@jeunke22 Thank you very much :)
@jeunke22 Where can we find the interview with Lebby? Can you provide us a link pls, or will the interview sent by mail via lwlg itself????
I feel myself sucker punched today! "Fasten your seatbelts" and "When it's going tot roll, it's going to roll" have a totally opposite meaning today!!!
Just received an email from IBKR FYI: Earnings Notification...
Tomorrow is Doomsday!
Some words used by Lebby have reached there expiration dates. If our shareprice was already (again) above 10 at least, you Will never heard me complainig about anything, and I will temper my impatience again... But here we are, at 3.xx after all those years. I spend a lot of money in this Company, and as reward I receive defeaning silence... As shareholders after all this years we deserve more respect IMO... All by all I still believe in thé Company and ML and EOP and Will not sell a single share at this moment!
Jeunke, I respect you very much, but my expectations are a little bit higher... It's almost (for me) seven years that I hear the Common word 'NDA'... After that 'ubiquitous'... That's more than enough for everyone I presume. They have the best tech, geological the best position, the fastest speed, the lowest power and I'm sure you van give me multiple other advances of EOP... Considering ML told us 4/12/2023 that we we're close tot a contract, and if it wasn't working out that year, it Will be shortly in 2024... Shortly IMO doesn't mean November '24. What I expect is at least one fat contract with a T1, and no more status updates, or postponed promises... He has thé goods, thé new respected board members, AMF and probably others, simply said, it's now deliver time!
@jeunke22
IMO, I don't believe ML is sick, because - he has never mist a exposition before...
- If he's sick, and there is a very big situation (like a T1 contract) going on, He probably take the necessary medication to
overcome his illness...
It would be a dissapointment if he misses/postpone a big contract due to let's say the flue or corona...
I'll pray for ML's good health!!!
@ Frobinso : Electronic Design Automation
18 procent up in two days, anyone an idea what is happening?
Hi Scope,
Thank you for your honest answer!
I know that I have voiced my concerns in a critical manner.
I don't do this because I want to encourage the shorts, but because I want to maintain a realistic view of my investment...
Here are some of my main points (pro and con)
pro: perkinamine is a fact, both the speed and consumption are
impressive... and compatible with many existing technologies.
contra: perkiname 3, 4, 5, (6 in production), but still no sales... I know there is always room for improvement, but instead of continuing to improve, they should have focused already on sales before.
What are the advantages of an 800 Gb/s modulator if the routers and switches may not yet be equipped for these speeds.
Pro: Lebby is present at many important optics fairs
contra: A lot of important information is withheld for too long due to the NDAs... The flow of information to the shareholders remains a disaster in my opinion. (breadcrumbs)
Statements like a few years ago such as: fasten your seatbelts, when it's going to roll it's going to roll, promising Ferraris to shareholders, hanging loose signs, ubiqitousness , extreme excitement... with a provisional market value of less than five dollars is certainly no added value for the time being.
especially if you want to negotiate with major players
I have not sold any of my shares at this time, nor do I plan to.
I do have the feeling on this forum that some people are under mass hypnosis and want to accept everything blindly without even looking at it from a distance and thinking critically.
I have to work hard for the money and trust I put into this company!
As I mentioned before, the proof is in eating the pudding, and we'll see what 2024 brings.
All the best for 2024!!!
Steven.
I need to get something off my chest...
I have been long since 2017, so I have been long for many years, and I have (had) all the patience for the technology and LWLG's management.
I definitely see great potential in it in the future. That is why I find it incomprehensible that Lebby treats his share value in this way! If you want to appear credible to future partners, don't let your share be constantly shorted to the basement and do something about it! I know I will get comments that future contracts are in progress, but currently, like the stock, my confidence in the management has been shorted to a low... My feeling at the end of this year is that Lebby is making himself ubiquitous and excited as a pink sheet corporate leader. I can't hear the word excited anymore right now!!! You know the saying: the proof is in eating the pudding! So I hope this inner feeling can be reversed in a short time.
I also can't imagine that I am the only long with these feelings.
For the rest, I wish everyone here good health, prosperity and the best in 2024!!!
Steven.

when are we going to hear about the $600,000 loan loaned to company "x" that was supposed to be paid back or converted to stock in that company by the end of the month??? Actually I expected a PR today with something new, but No, it's "crickets" again...
Interesting article,
It is written in Dutch, but throw it through google translate is necessary :)

Fujitsu shows platform for economical optical data connection over immense distance

fiber
Fujitsu introduces a data connection platform that can handle network bandwidth of 1.2 Tbps over distances of up to 6,000 km without the need for signal amplifiers.
Fujitsu is showing the 1Finity Ultra Optical System at MWC. It consists of a T900 transponder and an L900 optical cable system. The platform must facilitate fast but also economical data connections over long distances. Fujitsu states that the system can initially handle a bandwidth of 1.2 Tbps, but that will be increased to 1.6 Tbps through future upgrades.
6,000 km without a break
The transponder uses so-called Raman amplification, which ensures that the optical signal remains pure over the entire length of the fiber optic connection. For example, Fujitsu's new system ensures that the connection continues to work over a distance of 6,000 km.
This is not only convenient, but also good for the environment. After all, systems built with the T900 require no or fewer signal amplifiers over the entire route, which in turn ensures a connection that is more economical, uses less energy and is responsible for less CO2.

