Greek, sad to say it's true.
I now run the North American market for the largest pro loudspeaker manufacturer in the world. I brought them gold at the price of copper and they couldn't buy a $%#&*@! thing.
Between my brothers and myself about 600K down the tubes.
Pathetic indeed.
John did a terrible job and I believe is done in the pro audio market for the balance of his time on the big round ball.
Good luck, good health and good spirits to you, yours and all.
One of my OEM's just called to let me know they went 11, when I read they already agreed to 7 in 60 days it's all over but the memories.
Keith
Cement prices are down 25% with no demand in Asia, private sector building is at a stand still, world economy is in the toilet.
I'd imagine some are trying to go to all cash and dumping whatever the price.
These are the times to buy. Not necissarily here but blue chips while they are bleeding. IMV Honest Opinion that is.
So how we doin?
You see now if you guys and gals really knew how to time the market you'd have 5X - 6X the numbers of shares for the same $1.00 - $1.25 sales. I guess you just have to know how to trade, real simple.
Gee Wallstreet I'm also not pissing and moaning, not calling the highs and lows, not reading between the lines, don't have a friend who has a friend who heard through his friend most of the bullshit exchanged here.
I believe in the company, their long term prospects and have 30,000 shares that yes I did pay too much for. As I wasn't aware the stock was going to be delisted I'll take the return to trading as a positive.
However the daily ballyhoo about absolutely nothing tangible seems obtuse, yes?
Please continue your exercise, I'll chime in here and there with my comments, this is an open board where bashers turn to buyers and wizards. So my two cents shouldn't rattle anyone's cage.

IMO you guys haven't a clue.

