Those of us who've lost a metric ton of money here haven't forgotten...Sigh...
Fingers & toes remain crossed...Good luck to all of us here!
M-G, Fat Finger Syndrome afflicts all of us so often that I'm shocked Proctor & Gamble hasn't come up with a drug or a vaccine to fight it yet...
A couple of years ago Cyberlux was viewed as the darling of the OTC: Proprietary lighting technology, drone manufacturing, potential suitors from the government and military sectors--the sky appeared to be the limit. But then the roof fell in due in a large part to lax oversight and the CEO\CFO not documenting things properly for the authorities. Not long after that came the empty promises by Mark D. Schmidt to keep shareholders apprised of events as they occurred via monthly updates. Gradually those petered out and vanished like snowflakes in an inkwell--kind of like Moon Market. (Anyone know whatever became of HIM?) Anyway, here we are...with disgruntled shareholders threatening to smoke Schmidt out with a class action suit which may also include Brett Rosen. Favorable court actions won't atone for the incompetence that cost many of us a metric ton of money much less reimburse anyone for what they've lost--and if recent corporate history is any guide, the fine Mark Schmidt will be required to pay will likely be written off as a cost of transacting business when the taxes come due. I don't know when or if this company will ever achieve the success once forecast for it by Mr. Rosen and the pie-in-the-sky types who post in various forums, bur I wish everyone here good luck with this stock...I'm done...
As the saying goes in Texas "It ain't bragging if you can DO it..." IMO, Mike ain't braggin'...
Either way I'm with you but I thought that the firm is officially chartered as Dewey, Cheatem & Howe...
As a fellow shareholder I certainly hope that you're right, but based on a $9,000 loan? I'm hopeful but not very optimistic (yet)...
What's abundantly clear to me is that we've all been had...This Brett Rosen stock is Fool's Gold, just as I contended eight months ago.
Thoroughly Disgusted,
C
The vaccine wasn't created for the bird flu...The bird flu was created for the vaccine. So let's keep everyone sick. After all, from Merck's point of view, heal a patient\lose a customer...The disease management system we're saddled with has made the United States' pharmaceutical labyrinth the laughing stock of the civilized world during the past forty years. Pity...
The vaccine wasn't created for the bird flu; the bird flu was created for the vaccine....Heal a patient, lose a customer...I think that pretty much explains what's wrong with the disease management system that's made the U.S. the laughing stock of the civilized world during the past 40 years...
YES!!!!
Right Said, Fred...I couldn't have expressed it any better or more succinctly myself....We appear to have a health industry that doesn't give a rip about food and a food industry that doesn't give a rip about health...To boot, lobbyists or other influence peddlers from both groups see to it that Congress does next to nothing about correcting this lurid state of affairs even though unnumbered millions suffer and die needlessly as a direct result of corporate indifference--and avarice...
Without financial input from Angel investors or interest from large institutions like Black Rock, Vanguard or State Street it takes a lot longer for a young company to move from fledgling status to SECTOR GIANT... Yes, it's already taken several years to reach this point for Halberd. But it's intriguing that one of the interested parties is the US Military. If the nasal spray works well on infantrymen in conflict zones, funding and eventual industry acceptance should follow soon afterwards--at least that's my surmise...I'm relatively new to this investment but, like you, I'm long and hoping that we'll all be very handsomely rewarded for our sacrifices and patience down the road...
Ditto...It may take a while for the stock to bloom fully but in the mean time I'm loading this one with both hands. Hope it works someday...
Or another ear-tickling tease...This is getting old...Just close the deal(s) Jason and make all of us filthy stinking rich in the blink of an eye...GLTUA...
This would call Dr. Dwain Irvin's integrity into question as well, no?
I couldn't have said it better myself...For the shareholders' sakes I hope things eventually turn around, but at this point I don't trust Mark Schmidt or his collaborators as far as I can throw them...
I agree that the National Institutes of Health and\or the US Military would be very useful collaborators in any attempt to establish a viable market for BIXT's biotech...But would either of them be willing to take a flier on a bulletin board company with no revenues? I certainly hope so, but...
