Preferred Stock
Preferred Series A Stock shall be convertible to share of the Corporation’s common stock at a 1 to 1 ratio.
Preferred Series B Stock shall be convertible to share of the Corporation’s common stock at a 1 to 1 ratio.
Preferred Series C Stock shall be convertible to 1,000 shares of common stock.
Preferred Series D Stock shall be convertible to 1,000 shares of common stock and shall have the right to
one vote per each share of Series D Preferred Stock that they hold.

If you do the math, it equals around ~1.3B shares. You also have to consider KGKG just dropped another 100M shares in the last week.
