VERB is an interactive video based engagement leader company to inspire people to get in action. Nothing wrong in using their own technology to connect with investors. Big company CEO's don't dress up in suits to introduce their products; Instead they use Jeans and black T-shirt in Nasdaq companies. Let Rory be the first Nasdaq CEO to use interactive video extensively to connect with all including investor. why not?
Original plan for Oracle was to complete the integration by end of this year 2018. They may be going by their projected plan and announcement. nFUSZ has completed its integration earlier than Oracle expected it. So, what is the issue here about Oracle PR?
Rory mentioned that we are getting out of Amazon cloud and going to use Microsoft Azure for data storage (Massive amount of data is expected). In the same way going to use IBM cloud service to store notifiMED. When cloud service is used, we can scale down or up based on the demand created by number of our customer accounts.
When you add S-1 information,
(1) There is an immediate revenue stream added to nFUSZ financials after merger.
(2) Increases immediate notifiCRM product introduction to the huge customer base (one month free offer to all existing customer)
(3)Also, it almost guarantees nasdaq uplisting within 3.5 months (before year end)
Selling shares to investors is part of funding company operation. Here the money is going to be used to acquire a revenue ($14 million/year) producing company.
Share price increase is imminent.

Share are sold to investors by AGP on behalf of nFUSZ at a discounted price to then market SP. nFUSZ may set minimum acceptable threshold. When AGP sells shares to investors, they get commission from nFUSZ. Investors who buy these shares are not flippers to sell into the market near the purchase price.
Here is my understanding:
A subsidiary of nFUSZ will be created, which will hold and complete the transaction with sound concepts. Sound concept may operate as subsidiary of nFUSZ but the revenue would roll into nFUSZ financial reporting.
When our notifiCRM is integrated with Major CRMS, those CRM software can communicate with notifiCRM data through API. Once the data is collected from us, it needs to be displayed as analytics data as part of Major CRM solution and integrated with native data within CRM(which may take more time for major CRM companies to complete their side of work) or an embedded link from major CRM software may access our analytics page to show the data. Most of the times, customers wants to download the analytics data to massage and use it internally using Microsoft Excel.
So the delay may not be from nFUSZ but based on manjor CRM companies changing requirements.

It may be easier to sell our product and services to existing client base (after merger). Imagine nFUSZ is giving out the CRM product one month free for all our existing customers along with training videos - a nice way to push our product to larger customer base in shorter time frame.
Note: If I were in marketing our product, I would give one more month free for those who embed their nFUSZ interactive video in the social media (facebook, twitter, snapchat, etc) within the trial period of first month, to increase the publicity. I would assume that our application would collect data such as which social media site the video hit is coming from. This would help company to target the specific social media site for their interactive video marketing.

Roary is consistent in saying that he wants to uplist in this year 2018. Uplist and merger completion will happen at the same time means that uplisting will happen in 2018. Sooner they close the merger better it is to start marketing to new client base, to recognize revenue.
Most CRMs will be integrated by end of year. i.e. PR may be released one at a time about the integration with Salesforce, SAP, etc., which would organically boost the share price and likely the revenue. There is no need to wait to announce PR for all at the same time (year end). I am expecting these PR news to come out soon, one by one, before the merger is complete.

Medical students education transformed to interactive video may help them to learn watching the procedure done on different patients having similar problem.
Static help document may change to become video help document for all gadgets and software
Product information, sales pitch and demo can be done using multiple small embedded video and download interactive options.
Student Report cards can be sent through Text message/email without an attachment but can be downloaded through video.
Imagine the use of interactive video (multiple small embedded video) in promoting Tourism ( Travel, stay, cruise, etc). You can download brochures from anywhere in the world, receive international call using phone features, setup appointment from far away, etc.

We are in the era where robots make operations that we thought surgeon doctors only can perform. Things have changed a lot in the technology driven world. Interactive video is just one way to do post op interaction with patients. NotifiLIVE (like facetime) is an option as well.
Remote doctor visit is getting popular with old age home patients. Even stethoscope, thermometer, BP reader, can communicate readings via bluetooth to devices connected to internet to log information into patient's record. Artificial intelligence can monitor these information to inform patients state (emergency, etc) to health professionals.
Pharmacies are giving out printed information about the drug to the patients. Now, post operation care, physiotherapy (video and written document) can be delivered via interactive videos. Amazon is planning to deliver medicine to patient's address.
So much happening. NFUSZ is in the right place at the right time.
Doctors get paid more for new patient visit than the follow up appointment visit. Using the follow up appt time to see new patient is a better option. This will also help avoid long waiting for new patient appointment. :)

nFUSZ Partnership with youtube may allow google to make this interactive add-on available to all youtube videos. Google may process all payments for all orders from youtube video. Revenue sharing with nFUSZ will be huge from international exposure(No need to worry about subscription count).

Multi-billion $ company contract with nFUSZ. Tell me why do these CRM company wants to execute contract with nFUSZ? If you can explain the reason then you would understand the revenue equation. No one is expecting instant revenue and the pipeline is very rich.
FUSZ Investors do see all green flag - Strategic execution. Seed/Catalyst for Huge revenue growth is being planted. Those who are in a hurry to see the fruit next day, week or month can post any number of questions. The fact is that it takes time. Rory said those who can't see the business plan execution and its potential can leave/sell shares. Those who did DD and see the potential can stay long to reap the benefits.
Those who cast any doubt on FUSZ, may post a comparable competitive product and its strategy to (a) keep the buyers aware of the competition and keep new buyers away from buying this stock (b) convince existing long share holders to sell.
