Anybody know when the last time the Ariel Way website was last updated?

He's pretty active on half a dozen other boards. I wonder why he's lost interest.

The dangling carrot seems to be moving farther away. He couldn't even say the Q would be out by the end of the month, just shortly. I don't think auditors and accountants know what shortly means.

What is the bid/ask at? I have Etrade and QuoteTracker shows the bid at .012 and ask at .013. Is that correct?

I see the last trade as 0.0039 (great!) but the Bid is still at 0.0034 and the Ask is still at 0.0035. How come the bid/ask are not moving, but the last trade is?

How is that legit? A company comes along and says, "Hey, come buy a piece of my company, we are doing great things". And then the next day they turn around and sell 100 million shares and dilute the value of the shares.

Seems like a scam to me. Is there any hope?

I don't get it either. The ask was at .0012 when I placed my order, so I figured what's a few extra dollars to see if the price will move up. Well, it didn't move up and they gave me my fill at mostly .0012:

I put in an order for 500,000 shares at .0014, got 25000 @ .0011 and 475000 @ .0012

52 week high at .51 cents. Can anyone give me a brief history as to why this was trading that high? I just bought in last week and can't track down the news from back then.

Any hopes that it will climb anywhere near that amount again? Graph looks like it shot up for about a week and then came back down. I am hoping this wasn't the result of group trading.

You are probably right. I have a sour taste in my mouth right now with Sulja Scammers and right now ATWEC is starting to sound a bit like Sulja:

So far I am cautiously-neutral. I will refrain from the SLJB comparisons and watch this one closely. I am sitting on 2.6 million and so far red is the only color I see with this stock. Oh, and their cartoon does nothing for me.

I agree. It would seem that Sulja hired the lawyers to help with the situation they got themselves into, by not performing anything they claimed in their PRs. Now they want us to believe that the very same lawyers that they hired to help them is making things worse? Sounds like yet another scam. They (Perat and company) are probably trying one last dump before the holidays. I guess Petar needs another Land Rover to go with his suit.

This company is starting to feel more and more like a scam every day. They seem to be trying to NOT meet their own imposed deadlines. As if they want to fail. Hey, does anyone know if a company can short their own stock?

I'm with you Todd. I am livid at how management has handled itself. To screw up this bad would require effort and they seem to be putting a lot of effort into it.

I placed a buy order with E-Trade at .0035 for 200,000. The sale went though at 10:29:48 at .0034. It also showed up red in my Raw Data window using QuoteTracker.

Does anyone know why this would show up red? I thought it would show up green since I bought the shares, not sold them.
