A well known pulmonary physician, who teaches, and ER doc said, during COVID, he so a thousand or so patients, where 99% of those who had good base level D3 levels on blood test recovered swiftly with minimal symptoms. It was only those with low levels who suffered to one degree or another.

So when you run a 97% false post fraudulent PCR test, and tell people to isolate for 14 days, no sun, no treatment, how do you think older folks faired, when D3 levels are known to be under the recommended base levels by age 50?

There exists medical treatment technologies that people couldn't even imagine. If anyone believes that a handful of bureaucrates have been sitting in a stuffy room sifting through 1.7 million pages, with or without the modules is fooling themselves IMHO. The application was authored by 70 of the world's finest in Neuro Oncology. Every physician turns to peer reviewed papers, as their method of choice, either to learn about new treatments, and or to gain a better understanding of existing ones. Imagine taking on the daunting task of proofing the work of 70 of the most finest, and the reviewers on behalf of JAMA. If the reviewers were that brilliant, and qualified to push back against the culmination of 20 years work from the most prestigious research institutes in the world, they wouldn't be at that thankless job under constant pressure of meeting timelines. IMHO.

I think regulators are just participants of a brilliant racket created to protect the powerful, while projecting the appearance of an institution, that is there solely to protect the public from harm (emphasis added). When I say protect the powerful, I mean exactly what we see as a rule not as an acception. Spacing and pacing. The MTD decision should be a layup for Stein. It's a motion ruling. If he didn't know which way he would rule, by the second amended filing, then he's incompetent IMHO. Unless one or more parties are negotiating a settlement, otherwise, if the current span of time to decide on a motion is his MO, imagine how long an actual trial would take.

Why would MM's beat the SP down at this point, especially at the current lows? Do they believe that NWBO might accept a low settlement, if made to feel desperate enough? It certainly feels like it's in the realm of possibility. I certainly wouldn't be surprised.

Keep in mind that, NWBO paid over $3 million as an application fee for the MAA. The weight in consideration of the application looms heavy, as days potentially extend further away from the goals set out by their own guidelines.
