The only way to know whats going on here is to fly down to Florida and follow Noreen around. I don’t trust that dirty thief. I believe she should be in prison for life.
Been in this since before it went gray. Can i still trade grays through my brokerage account at TD Ameritrade?
Tried to low ball the bid. Need to stop being just man up and slap the ask.
Tried to get another order filled today at .021. Couldn’t clinch it. Have a good long weekend everybody! Next week should be exciting.
What does this mean?
Maybe its a blessing in disguise. Acquire as many shares as you can at this low level.
Entered a 100k bid @ .022 near the end of trading today but couldnt get it to fill. Guess even the shady MM’s won’t bite at this level. Can’t blame them. Smart money isn’t selling below .03. Seems like we got a solid shareholder base that knows their value. Once MM’s let this take off to a value people are willing to sell at, we’ll see much higher volumes.
Without news/PRs there will be no sustained volume. I buy into DWarrens dump and pump theory. Noreen has a ton of equity so she obviously has an interest in maximizing pps. She would be pumping and issuing PRs right now if she didn’t have alterior motives. Which in this case seems to be keeping it low for insiders to accumulate before pumping. Just my opinion.
Just saw the 10q is out... just an fyi for all who werent aware
Upon second review of the evidence i think you might be onto something here puff. It makes a ton of sense that thats how he’s been consistently acquiring so many shares.
I’m interested to hear if LA and Dwarren agree that the hold at .03 is due to exercising warrants. If my theory is correct i believe that any sale over .03 is coming directly from noteholders and anything under .03 is just frustrated retail sellers who need the liquidity. The Q1 10Q should be able to confirm whether this theory is correct or not by taking a look to see if the number of warrants outstanding has gone down significantly.
What makes you think that? That was not my thinking at all. But i could be wrong.
I’m personally convinced that the reason we are stuck at .03 is due to noteholders exercising their .03 warrants any time the price exceeds .03. They’re just pocketing small profits every time they exercise and it dilutes the shares back down. Good news is at some point there will be no warrants left and this guy will have room to run. Anyone who follows this stock knows that this thing is incredibly undervalued. Just need to wait for the noteholders to get out of our way.
It’s just a matter of price vs value. From your posts it seems like you focus on the price (which is what your end of day brokerage balances reflect) but so long as you know that the majority of these trades execute at .03 that should tell you that the brokerage balances don’t matter as much as what you can actually sell for intraday in the market. Your shares are more valuable than the brokerage reporting states.
I think an uplisting to the AMEX exchange is much more likely than a direct uplisting to the NASDAQ. Not super knowledgeable on this. Just my opinion from researching uplisting. Either way an uplisting is key imo.
This is how i understand it too. Cytocom has all patent rights in the US. IMUN retains sole ownership of all overseas patents.
Great observation here. We see large bid orders like this all the time that don't get filled then the days they're not there we'll see shares get dumped off below that point. Definitely agree that it's probably some sort of funny business with noteholders. Hard to say for sure what the exact reason is. Short term - annoying. Long term - doesn't matter.
Would i be correct in assuming we are seeing this dilute back down to .03 due to the outstanding options with this exercise price? If that's the case, we could be stuck at .03 for a while even if there is strong buyer interest.
I'd be willing to bet i'm deeper in this stock than anyone else on this board, so i understand the frustration. I do appreciate all the info you bring to light. Definitely the most informed and knowledgeable on this company.
I hope you see, as RatherBGolfing mentioned, that every post on this board isnt directed to you or up to you to answer. The answer to every post isnt "i've already answered this and i'm right, and i'll belittle you if you disagree". Its a discussion board. You're very knowledgable about the company, but you responding to every single post with a definitive "i'm right" answer is not how discussion boards work. Your posts on this board actually discourage conversation. Hope you can see that so that we can have a better free flow of ideas.
I would advise to load up as much as reasonably possible at this level. As soon as the revenues/profits they've announced are officially reported on a 10Q it will be too late. Just a matter of time before our patience is rewarded handsomely.
That being said, i still expect .25/share as the worst case scenario with the possibility of going to $1.00 sometime in the next year.
Very frustrating when the market reacts poorly to nothing but positive news these past few months. Still firmly convinced that this is incredibly undervalued, but somehow people are still selling off shares. Makes no sense. Every indication says we should all be celebrating our gains right now. I keep averaging down on the cheap, but i'm running out of cash to keep buying.
What do you call setting up manufacturing, distribution, and sales contracts? I call that progress. Cytocom is handling the US sales and they're a private company. They're the ones that would be dealing with the FDA.
Put this on a real exchange and it would be an entirely different animal. All it needs is more eyes.
I agree. I think it's just a matter of getting the word out. I feel like all the volume right now is coming from people who have been in on this stock for a while thats why the bid orders fill at or below market price. Its just us guys trying to average down if we can and the sellers i think are selling bc they're losing patience with this thing. Either that or dilution.
I read it as a revision to the original timeline
This is exactly what we've all been waiting for. I'm already celebrating. As soon as the word gets out this will take off like you won't believe.
It would still be nice to be updated one way or another. Its asking too much of shareholders to go months without news.
Yes Q3 ends in September but they dont technically have to disclose the contracts completed in Q3 until they report their Q3 10Q which will be in November.
According to the press release from may they should have contracts in Q3 and achieve profitability in Q4
Take it for what it's worth, but i just called investor relations and he said they are still on track with their previous time table. I told him I think it would be beneficial for all parties if there was more communication and more press releases and he said he agreed and that's something they're working on. Very reassuring.
I'm calling IR tomorrow
Amen. A drop with high volume is a sell off. No matter if its one seller or many. Nobody knows what happened on a specifc date. Just because it rebounded that day doesn't mean it will rebound today. Duh.
Is it possible for you to respond to anyone without insulting them? Just because not everyone is deliriously bullish like you doesnt mean their points arent valid. I hold 350k shares. I think its an undervalued stock but bashing everyone who has even moderate sentiment doesnt help us learn more about the company.
You very well may be right. And now that i'm thinking about it, what i said about volume doesnt make sense because they would be exercising newly minted shares, trading volume is irrelevant. Still i think thats the reason we're holding at .05 due to dilution.
I'm pretty sure most convertible debt has a clause written into the bond indenture that forces the bondholder to convert right when stock price hits conversion price. I may be wrong but i'll do some more research. Because its converted at .05 it dilutes the stock back down to that price. My logic may be flawed. Feel free to refute my thought process.
I think the reason we are hovering at .05 is because we have outstanding warrants for 11,500,000 shares with exercise price of .05. We wont see anything above .05 until these shares are all exercised. There hasn't been nearly enough volume recently for them to be able to convert.
Isnt this company more reliant on Ethereum than bitcoin? And also isnt this a play on blockchain technology in general rather than the price of the cryptocurrencies? It was my understanding that the strength of this company is that it is well diversified and doesnt live and die by the price of bitcoin like some other companies in this space do.
That is what is discouraging. The CEO shouldnt say "coming weeks" unless she means it. 8 weeks to me is more like "coming months". I'm holding strong and might even buy the dip, I just hope she's not lying completely about the contracts.
I'm already all in on it. This is an absolute lock long term.