Thank you believer, I was just wishfully hoping for extra news...
In the mail is written 'AUG 16 before opening'... Could it be something new/else LWLG-believer?
It's a mail from my broker that said there will be news before opening... I can't send a picture over Ihub, but if you want I can send it to a private mail.
I never received this kind of information before!

I'm praying for (any) good news today (Tuesday = Newsday) because premarket on Yahoo finance we stand now at 9.75/shr... I'm waiting for an 8K or maybe at least a MZ mail in approximately one hour
Thank you Jeunke!
Does anyone has updates concerning the chips act in Amerika? Is it already signed? Approved?
MALTA - GlobalFoundries was planning to formally unveil construction plans for its new Fab 8.2 computer chip factory at the Luther Forest Technology Campus to the towns of Malta and Stillwater last month.
The project - which might cost GlobalFoundries between $5 billion and $10 billion - would translate into 1,000 new jobs, adding to the 3,000 positions at the company's current Fab 8 factory and global headquarters at Luther Forest.
But the unveiling of details of Fab 8.2 hasn't happened yet.
GlobalFoundries, however, says it's just a matter of time until it does submit its plans for Fab 8.2.
Currently, the company is waiting on the $52 billion semiconductor manufacturing subsidy bill that is stalled in Congress. The measure is designed to combat China in the race for chip-making supremacy. It would provide companies like GlobalFoundries up to $2 billion each to build new chip factories.
The bill - championed by U.S. Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer as the CHIPS Act - has already passed the Senate, and was expected to have passed the House by now.
But it has languished for the time being.
At the same time, GlobalFoundries has decided to hold off on submitting its Fab 8.2 plans to the planning departments of Malta and Stillwater. However, company officials say it's not connected to the inaction in Congress.
"This is an ongoing process where we are partnering closely with town boards and town planning officials as we prepare a complete and well thought out application for the expansion of Fab 8," the company said in a statement provided to the Times Union by spokesman Michael Mullaney.
The reality is that GlobalFoundries is likely waiting for Congress to pass the CHIPS Act before it moves forward with Fab 8.2, which would greatly increase its manufacturing output at Fab 8. GlobalFoundries CEO Tom Caulfield has been one of the biggest champions of the CHIPS Act, hosting Schumer numerous times at Fab 8 to promote the bill.
Back in July, Schumer joined Caulfield at Fab 8 to promote the CHIPS Act, which is now part of a new, larger piece of technology manufacturing legislation known as the United States Innovation and Competition Act; Schumer also got that legislation passed by the Senate.
"This is going to mean thousands of good paying J-O-B-S, jobs, in the Capital Region," Schumer said at the time. "Today is the day we have been waiting for."
Last week, when asked if the holdup of the CHIPS Act had delayed plans for Fab 8.2, GlobalFoundries sounded confident the passage of the bill by the House was not a long-term issue.
"At the federal level, we anticipate Congress advancing legislation to expand domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity through USICA and the (CHIPS Act) to address both the ongoing and prevent future chip supply challenges," GlobalFoundries continued in its statement to the Times Union.
New York state officials - which are also hoping that the CHIPS Act could fund a $2 billion national semiconductor manufacturing lab at Albany Nanotech - are hopeful too that the funding will be passed and signed by President Joe Biden.
During her State of the State presentation last week, Gov. Kathy Hochul said attracting new chip fabs to upstate New York would be one of her top priorities during the upcoming session of the state Legislature.
She plans to help attract chip fabs by investing in building infrastructure at so-called "shovel-ready" tech parks across upstate that target chip fabs, including the Luther Forest Technology Campus where Fab 8 is located.
Hochul has not said how much money she wants to allocate toward the infrastructure improvements, but Luther Forest for instance would need tens of millions of dollars in upgrades to water and electric utilities to allow for a second fab at Luther Forest.
"GlobalFoundries applauds Gov. Hochul for her strong leadership and for her timely plan acknowledging and investing in New York State as a national focal point of semiconductor manufacturing and innovation," the statement provided by Mullaney says.
Flirting with 21 EMA??? :-s
Where did you find that rumour???
Pls share your source.
Too crowded and totally COVID unsafe!
Why are we already falling? Wasn't yesterday's impact enough to last for several days? Or is it the larger institutions trying to buy in at a lower price (explains the large volume)
My personal feeling was that we would still climb positively to at least 13 dollars/shr today.

I'm sorry, MY MISTAKE!!! It's indeed GF technology summit 2021 and not present at ECOC....
Just connecting the dots...
-Tomorrow Globalfoundries will come to ECOC to talk about photonics.
-Michael Lebby will probably be there too
-The award meant that there had to be revenue to receive it, so that must happen very recently imo
-Could it be possible for Michael Lebby and GF to make an announcement together tomorrow???
An announcement would always happen with both parties together!
These thoughts have been running through my mind constantly for the past few hours...
