That prototype has been out, HIPH has numerous distribution agreements for many products that they themselves cannot sell. If you cannot sell your own products and have to rely on someone else, it will fail. You have to do the legwork yourself and show you believe in your products if you want your distributors to believe in your product. This CEO has not proven he can sell his own products and believes in them.

After watching the reverse merger of XTRA into the TCEL shell, which took a few months for the name and ticker change and becoming current with the OTC. Fortunately here there is already a profitable business as opposed XTRA being a “start up;” it should certainly have a faster turnaround if it is a reverse merger situation, in my opinion