You should have read E*Trades new policy on wiring funds * 5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE FUNDS ARE CREDITED TO YOUR BROKERAGE ACCOUNT AND YOU CAN USE THEM.
It used to be immediate, within minutes...
I guess they learned to play the float as the US Banks do and have been doing for years.
Hi Walt, I would if I had some of the 500K I lost over the past 10 years. Yes someday the cream will rise to the top here, hopefully before I'm dead.
Stay put! You're not going anywhere...LOL!
I really love when people tell me what I fool I am to hold my shares at 1.75. Well Duh, I can't try yet again and fail to time this or any other stock.
With all of the manipulation and under handed activities that go on in the securities industy every single day you can't predict anything will follow a trend. When you happen to be lucky and rode the right train nobody is smarter than you. On the other hand I'd love to hear of the derailments from other rides, I have many, many, many that I'm not so proud of with the whole "lower your cost and average down".
Advice is like opinions, everyone has them and most are not too good...
There's my two cents for today...over and out!
Interesting, because you didn't have any shares in your account when it was 1.01 did you? I understood you were stonewalled by echarade and had to pay funds for them to go get your shares.
4/14 I see a close of .85 and downward steadily from there, either you timed it at the high of the day for a split second or you're pulling my leg.
Hi Walt, not to break you shoes but I didn't have any shares in my account until it was.70
Are you telling me you sold all of your higher cost shares at a loss, waited until .35 and doubled your share count?
Come on Walt, like my father used to say "Don't do as I do, do as I say"
In addition, you are resembling a Monday Morning QB. Hindsight is 20/20.
Back to mid .40's and the party hats are off? yeeesh!
Gee Walt, selling at .70 was not my plan, considering my cost average is way above that. In addition averaging down has killed more on wall street than every war ever fought.
So thanks for that swell advice.
I guess you dumped your 1.70 shares at the first chance eh?
What a joke, you guys are screaming weeeee and WE were just trashed from $1.75 to .36 and this excites you.
Nothing like long term shareholders to solidify the base.
Please take your money and run!
ask .78 hahaha
no action at the open with a bid of .42 and an ask of .445
Guess who is loaded with shares, my bet would be the thief who shook all the weak shares loose over the past month.
Fair value here based on future potential and earning is not .42 IMO
What a sham or is that scam on the part of a crooked MM, but hey I'm pretty sure they all work in the same manner.
Go Cavico!
Good Job Tim...
Piss poor choice in the exclusive MM for the last month IMO
52 - Week Range 0.475 - 1.75
5/5/08 - 4/4/08
123 - bid .51 ask .60, who's better than you...
btw, check the time zone for HI before saying you're posting from the club house yeeeesh!
123, so you deciphered a single MM manipulated entry point, hahaha.
You seem very impressed with yourself, what happened to .42 zippy?
you obviously have no friends...hahahahaha
123, you should seek a swing traders board.
I am under the impression that I am not alone in my long term holdings of CVIC. Gee you bought and sold and made money, and WTF does that have to do with this company, their fundamentals and long term potential.
You said it yourself from one of your pedestals "hope it goes to .42, well #### you!
How 'bout them apples, personally I'd like to see your back going through the exit door, you add nothing to this forum and basically are just a nusance.
Hey Walt! I'm not shocked regarding recent events, Murphy's Law ya know...
I am a bit miffed at the ANALyst trying to plead a case on valuations and swing trading...
I hope the share price never falls to their next entry point and catches 'em like a deer in the headlights when a level playing field emerges.
Look at RU KID DING ME for perfect examples of the obvious pattern here...
hahahahaha
There, you said it "To be honest, I hoping the stock comes down a little more as I think it can be a good money maker"
So cut the BS would you!
you should buy cat and stop trying to save everyone on this.
do you own shares, if so sell them as you seem to be in constant misery regarding this doom and gloom company.
btw, do you work for FRNC?
Now here's a nice sight
GOOGLE INC CL A (GOOG: NASDAQ)
Technology : Computer Services
Last Price Today's Change Bid (Size) Ask (Size) Volume Trade
542.66 +93.12 (+20.71%) 542.50 x500 542.67 x200 11,651,637
This is deja vu all over again...
Considering is down over 50% in the last 5 trading days with a 9M+ contract announcement I think the MM is steering this, not news.
I just finished listening to a speak by John McCain who referenced these same thieves and how there should be an end put to investor fraud and manipulation.
Terrible choice in a company to maintain shareholder value. Nine months on the sidelines, back to business on a more senior exchange and dragged to .70 from 1.74 because they can, ridiculous in fact.
PU it stinks!
Pathetic in fact as my opinion
With anemic volume the MM continues to pull the price lower to load inventory, this should be illegal and probably is.
there are 131M shares not 100M fyi
ETRADE PUT MY SHARES INTO ACCOUNT AFTER HOURS
Check your accounts Ladies and Gents, make sure you got yours as well.
Walt, tell them to give you your $50.00 back.
Keith
Walt, what else to say but...
hahahahahahahaha!
Keith
Hi Walt, a little late at the helm don't you think?
I am amazed how screwed up this has become after the amount of time they had to plan the re-entry and on the OTC mind you from the pinks and we're down 30%+, swell group of MM's they have working, no sale lower the ask, quite simple indeed.
Good Grief!
Walt, etrade didn't tell me there was any charge to my account. It does seem as though the brokerage community did not receive any notification on the resumption of trading or new shares being issued.
Smooth transition considering they had enough time to get it done correctly.
Oh Boy!
Hey Walt, same with me. Still no shares and we go from 1.75 to 1.22 or .53 X 30K shares = $15,000.00 up in smoke after patiently waiting almost 10 months and then get no cards, what a sad set of circumstances indeed.
hahahahahaha, all I can do is laugh at the inadaquate fumblings of this executive team with the guidance of Henry, yeeesh.

Cavico Signs $9.43 Million Tunnel Construction Contract for Huoi Quang Hydropower Plant
HANOI, Vietnam--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cavico Corp. (Cavico) (OTCBB:CVIC) today announced that Cavico Transportation, its wholly own subsidiary, has signed a contract for tunnel construction at Huoi Quang Hydropower Plant. The value of the contract is estimated to be approximately $9.43 million.
Huoi Quang Hydropower Plant is expected to generate 520 megawatts of power upon completion. It is anticipated to be one of the four largest hydropower plants in Vietnam. The other three large hydropower plants are Son La, Hoa Binh, and Lai Chau. Huoi Quang will be built on Da River in Muong La and Than Uyen villages in Lai Chau province, 280 miles northwest of Hanoi.
Electronic of Vietnam (EVN) has announced its intention to invest $630 million in the Huoi Quang Hydropower Plant. The plant, which was named in Vietnam’s Governmental Agenda for electricity expansion encompassing 2006 to 2015, is expected to be in operation by 2012. The 2-unit plant will generate an average of 1.84 billion kilowatts per year and will ease the shortage of electricity in the country.
Cavico Transportation has initiated the process of transporting both equipment and personnel to the Huoi Quang hydropower plant site. Upon completion of this contract Cavico Transportation expects to receive additional works on this project.
