assuming no profit increase, I think .0016-.002.

250k a quarter is 1 million a year, with a p/e of say 13ish we should be much higher. Not to mention the balance sheet should be impressive if the GVHL situation is as good as we think. IMO!

wouldnt suprise me at all if someone loaded yesturday at the .0003 range and dumped today via HILL.

I still think we will have our day. all we need is patience and a strong stomach.

Since the whole market is tanking, especially financials, a sell-off is not unexpected. I have thought for some time the market was overbought, and that includes pinkies. Imho it is just a waiting game now.

In my opinion the stock should have moved, there has been tons of good news. I am long and strong here but what it will take for the market to move this stock is anyones guess. I too believe it should be sooner than later, but I think that people speculating on when we will be higher fuels those stinkin bashers.

Once a year EFGO has the ability to recieve 5% of the debt outstanding or $100,000 whichever is less worth of stock. A warrant is like a stock option. The strike price is the average price of the past 90 days. so if the stock really rallies, we buy at a discount. so we may get more thant the 15% interest rate if the market likes their news...

OT: I agree. I am no genius, and because of my extracorricular activities of trading, and working 30+ hours a week. Also running the investment clubs portfolio my GPA isnt stellar.

I think as others stated I-bankers would have a field day doing DCF valuing us with these potential deals. I dont forsee a buyout until more deals are signed, unless it is at a huge premium to our current PPS IMO.

The company doing the buying would consult an investment banker or accountants, they try to get the best deal taking into account assets (tangable and intangable). They also try to put a competative bid so that shareholders go for it.

Well check out Esprit's site as they charge per transaction. But typically forex brokers profit from the spread in the currencies (anywhere from 2 to like 10 pips) like a bid and ask, the interbank dealers buy and sell, but have preferential prices, they buy high and sell low w/o price movement, so whenever a trader takes a position, they are already down the pip spread, so the market has to move in their favor whatever the spread is just to break even. Keep in mind Trillions trade daily so these dealers need volume. Because the volume and fluidity of the markets, there isnt set commissions that equity brokers charge.

IMO all the people with orders at .0004 had to be filled for the MM's to want to move, no volume was coming in at .0005 so they "filled" the gap. MM tricks messing with the bid whackers IMO!

Actually, the series 3 is kinda like a series 6, they are pretty general exams. but series 3, 6, 7 are pretty much all memorization, it isnt application like a CPA or CFA, so I could see it being hard while trying to run the business as well...

The chart is down huge on selling, not a time to be dumping IMO, under different circumstances maybe, but this is just crazy, there will be a bounce.

We havent heard any dilution, and the chart shows selling, but this is all IMO.

Last we heard 504's were done and though it is possible restricted shares became unrestricted we havent heard tht either.