It is indeed an ethical (and a preemptive) project that should be undertaken by anyone interested in avoiding the pain and extraordinary expense of current medical treatments typically prescribed for the very conditions Bioxytran appears equipped to address...That expressed, I'm nervous that Bioxytran may remain on the sidelines indefinitely unless the right kind (and number) of private (and retail) investors come forward to invest.
As always, we'll see...
C
It should have occurred to me that entrenched sector giants like Merck or J & J would prefer to squelch competition in the interest of ramping up profits, and would rather see BIXT remain an obscure, off-the-radar OTC company that can never threaten market share currently monoploized by the behemoths...Sigh...
That's the way of the West....or at least the OTC...
DITTO!!!
Agreed...No more updates about updates about yet more updates and other drivel. Just take your time JB, get it right and make us all filthy stinking rich--or at least debt free...(!) That's not too much to ask, (Is it?)... Go longs!!!
Ditto, Wilde One. To your question, when it comes to "trials" with the FDA or related public interest agencies at the federal level, "fast" often means several months--sometimes years. But since the test subjects are being drawn from the US military, in this case, the time line to completion may be a lot shorter than that. Getting the product to market after a successful trial could could still be a lengthy process in itself, though, which usually translates into a longer time frame than investors might like for loading if the news is favorable...For whatever it's worth I'm long on this one no matter what, but I'm still looking at it as Vegas or Atlantic City....Because of self-imposed limits with bulletin board stocks I won't lose much, but in time the gains could be colossal...
At this point does that surprise you?
Very nicely analogized MM!
Massive sales contracts with industry behemoths combined with attention from large institutional investors are the only factors that can keep market makers and professional shorts from making minced meat of this stock in the short term...
How high?
NEVER trading again or EVER trading again? Either way I admit to being depressed and disgusted that it's taken Small Cap Compliance advocate Rhonda Keaveny this long to get the Expert Market designation removed. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but the EM tag was originally imposed on June 15th last June...
SEVEN YEARS that you've been waiting on this?!?!? I trust that Halberd is a different entity now than the one you originally encountered. I certainly hope so, but Time will tell...It always does...
It puzzles and dismays me that a patient-friendly non injectable remedy for common metabolic disorders hasn't yet attracted funding or transformed Bioxytran into a viable takeover target by, say, Merck, Monsanto or J&J, et al...I'm long on BIXT and will empty the bank for it if other stocks I'm waiting on come through in a timely manner...
You bet! Good luck to everyone here with this company long term...
As long as I don't use the money I've set aside for my wife's heart transplant to speculate further with Halberd I should be okay...Riding free shares helps considerably as well...
You've purchased shares in another bulletin board stock that you consider a gem in the rough? My Inner Dare Devil always keeps an ear to the ground for companies like that...What's the ticker? Thx!
This situation with the emerging Bird Flu epidemic is reminiscent of the Mad Cow disaster which was triggered by feeding bovines ground up cattle meat and bone meal containing self-propagating prions--just as God intended, eh?
If it's a scam, why would the University of Missouri sully its reputation by partnering with Halberd in the first place? And how could William Hartmann secure a CRADA contract for Military Active Duty and Veterans if they didn't have a plausible solution to PTSD or related systemic disorders? If this company was making false claims wouldn't that emerge during the vetting process initiated by the entities who agreed to work with them?
I've been watching this one for a while now. The thought of having a niche market for their patented nasal mist spray to combat depression is intriguing to say the least. But since this is, after all, a bulletin board stock I refuse to use the money I've set aside for my wife's heart transplant to buy shares of it. Instead, I've used my spare beer money to take out a small position in Halberd to see where it goes. Does anyone have even a vague idea when this all might come together--perhaps by Labor Day? Just curious...
You cross your fingers and I'll cross my toes that everyone here is very handsomely rewarded for their patience with SAPX...And SOON!
Perhaps a few of us here can help with that if our other investments would just cooperate and bloom MASSIVELY...Sigh...
Very well put, 'Sox! BTW, is that Red Sox or White Sox?
