betting on .06s next week and I'll pull the trigger then.
Yeah, you bring up some fair points and outsourcing ALKM's technology is really the only option because they don't have the money to do otherwise. Also, it's not just kgkg that uses it, GRCU just signed a contract with ALKM in December. If you go to ALKM's website, you can additionally see that they are also producing RLBD Omega hemp water
No. I don't know that with certainty, but I can make an educated guess with looking at other publicly traded companies not having issues with ALKM.
They are not outpacing production, it's just a poor excuse. Other companies using ALKM's technology are having zero issues with production pace. Also, Puration couldn't afford ALKM unless they offered the rest of their shares and incorporated cash into the deal, but even then, where would the money come from?
I don't mind explaining. Look at their securities which are filed with the SEC under their 3rd quarter report.

If you do the math, it equals around ~1.3B shares. You also have to consider KGKG just dropped another 100M shares in the last week.
Yes, they do monitor this board and no they did not drop Savannah distribution because of online orders. Companies make much more money through distribution agreements than they do through online sales.
I tried all three flavors of Everx and they all tasted great for having 10mg of CBD in them. The flavored versions were a little to sweet for my particular taste though.
And no problem with the DD. I really enjoy their product, it tastes great!!! They just need to get it together.
Yeah, they have a few other CBD beverages out in Georgia, but they are all private companies. I've looked into haha
On KGKG's 1.3 Billion Outstanding shares it has to do more with their issued preferred shares. I think it is the class D and E shares have a 1 to 1000 conversion rate.
I can say without a doubt it has nothing to do with CBD regulations because hemp derived CBD products are legal in Georgia. The main shops in Georgia, aka Sprayberry bottle shop and others, are still carrying CBD products.
KGKG has solid products from what I hear, but they have 1.3 billion shares outstanding considering preferred/common. That's a huge turnoff for me.
Regardless if it was a good reason or not, Puration should of let us know mid February when it happened.
I've sent them 3 emails trying to cancel my order with no response. Might have to contact my bank and do the same.
I've tried Everx, never claimed they there was none. I was just saying they didn't sellout of Everx.
They didn't sell out if there was no stock to begin with... Just saying.
That guy in the yellow shirt is Travis btw, if you wanted to know what he looks like.
IMO most OTC stocks are scary, but you just have to accept it and be skeptical.
Savannah hasn't reached back to me yet, I raised my questions last week so we'll see. I did call Sprayberry bottle shop and they said Savannah isn't distributing it anymore for what that's worth.
Yeah I agree. If PURA was a standalone buisness with different management, I wouldn't be surprised if it was +.3 in SP.
Lol Cya clause! That's pretty good.
Yeah, I agree. The USMJ financials scared the jeebies out of me, but I think Puras financials will be much better.
This is an excerpt from USMJs 4th quarter Earnings report.
NOTE 3 – GOING CONCERN
The Company has suffered recurring losses from operations and has a working capital
deficit and stockholders' deficit, and in all likelihood will be required to make significant
future expenditures in connection with continuing business development efforts along with
general administrative expenses. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the
Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The accompanying financial statements
have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern. The
Company’s activities have been primarily supported by loans from various parties. The
Company has sustained losses in previous reporting periods, but a net profit of $29,000
for the six months ended December 31, 2018. Management continues to seek funding
from its shareholders and other qualified investors to pursue its business plan. The
Company continues to seek funding for all of the projects and operational requirements
for the continuing fiscal year.
So far they haven't diluted since last Friday according to OTCMARKETS.com, but they also haven't updated it since the 1st, so who knows.
Exactly. Additionally, even if they did sign new distribution agreements, it doesn't really mean anything if they losing them at the same rate. So far they were confirmed to have distribution agreements in California, Texas, and Georgia. California and Georgia were dropped thus leaving only Texas. The only place in Texas Everx is being distributed to is Specs and that's only a few stores. They used to have Drug Euporium in Texas, but they discontinued Everx in early 2018.
People were duped once again, heading back to the .07s by the end of the month.
Unfortunately no, I never received my Everx. I actually sent out an email two days ago requesting a refund for my three cases because it'd been a month since order placement. Additionally, they gave me an email midish February stating I would be getting a confirmation on shipment 26 February, yet it is the 6th of March and nada.
Supposedly I am full of crap, but Savannah Distribution Company. Do your own DD and call or email them.
To redwagon: I emailed them, not called, but you are more than welcome to call them if you don't believe me. That's fine because I exited once I found out. Chesty11: I just called Sprayberry Bottle Shop (770-973-7073) and they confirmed that they are not going to carry Everx anymore. Savannah has quit distribution of Everx. I was just trying to shed some light on the subject. Good luck.
Here are three numbers to Savannah Distribution Center:
800-551-0777
(678) 380-1212
(912) 233-1167
Do your DD yourself. I was trying to let people know.
Per Sprayberry bottle shop: A few other brands (Everx) have been discontinued and we won’t be able to get them back in thru our distributor.
IF YOU utilized basic reading comprehension, you would have noticed the definition for discontinued is: (of a product) no longer available or produced. I'd read up on your Webster Dictionary son. I have been in this stock since the beginning of last year with over 700k shares and wrote information guides supporting pura. I also attended their Everx event in Denver. Yeah, I am a "one trick pony".
It is not the 10 million shares that bothers me, its the 70 million in the last 5 months. It sucks because they blatantly pumped with "Starbucks" and "Tilray" news at the end of last week then dumped shares. That's just horse you know what IMO.
They lost the contract with Savannah mid last month. I'm guessing they're trying to hide that with all the hype. I sent Savannah an email when I found out, but haven't received a response yet. I am guessing they were unable to fulfill orders, so they dropped them.

I SOLD! 10 million shares diluted in the last hour.
I think so too, but that's just my opinion. They've been pretty vocal the last year how chumy the two are. I think the final piece to the puzzle was hemp legalization and bottle/liquid improvements.
They haven't released the news yet. I can promise you that.
Yes, Allinis just an idiot
Lol you're all over the board dude.
Purely news, we'll see what Puration has in store. I have a very good feeling the next two weeks are going to be INTENSE. All opinions if course. We'll see (; (;
I'd strongly advise buying, even you are going to swing trade. It is going to be a doozy.
Good news ahead. This thing is going to run.
I'm guessing it's at about $1.4-1.5M for 2018 because of their success with GNBT and THC water. They're releasing Earnings soon though.
